DR. THOMAS MOORE McMILLIAN, of Honolulu, died Nov. 6, 1999. Born in Oakland, Calif. Founding medical director of the Vista Hill Psychiatric Foundation and Mesa Vista Hospital in San Diego. He also served as president of the San Diego Society of Psychiatry and Neurology, director of the San Diego Day Treatment Center, chairman of the Community Welfare Council Mental Health Division, and a clinical professor at UCLA. Survived by wife, Dorothy; son, Jim; two grandchildren.
