Gale M. Good, 88, of 6444 West 900 South, Winamac, IN, passed away at 9:53 AM Monday, October 29, 2007 at Pulaski Memorial Hospital in Winamac, IN.

He was born May 12, 1919, in Pulaski, IN, to George and Othal Mae Masterson Good. He married Alma Louise Reingardt on January 26, 1941 in White County, IN. Alma survives.

Gale was a retired farmer. He lived in Beaver Township his whole life. Gale graduated from Pulaski High School in 1937. He was a member of Paul's Chapel Church. Gale served as District 3 Pulaski County Commisioner from 1970 until 1978. He served on the board of directors of the Pulaski-White Rural Telephone Cooperative from 1960-1972. He married Alma Louise Reingardt on January 26, 1941 in White County, IN. He enjoyed watching wildlife on his farm. Gale also enjoyed watching sports on TV.

Friends may call 3-8 PM EDT Thursday, November 1, 2007 at Frain Mortuary.

Memorial Contributions may be given to the Cancer Fund or to the Paul's Chapel Cemetery Fund

Hilda Clara Emma Selmer, 93, of 101 Constitution Drive, Francesville, IN, passed away at 6:13 PM Wednesday, October 24, 2007 at Parkview Haven Retirement Home in Francesville, IN.

She was born May 21, 1914, in Medaryville, IN, to Henry and Martha Teske Tetzloff.

She married William W. Selmer on July 4, 1935, in Medaryville, IN. He died March 29, 1988.

She was a member of St. James Salem United Church of Christ, Francesville, and a former member of the Women's Guild of St. John United Church of Christ, Medaryville.

She lived in Francesville since 1973, moving from Medaryville after they retired from farming.

She enjoyed sewing and gardening.

Nancy Jean Miller, 71, of 1974 W 441 S, Star City, IN, passed away at 3:23 AM Friday, October 19, 2007 at her residence in Star City, IN.

She was born May 24, 1936, in Thornhope, IN, to Theodore and Lenora Smith Bowers. She married Melvin C. Miller on April 14, 1990 in Monon, IN. Melvin survives.

Nancy was a former scout leader, 4-H leader and Church Choir member. She had worked as a bookeeper for the First National Bank in Lansing, IL for 20 years. Nancy enjoyed sewing, gardening and spending time in the outdoors. She loved visiting State Parks and being Irish.

Robert William Scheffer, 57, of 505 South Franklin Street, Winamac, IN, passed away at 10:00 PM Saturday, October 13, 2007 at his residence.

He was born May 6, 1950, in Logansport, IN, to Albert "Dick" and Anna Jeanette Roth Scheffer.

Bob was a former resident of Key West, Florida. He worked as a maintenance foreman for the Key West Water Department. He served in the US Army during the Viet Nam War era. Bob enjoyed riding dirt bikes, four wheelers and wave runners. He enjoyed fishing in Florida. Bob enjoyed life.
