OELWEIN -- Loren P. Nathem, 86, of Oelwein, died today, April 3, 2002, at Grandview Healthcare Center, Oelwein, of natural causes; services pending with Jamison-Schmitz Funeral Home, Oelwein, (319) 283-4922.

WATERLOO -- Ethel Williams, 88, of Parkview Nursing and Rehab Center, died today, Sept. 30, 2002, at Allen Hospital of natural causes; services pending with Sanders Funeral Service, 232-5667.

CEDAR FALLS -- Margaret Elizabeth Gamet, 97, of Tempe, Ariz., formerly of Cedar Falls, died Tuesday, Sept. 24, 2002, at Friendship Village, Tempe, of natural causes; services 10 a.m. Tuesday at St. Patrick Catholic Church, with burial in Greenwood Cemetery; visitation for an hour before services Tuesday at the church; Richardson Funeral Home, 255-3525, is in charge of arrangements.

WATERLOO -- Nina Hall, 91, of Friendship Village, died Thursday, Sept. 26, 2002, at Covenant Medical Center of natural causes; memorial services 1:30 p.m. Wednesday at Friendship Village chapel; no visitation, her body was cremated; memorials to Friendship Village Health Center; Locke Funeral Home, 233-6138, is in charge of arrangements.

CEDAR FALLS -- Professor Emeritus Roy Chung, 73, of 1401 Clark Drive, died Friday, Sept. 27, 2002, at Allen Hospital, Waterloo, of natural causes; visitation 5 to 8 p.m. Saturday at Dahl-Van Hove-Schoof Funeral Home, 266-7525, where there will be a 7 p.m. rosary and memorial service; burial in Greenwood Cemetery at a later date.

WATERLOO -- Mary F. Ellison, 80, of Waterloo, died Saturday, Sept. 28, 2002, at Covenant Medical Center of natural causes; services pending with Garden View Chapel, 232-2222.
