Paul M. Halloran
Paul M. Halloran, 69, resident of Milton since 1972, died October 20 at his home after a lengthy illness.
Born in Boston, he was a graduate of Boston Trade High School and Suffolk University with a degree in Business Management.
He worked for Fineberg Company of Boston and Wellesley for his entire business career before retiring last year.
Mr. Halloran was a veteran of the Korean Conflict and served four years with the US Air Force.
Husband of the late Wendy A. (Sulprizio) Halloran; he is survived by a son, Michael A. Halloran of Milton; a daughter, Lisa M. Halloran of Milton; two sisters, Mary Crowley of Weymouth and Sally McNaught of South Boston; and a brother, Jack Halloran of Florida.
A funeral Mass was celebrated at St. Mary of the Hills Church on October 24. Burial was in Milton Cemetery.

Ruth E. Grissom
Ruth E. Grissom of Milton died October 11 in Milton Hospital.
Born and educated in Boston, Mrs. Grissom was a homemaker and an a member of First Congregational Church.
Mrs. Grissom was an active member and former officer of Phi Lamda, a women's service organization of the Second Congregational Church in Codman Square, a former Deacon of the First Congregational Church as well as a member of the Mary Francis Emerson Women's Group associated with the First Congregational Church. Wife of the late Hugh L. Grissom, she is survived by one daughter, Joan G. Edwards of NY; four sons, Hugh M. Grissom of Halifax, Robert L. Grissom of Nevada, Douglas R. Grissom of PA and Donald M. Grissom of Cotuit; 10 grandchildren, and 12 great grandchildren.
A public Memorial Service will be held on Saturday, Nov. 2 at 2 p.m. at the First Congregational Church, 495 Canton Avenue. Burial will be private.

Joseph J. Develler
Joseph J. Develler, 83, of Milton, died October 15 at Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center.
Born in Canada, he lived in Charlestown before moving to Milton 20 years ago.
He worked for Allen Realty of Boston for 40 years, retiring in 1987.
Mr. Develler served in the Civilian Conservation Corps before World War II.
Husband of the late Virginia M. (McCloud) Develler; he is survived by his wife Dorothy A. (Speth) Develler; a son, Joseph A. Develler of Weymouth; a stepdaughter Barbara Cunio of Quincy; a stepson Michael Tuohey of Whitman; three sisters, Doris Clairmont of Nova Scotia, and Alice Palle and Evelyn Yearble both of Florida; four brothers, Reginald Deviller and Francis Deviller both of Nova Scotia, Robert Bowden of South Carolina and Charles Bowden of Woburn; a grandson and four step-grandchildren.
A funeral Mass was celebrated at St. Elizabeth Church. Burial was in Evergreen Cemetery, Brighton.

Bridget Landers
Bridget "Birdie" (Feeney) Landers, of Milton , died October 30 at Brigham and Women's Hospital.
Born in County Galway, Ireland, she lived in England before moving to Milton.
She was a clerical worker for the former New England Telephone for 15 years before retiring in 1985.
She was a parishoner of St. Agatha's Church and a member of the Castle Island Association of South Boston.
Wife of the late Daniel Landers, she is survived by two sons, Daniel J. Landers of Hanover and Patrick J. Landers of Connecticut; three sisters, Maggie Moggan of Ireland and Catherine Egan and Ellie Murphy of England, and six grandchildren.
A funeral Mass was celebrated November 4 at St. Agatha's Church. Burial was in Milton Cemetery.

Daniel D. Walsh
Daniel D. Walsh, 68, of Milton, died October 26.
He was a 1957 graduate of Boston State College and earned his master's degree in 1966.
He was an Army veteran and served in Germany.
Mr. Walsh reitred as principal of James F. Condon School in South Boston in 1998. He was formerly principal at the Emily A. Fifield School in Dorchester.
He was a member of the Boston Association of School Administrators and Supervisors and served as liason between Boston Public Schools and the Boston Archdiocese.
He was a former member of the parish council and a lector at St. Gregory Church in Dorchester. He was a past grand knight of Hull Council 4865 Knights of Columbus. He was also a member of the Irish Cultural Society and the Donegal Association.
He is survived by his wife, Ann M. (McLaughlin) Walsh; three daughters, Maura W. Sargent, Siobhan M. Walsh and Briege W. O'Connell, all of Milton; two sons, Daniel P. Walsh of San Francisco, and Mark Gill Walsh of Dorchester; three brothers, the Rev. Aidan Walsh of Duxbury, Thomas Walsh of West Roxbury and Joseph Walsh of Falmouth; two sisters, Sister Mary K. Walsh C.S.J. of Dedham and Elizabeth Flaherty of Hull, and three grandchildren.

Cecilia M. Angeloni
Cecilia M. (Martinelli) Angeloni, 86, a lifelong resident of Milton , died November 2 at home.
She was a retired housekeeper for the headmaster at Milton Academy where she worked for 32 years.
Mrs. Angeloni was a former president of Penn's Hill Senior Citizens in Quincy and a founding member of the Milton Firefighters Wives Association. She was a member of the Daughters of Isabella, Chapter 186, the TU-NI Club and a volunteer for Meals on Wheels for 20 years.
She is survived by her husband, Joseph P. Angeloni Sr.; a son, Joseph P. Angeloni Jr. of Plainville; three daughters, Elaine T. Angeloni of Milton, Teresa A. Mullen of Plainville and Carol A. Beebe of New Hampshire; a sister, Josephine Bregoli of Hyde Park; and eight grandchildren.

Pauline E. Campbell
Pauline E. (Connell) Campbell, 92, died November4 at the Cape Cod Hospital Extended Care Hospital in Hyannis.
Mrs. Campbell was born in Milton and lived there and in Randolph before moving to Dennis.
She was a retired secretary for the Veteran's Affairs Office in Randolph.
She is survived by her husband, William M. Campbell Sr.; four daughters, Regis Murphy of Marshfield, Paula Brennan of Beverly, Gail Sullivan of Braintree and Jeanne Campbell-Novak of Yarmouthport; a son W. Michael Campbell of Milton, 13 grandchildren and eight great-grandchildren.
A funeral Mass will be celebrated November 7 at St. Mary of the Hills Church.

John C. Russo, 87, of Raynham, died October 26 at Morton Hospital, Taunton.
Born in Boston, he was a graduate of Boston English High School and attended designing and drafting classes at Boston Architectural Club for four years.
Mr. Russo served in the US Army during World War II.
He worked for Metropolitan Life Insurance, retiring in 1977. He was a former member of the Cunningham Men's Bowling League.
He is survived by his wife, Anna M. (Doyle) Russo; three sons, John F. Russo of Milton, Paul E. Russo of Malden, and Philip G. Russo of Raynham; two sisters, Neti D'Angelo and Mary Russo, both of Milton, and four grandchildren.

Charles J. Stravin Jr.
Charles J. "Chuck" Stravin, Jr., 61, of Milton, died October 25 at Carney Hospital after a brief illness.
Born in Boston, he was a graduate of St. Sebastian High School and Boston College.
Mr. Stravin owned L Street Liquors in South Boston for over 25 years. He was an usher and a communicant at St. Pius X Church for several years.
He was a member of the Dorchester Lower Mills Knights of Columbus, Council #180.
He is survived by his wife Margaret B. (Finch) Stravin; two sons, Charles J. Stravin III of Quincy and Michael C. Stravin of Charlestown; a daughter Susan E. Orsillo of Somerville,and four grandchildren.

Margaret G. (Carlson) Connelly, 81, a longtime resident of Milton, died November 3 at Clark House of Foxhill Village of Westwood.
Born in Boston, she grew up in Brighton and lived in Milton for 38 years.
Wife of the late Robert J. Connelly, she is survived by three daughters, Jeanne M. Sutton of Milton, Mary A. Erickson of Norwood and Patricia E. MacElhaney of Andover; a son, Robert J. Connelly of Medfield, and eight grandchildren.
