Survivors include his wife, Verna, one daughter: Linda Leas of Centerville, and one son: David Leas of Evansville. Service will be at 10:30 a.m. Tuesday at Riggle-Waltermann Mortuary. WEAVER --(Richmond, IN)-- 87 year old Alberta Helen John Weaver of 2002 Grand Blvd. died Friday at her home. She worked as a photographic artist in Scranton, Pennsylvania and Louisville, Kentucky before moving to Richmond in 1953. Survivors include her husband, Benjamin P. Weaver; and a son, John Benjamin Weaver of Minneapolis, Minnesota. Funeral service will be Wednesday afternoon at 3 o'clock at Reid Memorial Presbyterian Church, with burial in Greens Fork South Cemetery. Friends may call Monday from 4 to 7 pm at the Doan and Mills Funeral Home.

CHASTAIN --(Richmond, IN)-- 81 year old William E. Chastain of 28 Pecan Drive died Saturday at Reid Hospital. He was retired from General Telephone and Electronics. His first wife, Edna Ileen Chastain, died in 1991. Survivors include his wife, Martha Michael Chastain; a daughter, JoAnn Hughes of Richmond; and two stepdaughters, Anita Kaler of Richlmond and Beverlee Sexton of Memphis; and a stepson, Jeff Michael of Charlotte, North Carolina. Funeral service will be Tuesday afternoon at 1:30 at the Riggle-Waltermann Mortuary, where friends may call Monday from 5 to 8 pm, with a Masonic service at 6:30 pm. Burial will be in Earlham Cemetery.

FAHIEN --(Centerville, IN)-- 73 year old William Fahien of 228 North Eliason Road died Saturday at his home. He was a farmer and had been principal at New Paris, Ohio schools from 1961 to 1976. Survivors include his wife, Janice C. Wyatt Fahien; a son, Ernest James Fahien of Chicago; and two daughters, Krista Fahien Elston of Fort Wayne and Andrea Fahien Simpson of Lawrenceville, Georgia. A prayer service will be held Tuesday morning at 9:30 at the Doan and Mills Funeral Home, followed by Liturgy of Christian Burial at St. Mary Catholic Church at 10 am. Burial will be in St. Mary Cemetery. Friends may call Monday from 4 to 8 pm at the funeral home.

He formerly worked as a millwright with AAA Rigging Company in Fayetteville, Georgia and had also worked at NATCO, Avco and farmed in the Centerville area. Survivors include his wife, Shirley Dees York. Funeral service will be Monday afternoon at 1 o'clock at the Mills Funeral Home in Centerville. Burial will be in Earlham Cemtery in Richmond.
