Cause of Death: Unexpectedly

Josh was born in Lebanon, Indiana, on May 9, 1976, the son of John Jeffrey Anderson and Cindy Lynn (Hinkle) Anderson.

Josh was reared in Lebanon and graduated from Lebanon High School in 1994. Since graduation he has worked as a heating and air-conditioning contractor. He resided for a few years in Indianapolis prior to moving to Noblesville in 2000. The past several years he has been self employed operating Anderson Heating and Air Conditioning.

He was married to Courtney Michelle Anderson. She survives.

Josh enjoyed his family and friends. A sportsman, he was a pitcher in baseball and softball and also liked basketball. He was a member of an AAU baseball team that placed second in an Indiana State Tournament and he tried out for the Philadelphia Phillies.

He served for a period in the U.S. Army.

Officiating: Rev. Jerry Disbro

Funeral Services will be held at Myers Chapel of Memories, 1502 North Lebanon Street, in Lebanon, Indiana, on Tuesday, April 20, 2004, at 2:00 p.m.

Visitation is planned for Monday, April 19, 2004, from 2:00 to 8:00 p.m. at Myers Mortuary in Lebanon.

Burial will follow at the Maple Lawn Cemetery in Thorntown, Indiana.

Edna Mae Antle
NAME: Mrs. Edna Mae Antle Age: 96 Widow

City of Residence: Connersville, Indiana

Date of Death: Thursday, September 20, 2007, at 9:23 p.m.

Place of Death: at Heritage House of Connersville in Connersville, Indiana

Cause of Death: Natural Causes

Mrs. Antle was born in Boone County, Lebanon, Indiana, on June 18, 1911. She was the daughter of the late Charles E. and Lula (Cole) Powell.

She was a graduate of Lebanon High School in 1930.

She was married in Lebanon, Indiana, on July 16, 1939, to Paul Henry Antle. Mr. Antle died in June 1960.

In 1939 she moved to Linden following her marriage. She was employed at the Boone County Co-Op 1934 - 1939. In Linden, she worked as a customer service representative for the Linden State Bank 1954 - 1986. She resided in Linden until 1986 and then in Lebanon until she moved to Connersville in 2004.

Mrs. Antle was a devoted wife, mother, grandmother, and homemaker and enjoyed reading and knitting.

Funeral Services are to be held on Tuesday, September 25, 2007, at 2:00 p.m., at Myers Chapel of Memories, 1502 North Lebanon Street, Lebanon, Indiana.

Visitation is planned for Tuesday, September 25, 2007, from noon to 2:00 p.m. at Myers Mortuary in Lebanon.

Interment will follow at Oak Hill Cemetery in Lebanon.

MRS. ROXIE BIGGERSTAFF ANTLE

Name: Mrs. Roxie L. Antle Age: 87 Widow

City of residence: San Angelo, Texas and formerly of Lebanon, Indiana

Date of death: Sunday, February 15, 2004

Place of death: Sagecrest Alzheimer’s Care Center in San Angelo, Texas

Cause of Death: Natural Causes

Mrs. Antle was born north of Kirklin, in Clinton County, Indiana on December 16, 1916, and was the daughter of the late Oder and Bertha (Bogan) Gregg.

From early childhood, Mrs. Antle lived in the Lebanon community, most of the time in Lebanon. She was a 1935 graduate of Lebanon High School. She attended Central Business College in Indianapolis. She worked for two periods at the Boone County R.E.M.C.; 6 years after her first husband’s death; and 1961-1984, for a total of almost 29 years. She retired in 1984.

Her first marriage was to Howard Mosebaugh on November 30, 1936, and he died on February 1, 1941. She was married to Al Biggerstaff on October 16, 1948, and he died on February 1, 1986. She was married on April 3, 1987, in Ft. Myers Beach, Florida to Herman E. Antle. Mr. Antle died on April 22, 1995.

Mrs. Antle was a devoted wife, mother, grandmother, and homemaker. She enjoyed her family, sewing, and the activities of the Shrine Horse Patrol in which Mr. Biggerstaff had been an active participant.

Mrs. Edwards was born on March 12, 1920, in Lebanon, Indiana, and was the daughter of the late Herbert L. “Herb” (a former Mayor of Lebanon) and Marian Grace (Ritchie) Ransdell.

She married Briant Edwards, Jr. on October 17, 1944, in Lebanon, Indiana. Mr. Edwards died on November 21, 1999.

Mrs. Edwards was reared and educated in Lebanon. She graduated from Lebanon High School. She and Mr. Edwards lived in Bloomington, Indiana prior to moving to Melvindale, Michigan in 1951.

A devoted wife, mother, grandmother, and great grandmother, she enjoyed her family, knitting, and was a devoted church member.

Memberships: First Methodist Church of Lincoln Park, Michigan

Officiating: Rev. Steve Hecox

Funeral Services will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Saturday, July 5, 2003, at Powell Memorial Chapel at Oak Hill Cemetery in Lebanon, Indiana.

No Visitation is planned.

Cause of Death: Natural Causes

Mr. Anderson was born in Indianapolis, Indiana, on November 21, 1926, the son of the late Henry and Margaret Virginia (Horne) Anderson.

Mr. Anderson was reared and educated in Boone County, Indiana. He is a life-long Boone County resident except for the 6 month as an infant before his parents moved from Indianapolis to Lebanon. He attended Lebanon High School.

Mr. Anderson served during World War II in the United States Army. He was inducted into service on January 31, 1945 and was honorably discharged on November 26, 1946.

He was married to Beverly Jean (Nease) Anderson in Lebanon, Indiana on January 22, 1949. Mrs. Anderson survives.

Mr. Anderson was a self-employed farmer for 40 years. He owned a Washington Township farm for 25 years and a Center Township farm for 15 years. Mr. Anderson also worked on as a contractor for 25 years employed by Poultry House Cleaning Service, operating in Ohio, Kentucky, and mainly in Indiana.

Mr. Anderson was a devoted husband, father, grandfather, great grandfather, and friend. In addition to his family he enjoyed reading. Mr. Anderson was active in the community in various capacities. One of those activities was as a founder of the Sheltered Workshop in Lebanon that is now known as ARC.
