Miss Duke was born in Indianapolis, Indiana, on October 4, 1991. She was the daughter of Jimmy and Teresa A. (O’Neill) Duke.

She was reared and educated in Brownsburg and Boone County. She attended Brownsburg and Western Boone schools where she was currently a sophomore.

She had an interest in art and music. She was a member of St. Joseph Catholic Church in Lebanon. She was active in soccer, basketball, track, foreign language and art having lettered in soccer and track at Western Boone.

Funeral Services are to be held at 11:30 a.m. on Saturday, April 19, 2008, at St. Joseph Catholic Church, 319 East South Street, in Lebanon.

Visitation will be on Friday, April 18, 2008, from 2:00 to 8:00 p.m. and on Saturday, April 19, 2008, from 10:00 to 11:00 a.m. at Myers Mortuary in Lebanon.

Interment will at St. Joseph Cemetery in Lebanon, Indiana.

Place of Death: St. Vincent Hospice in Indianapolis, Indiana

Cause of Death: Natural Causes

Mr. Dulhanty was born on December 3, 1936, in Grant County, Marion, Indiana. He was the son of the late Robert Samuel Dulhanty and Dorothy Maxine (Jacobs) Dulhanty who survives.

He was married on January 25, 1957, in Union Township, Boone County, Indiana to Katha (Shoemaker) Dulhanty. She survives.

He resided in Marion, Noblesville, and Bloomington prior to living most of his life in Lebanon. He moved to Lebanon from Noblesville as a freshman in high school in 1952. He played high school basketball and graduated from Lebanon High School in 1956.

Mr. Dulhanty worked as a sales representative. He was employed for periods by A & P, the Toy Company of Indiana, United Parcel Service, Durkee Foods, Inc., Heritage Foods of Lebanon, and Dulhanty Foods of Lebanon. He retired in 1998.

He was a devoted husband, father, grandfather, and great grandfather. In addition to his family, he enjoyed sports, travel, and showing dogs. He liked to attend the sporting events in which his grandchildren participated.

Funeral Services are to be held on Tuesday, October 12, 2004, at 10:30 a.m. at Myers Chapel of Memories, 1502 North Lebanon Street, Lebanon, Indiana.

Visitation will be held at Myers Mortuary in Lebanon from 4:00 to 8:00 p.m. on Monday, October 11, 2004.

Interment will follow at Mts. Runn Cemetery in Boone County, Indiana.

Iva E. Doyle

1917-2003

Mrs. Doyle was born on July 25 1917, in Clementsville, Kentucky, and was the daughter of the late Mack W. and Dollie E. Wethington.

She married Ernest Richard Doyle on June 28, 1941, in Lebanon, Indiana. Mr. Doyle died May 4, 1985.

Mrs. Doyle moved to Lebanon at age 7 and graduated from Dover High School in 1936.

Mrs. Doyle had worked at Boss Glove Factory until wartime when she stayed home with her children. For fifteen years she had worked as a sales representative for Avon Cosmetics. From 1969 she then assisted in the family business, Doyle’s Bait and Tackle Shop, where she retired in 1988.

A devout Catholic, she was a devoted wife, mother, grandmother, and great grandmother, she enjoyed her family and her work.

Funeral Services will be held at 10:00 a.m. on Thursday, August 14, 2003, at St. Joseph Catholic Church, 319 E. South Street, Lebanon, Indiana.

Visitation is planned for Wednesday, August 13, 2003, from 4:00 to 8:00 p.m. at Myers Mortuary, 1502 N. Lebanon Street, in Lebanon, Indiana.

Interment will be at St. Joseph Cemetery in Lebanon, Indiana

Prayer Services will be held on Wednesday, August 13, 2003, at 7:30 p.m. at Myers Mortuary.

Mr. Dulhanty was born on December 24, 1943, in Noblesville, Indiana. He was the son of the late Robert Samuel and Dorothy Maxine (Jacobs) Dulhanty.

He was married on December 31, 1987, in Lebanon, Indiana to Betsy Kaye (Rosenstihl) Dulhanty. Mrs. Dulhanty survives. He was formerly married to Elizabeth Proctor.

He resided in Noblesville, Brown County, and Bloomington before the family moved to Lebanon in 1952. He was a 1962 graduate of Lebanon High School and attended the Indiana University Extension in Indianapolis.

Mr. Dulhanty first worked for A & P in Lebanon. In the clothing business he was manager of Brunt’s and then owned The Loft for seven years. He was a salesman for Heffner Foods and Kincaid Auto Sales in Frankfort and Lebanon, and Jaggers in Lebanon. He worked a number of years as photographer for the Lebanon Reporter and retired after a period at Kincaid Auto in Lebanon. He retired in 2005.

He was a devoted husband, father, and grandfather. In addition to his family, he their activities and sports, golf, and photography.

Memberships: Central Christian Church in Lebanon

Member of the Boone County Tobacco and Alcohol Board

Formerly a member of Lions Club and Sertoma Club which he served as president

Officiating: Rev. Dale Matherly

Funeral Services are to be held on Tuesday, February 26, 2008, at 2:30 p.m. at the Central Christian Church, 311 East Main Street, Lebanon, Indiana. Visitation at the church will be in the hour prior to the service on Tuesday.

Visitation will be held at Myers Mortuary in Lebanon from 4:00 to 8:00 p.m. on Monday, February 25, 2008.

Cremation will follow services.

Place of Death: Witham Memorial Hospital in Lebanon, Indiana

Cause of Death: Natural Causes after an extended illness

Mr. Edwards was born in Fortville, Indiana on September 9, 1921. He was the son of the late Frank Emerson and Goldie Ethel (Shull) Edwards.

He was married on March 30, 1944, in Indianapolis, Indiana, to Marjorie Louise (Appleget) Edwards. Mrs. Edwards survives.

He was reared and educated in the McCordsville/Fortville area and attended the McCordsville High School. He worked a few years before he entered the Army Air Corp and served as a parachute packer during World War II, 1942-1946. He was stationed in British Guiana, South America and Fairfield, California.

He has resided in rural Lebanon since 1946 as a farmer. He drove a school bus for Elizaville and then for Western Boone School Corporation and retired after thirty years.

Mr. Edwards was a devoted and loving family man. For the past thirteen years he had wintered in Arcadia, Florida.

Funeral Services are to be held on Wednesday, August 25, 2004, at 10:30 a.m. at Myers Chapel of Memories, 1502 North Lebanon Street, Lebanon, Indiana.

Visitation will be held at Myers Mortuary in Lebanon from 4:00 to 8:00 p.m. on Tuesday, August 24, 2004.

Interment will follow at Oak Hill Cemetery in Lebanon, Indiana.
