WATERLOO --- Hazel Catherine Frank, 87, of Windsor Care Center, Cedar Falls, formerly of Waterloo, died Wednesday, Oct. 1, 2003, at Windsor Care of congestive heart disease; services 10:30 a.m. Monday at Queen of Peace Catholic Church, St. John's Worship Center, with burial in Woodlawn Cemetery, Oelwein; visitation from 3 to 6 p.m. Sunday at the Hagarty-Waychoff-Grarup Funeral Service on South Street, 234-6274, where there will be a 5 p.m. rosary; there will be no visitation Monday at the church; memorials to the family.
