Eileen Swoverland was born September 25,1912 in Huntington, IN to Edward and Anna Scher Karst. Her parents preceded her in death.
Mrs. Swoverland married Donald E. Swoverland April 17, 1937 at Ss Peter & Paul Catholic Church, Huntington, IN. He died October 10, 1987. Mrs. Swoverland was a homemaker. She was a member of SS. Peter & Paul Catholic Church and the Rosary Sodality.
Survivors include: 3 daughters: Mrs. Bobby Dean (Janet) Ormsby, Markle, IN, Mrs. James I. (Judy) Myers, Maricopa, AZ.and Mrs. Rex (JoAnn) Hammel, Huntington, IN. 12 grandchildren; 21 great-grandchildren; 3 great-great-grandchildren. 1 Brother: Raymond Karst, Fort Wayne, IN. and 2 Sisters: Annette Morrow, Huntington, IN and Helen Ludwig, Fort Wayne, IN.
Preceded her in death by 1 Daughter Jeanie Connor; 3 Brothers: Henry Karst, , Norbert Karst, and Eugene (Jake) Karst. 1 sister: Dolores Stoffel.
Calling hours will be Friday, November 11, 2005 from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 PM at the McElhaney - Hart Funeral Home, 715 N. Jefferson St., Huntington, IN with recitation of the rosary at 6:00 PM. .
Mass of Christian Burial will be Saturday, November 12, 2005 at 10:00 am at SS Peter & Paul Catholic Church, 840 Cherry St., Huntington, IN with Fr. Ron Rieder officiating.

Mrs. Swannora Saal was born August 28, 1909 in Richmond , VA to Clarence E. and Willie Mitchel Bellam. Her parents preceded her in death.
Mrs. Saal married Carl Andrew Saal on April 30, 1941 in Huntington, IN. He preceded her in death on April 3, 1983.Mrs. Saal was a employer for Schacht Rubber Co., Huntington, IN. She also worked for General Electric, Ft. Wayne, IN. She was a member of First Brethren Church, Huntington, IN. and member of ladies Auxiliary BRT.
Survivors include: 1 son: Carl Edward (Eddie) Saal, Huntington, IN; and several nieces and nephews.
Preceded in death: 3 brothers: William H. Bellam, Fred B. Bellam and Clarence W. Bellam.

Eugene Mooney
Eugene Mooney, 70, Huntington, IN. died October 3, 2005 at 4:30 AM at St. Francis Hospital, Beech Grove, IN.

Mr. Mooney was born in Logansport, IN. to Herbert and Dorothy Gross Mooney on May 13, 1935. His parents preceded him in death.

Mr. Mooney was Director of Securities at Manchester College and a former reserve deputy officer for the Wabash County Sheriffs Department. Mr. Mooney owned and operated Video Masters and Music Masters. He was a member of American Legion Post #15, Wabash, IN. and served in the Marine Corp during the Korean War.

Survivors: 1 Daughter, Mary Ann Taylor, Indianapolis, IN. 1 Step-daughter, Vickie Lynch, Indianapolis, IN and 3 step-sons: Mark Crews, Steve Crews, Darrell Crews all of Huntington, IN. 3 Grandchildren and 7 step-grandchildren.

Preceded in death by a son, Christopher Mooney and a Step-father, Cecil Finney.

Visitation will be on Friday, October 7, 2005 from 4 to 6 PM at the McElhaney-Hart Funeral Home 715 N. Jefferson Street, Huntington, Indiana 46750.

Memorial services will be held at 6:00 PM on Friday, October 7, 2005 at the McElhaney-Hart Funeral Home. Services will be conducted by Monte Sieberns.

In lieu of flowers donations may be made to the Mooney Family.

Survivors: 3 sisters: Wanda Pergman, Brookland, New York, Sophia Bone, Long Island, New York, Anne Huesner, Ft. Wayne, IN.
Graveside services will be on Thursday, October 6, 2005 at 3:00 pm at Lindenwood Cemetery, Ft Wayne, in.

Mr.Pressler was born on July 24, 1948 in Huntington, IN to Charles and Josephine Ruble Pressler. He parents preceded him in death.

Mr.Pressler graduated from Huntington High School in 1966. He married Cyndy Colllier on May 5, 1984 at Central Christian Church in Huntington. She survives and lives in Huntington.
Mr. Pressler was a Finance Manager for 10 years at Tom Kelley Cadillac,Ft Wayne, In. Mr. Pressler was on the Board of Directors for The Dan Quayle Commemorative Foundation since 2001, Huntington.

Survivors: His wife, Cyndy Pressler, Huntington. 2 daughters: Stephanie Pressler,Martinsville, In and Cassandra Pressler, Martinsville, IN. 1 Step-daughter: Laurel Silva, Ft. Wayne, IN.1 Son: David W. Pressler, Salt Lake City. 1 Step-son: Russell Beckner, Noblesville, IN. 2 Brothers: Fred Dutt, Huntington, IN. and Skip Jankin, Indianapolis, IN. 7 Grandchildren and 6 step-grandchildren. Beloved Dog: Alex
He was preceded in death by: 1Brother: Rod Dutt.

Mrs. Bechstein was born on March 11,1920 in Kendallville, IN. to Glen W. and??? Mary Margaret VanFleit Wetzel. Her parents preceded her in death.
Her first marriage was to Paul Cunningham. She married John Bechstein on May 23, 2004. He survives and lives in Huntington, IN.
Mrs. Bechstein retired from Metalloid Corp. She established The Merle Norman Store in Huntington. She was a member of The Order of Eastern Star, Logansport. She was a founder and member of American Womens Buiness Association Kilsoquah Chapter. In 1976 she was Women of The Year for Kilsoquah Chapter.

Survivors include: Her husband, 1 son: Glen (Janice) Cunningham, Huntington.1 sister: Mrs. Robert (Patty) Hollingworth, Connersvtlle, IN. 2 Grandchildren: Ryan Cunningham and April Cunningham Pries and 4 Great Grandchildren.

Memorial services will be held on Saturday, October 1, 2005 at 2:00 PM at The Pleasant Grove United Methodist Church, with Rev. Russell Buzzard.
Memorials to: Pleasant Grove United Methodist Church or The American Diabetes Association.

Gilbert O. Bigler, 83,died 12:35 AM on September 25, 2005 at V.A. Regional Medical Center, Marion, IN.
Mr. Bigler was born October 29, 1921 in Woodsfield, OH to Lawrence P. and Alma (Menkel) Bigler. His parents preceded him in death.
He married Carrie Viola Pressler April 16, 1943. She Survives and lives in Huntington, IN.
Mr. Bigler served in WW II in the Army.
Survivors include: His Wife Carrie Viola Bigler, Huntington, IN; 1 son: Lawrence G. Bigler Huntington, IN; 2 Daughters: Kathleen Montgomery and Charlene Bolding both of Huntington, IN. 1 Half Brother Ray Highman, Woodsfield, OH; 1 sister, Grace Drepperd, Merrit Island, Florida.
9 Grandchildren and 17 Great Grandchildren 7 Great -Great Grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by: 1 brother: Lawrence P. Bigler and 1 Sister Thelma Blanchard.
Private Graveside services will be held at a later date.

Leona C. Kline, 97,Huntington, died on September 19, 2005 at the Heritage of Huntington, Huntington, IN.
Mrs. Kline was born October 1, 1907 in Lenore, IL. to Peter and Clara Eschbach Schmitt. Her parents preceded her in death.
Mrs. Kline married Paul P. Kline Sr. on June 14, 1932 at St. Peter and Paul Catholic Church. He preceded her in death November 22, 1986.
Mrs. Kline was employed for many years at Our Sunday Visitor and retired in 1969. She worked part-time at Brown and Rowe Shoe store for 50 years. She was a greeter at K-Mart Store for 5 years
She was a member of St. Mary?s Catholic Church and the St. Marys Rosary Sodality.
Additional survivors include:1 Son: Paul P. Kline Jr. Huntington, IN. 1 Daughter: Mrs. LeRoy (Kathleen) Rinehart, Huntington, IN. 11 grandchildren, 15 great-grandchildren and 1 Great-Great Grandchildren.
Preceded in death by: 3 Brothers: Henry Schmitt, Leonard Schmitt and Edward Schmitt.2 Sisters: Hildegarde Scher and Elizabeth Kastner.

??? Carolyn Fryback was born July 13, 1910 in Van Wert, OH to Charles G. and Lena Becker Muntizinger. Her parents preceded her in death.
Mrs. Fryback married Ernest D. Fryback on October 7, 1930. He preceded her in death on August 23, 1970. She was a member of St. Peter?s Lutheran Church. She attended Lutheran School of Nursing and worked at Huntington Memorial Hospital and was in sales at Wards Department Store and Gass Ladies Shop.She was a member of Epsolon Sigma Alpha, the Nurse?s Guild and worked for many years on the Election Board of Huntington County.
Survivors include: 1 Daughter Mrs. Robert E. (Carolyn J.) Ehler of Huntington, IN and Sorrento, FL.
6 Grandchildren and 9 Great-Grandchildren. 3 Great-Great Grandchildren.
Preceded in death: 1 Grandchild, Mark Robert Ehler , 2 Brothers: Clifford O. Muntizinger and Carl C. Muntizinger and 1 Sister: Hilinda Hoffman.

Alberta was a graduate of St. Catherine’s Academy, Fort Wayne, IN. She married John H. Fox on August 21, 1934 in St. Patrick Catholic Church, Fort Wayne, IN. He preceded her in death on January 30, 1986.
Mrs. Fox was a homemaker. She was a member of Saint Mary Catholic Church in Huntington and a former member of St. Paul of the Cross Catholic Church, Columbia City, Indiana.
Survivors include: Three daughters: Mrs. Philip (Jacqueline A.) Karst, Huntington, IN.; Mrs. Norwin (Rita M.) Stoppenhagen, St. Charles, IL. and Mary C. Fox, Tampa, FL. One Son: James C. Fox, Punta Gorda, FL. 8 Grandchildren and 12 Great-grandchildren.

Preceded in death by: One Son: James M. Fox and One Grandson, Eric Fox. Two Sisters: Margaret Heit and Virginia Bender.

Mr. Dennis was born in Huntington, Indiana on July 23, 1935 to Merritt Ross and Gertrude Hitzfield Dennis.
Mr. Dennis was a paratrooper in the Army and later joined the Air Force, serving during the Korean War.
Mr. Dennis married Bonnie Abrams on July 1, 2003. She survives and resides in Huntington.
Mr. Dennis was a self-employed Commercial Freight Driver and Painter. He was a member of the Salvation Army, American Legion Post #85 and the Eagles Lodge #823.
Survivors: One son: Paul Mossburg, Fort Wayne, IN and 2 Daughters: Kimberly Mossburg, Huntington, IN and Vicki Creed, Huntington, Indiana. One brother: Paul Dennis, New Haven, Indiana and 2 grandchildren. Three step-sons: Mark Crews, Steve Crews and Darrell Crews all of Huntington and 2 step-Daughters: Vickie Lynch and Mary Ann Taylor both of Indianapolis, Indiana.
He was preceded in death by a wife, Barbara Dennis, a grandson, Ryan Dennis and a brother, Ronald Dennis.
