Alexis E. Coghill, infant, of Finksburg, died suddenly Thursday, Jan. 28, 1999, at Greater Baltimore Medical Center.
Born Jan. 28, 1999, at Greater Baltimore Medical Center, she was the daughter of Scott and Monica Hartwig Coghill of Finksburg.
Surviving, in addition to her parents, are sister Madeline Naill-Coghill of Finksburg; paternal grandparents Leslie and Mary Coghill; and maternal grandparents James and Leslie Reynolds of Owings Mills.
A graveside committal will be held at 11 a.m. Monday at St. Peter's Lutheran Cemetery in Hampstead, with Dr. Joe Traynham of Reisterstown Baptist Church, officiating.
There will be no visitation.

James H. Dulany IV
57, of Westminster
James Heath Dulany IV, 57, of Westminster, died Wednesday, Jan. 27, 1999, at home, after an extended illness.
Born June 19, 1941, in Baltimore, he was the son of James H. Dulany III of Tennessee and the late Dorothy Smith Dulany. He was the husband of Laura Ellen Brown Dulany of Westminster.
He attended William R. Boone High School in Orlando, Fla., Class of '60.
He was a veteran of the Marine Corps and served from 1960 to 1963. He was a real estate appraiser.
He was a member of Westminster United Methodist Church and Westminster Rotary Club since 1973, Maryland Association of Real Estate Appraisers, Maryland Board of Real Estate Appraisers and former board member of Board of Bowling Brook Home for Boys, Carroll County Chamber of Commerce, and Greater Westminster Development Corp., and he was on the founding board of the YMCA. He was the recipient of the Paul Harris Award in 1997.
Surviving, in addition to his wife, are daughters Rebecca Elaine Dulany of Reisterstown and Jocelyn Heather Dulany of Westminster; and brothers Albert S. Dulany of Oregon and Howell L. Dulany of Tennessee.
A funeral service will be held at 2 p.m. Sunday at Westminster United Methodist Church, 162 E. Main St., Westminster, with the Rev. David Highfield officiating. Interment will be in Mt. Pleasant Cemetery, Gamber.
The family will recieve friends today from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. at Pritts Funeral Home and Chapel, 412 Washington Road, Westminster.

Harry R. Lippy
96, formerly of Manchester
Harry Rebert Lippy, 96, of New Oxford, Pa., formerly of Manchester, died Friday, Jan. 29, 1999, at the Brethren Home, New Oxford.
Born April 7, 1902, in Manchester, he was the son of the late Allen Rebert and Eva Magdalene Hunt Lippy. Married twice, he was the husband of Margaret Morgan Lippy and the late Maitland Isabelle Hansel Lippy.
He was a retired investigative auditor for the state of Maryland. He was a member of Manchester Senior Citizens, was past grand master of Lebanon Lodge, and was a member of the Boumi Temple. He was a past district governor of the Lions Club. He was a charter member of the Lineboro-Manchester Lions Club, and was past president, 1964-1965. He was a member of Immanuel Lutheran Church, Manchester.
Surviving are two stepgrandchildren; four stepgreat-grandchildren; sister Ruth Riley of New Oxford, Pa.; numerous nieces and nephews; and devoted friend Julia Berwager of Manchester.
He was predeceased by stepdaughter Lucille Hayes.
Funeral services will be held at 11 a.m. Monday, at Eckhardt Funeral Chapel, 3296 Charmil Drive, Manchester, with the Revs. Norma and Matthew Schenning officiating. Interment will be in the New Lutheran Cemetery, Manchester.
Friends may call from 3 to 5 and 7 to 9 p.m. Sunday at the funeral home.

Charles Garold ``Chuck'' Marshall, 36, of Westminster, died Tuesday, Jan. 26, 1999, in York, Pa.
Born Feb. 4, 1962, in Memphis, Tenn., he was the son of Richard and Sarah Ruth Marshall. He was the husband of Jan A. Marshall of Westminster.
He was a salesman.
Surviving, in addition to his parents and wife, are daughter Jana Kendall Marshall of Westminster; son Trey Reeves Marshall of Westminster; brother Grant Reeves Marshall of Jacksonville, Fla.; and sister Kelly Lynn Veihdeffer of St. Augustine, Fla.
A memorial service will be held at 8 p.m. tonight at Eline Funeral Home, 11824 Reisterstown Road, Reisterstown, with the Rev. Clarence L. Roark officiating.
Friends may call from 7 p.m. until the time of service tonight at the funeral home.

Harry F. McCallam
81, of Owings Mills
Harry Francis McCallam, 81, of Owings Mills, died Thursday, Jan. 28, 1999, at Cherrywood Manor Nursing Home.
Born Nov. 4, 1917, in New York, N.Y., he was the son of the late Harry and Katherine McCallam. He was the husband of the late Dorothy M. McCallam.
He was employed as a salesman and was a veteran of the Army Air Corps, having received the Distinguished Flying Cross. He was a member of VFW Post 521 and the American Legion, both of Owings Mills.
Surviving are sons Dennis H. McCallam of Owings Mills and Kevin J. McCallam of Dallas, Texas; sister Virginia Shaw of Ohio; and two grandchildren.
Funeral services will be held at 10 a.m. Monday at Eline Funeral Home, 11824 Reisterstown Road, Reisterstown, with the Rev. Frank E. Trotter Jr. officiating. Interment will be in Trinity Episcopal Cemetery, Long Green.
Friends may call from 7 to 9 p.m. today and from 3 to 5 and 7 to 9 p.m. Sunday at the funeral home.

Hubert J. Null
94, of Keymar
Hubert Jacob Null, 94, of Keymar, died Thursday, Jan. 28, 1999, at Glade Valley Nursing and Rehabilitation Center, Walkersville.
Born April 9, 1904, in Taneytown, he was the son of the late Jacob Daniel and Emma Jane Hess Null. He was the husband of Gladys S. Zepp Null, to whom he was married for 73 years.
He was a retired farmer. He was a former member of the Forestry Board, Taneytown Odd Fellows, and was a former director of Maryland Cooperative Milk Producers. He was a 4-H leader and was one of the first 4-H All-Stars. He was a former vice president of Carroll County Farm Bureau, a board member of Agricultural Stabilization Conservation Service of Carroll County and was a tester and member of the Dairy Herd Improvement Association.
He was a member of Trinity Lutheran Church in Taneytown, where he served on various committees and the church council for many years.
Surviving, in addition to his wife, are sons and daughters-in-law George D. and Estelle Null of Landenberg, Pa., Charles E. Sr. and Helen Null of Gettysburg, Pa.; daughters and sons-in-law Mary N. and Buckey Garver of New Windsor, and Vesta E. and David M. Reifsnider of Keymar; sister Grace N. Wildasin of Hanover, Pa.; 12 grandchildren; 19 great-grandchildren; seven great-great-grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.
He was predeceased by one granddaughter; one great-grandson; sisters Anna Angell and Elizabeth Null; and brother Charles Null.
Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m. Sunday at Trinity Lutheran Church, 38 W. Baltimore St., Taneytown, with the Rev. John S. Douglas officiating, assisted by Deacon Charles Barnhart. Interment will be in the church cemetery.
Friends may call from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. today at Skiles Funeral Home, 136 E. Baltimore St., Taneytown, and from 1 p.m. until time of services Sunday at the church.

Ruthetta V. Redding
78, of Manchester
Ruthetta Virginia Redding, 78, of Manchester, died Friday, Jan. 29, 1999, at Carroll County General Hospital.
Born March 3, 1920, in Millers, she was the daughter of the late H. Walter and Ella Lippy Miller. She was the wife of Charles A. Redding.
She was a retired sewing factory presser, and was a member of Millers United Methodist Church.
Surviving, in addition to her husband, are children Robert L. Miller of Odenton, Howard L. ``Babe'' Miller of Manchester, and Jean L. Moritz of Las Cruces, N.M.; brothers George H. Miller of Westminster, Charles I. and Herbert E. Miller both of Manchester; sisters Ethel L. Detter, Lois M. Newman, and Evelyn J. Nott, all of Manchester, Helen M. Dickens, of Hampstead; three grandchildren; five great-grandchildren; and many nieces and nephews.
She was predeceased by brother Walter Miller Jr.; sisters Pauline E. Roth and Louella F. Sanders; and one grandson.
Funeral services will be held at 1:30 p.m. Monday at Eckhardt Funeral Chapel, 3296 Charmil Drive, Manchester, with the Rev. Ira Barr officiating. Interment will be in Millers Church Cemetery, Millers.

Carmen H. Shervette
86, of Sykesville
Carmen H. Shervette, 86, of Sykesville, died Thursday, Jan. 28, 1999, at Robosson Court Nursing Center in Randallstown.
Born May 4, 1912, in Maryland, she was the daughter of the late Charles and Annie Ault Dettmer. She was the wife of Elmo Shervette, who died in 1996.
She had been a grocery store owner for most of her life.
Surviving are daughter Aleen Y. Moore of Sykesville; and two grandsons.
She was predeceased by brother Gilbert Dettmer.
Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m. Monday at Haight Funeral Home and Chapel, 6416 Sykesville Road, Sykesville, with the Rev. Sharon Froelich officiating. Interment will be in Lake View Memorial Park.

Dorothy M. Stoner
79, of Mechanicsburg, Pa.
Dorothy May Stoner, 79, of Mechanicsburg, Pa., died Thursday, Jan. 28, 1999, at her home.
Born May 8, 1919, in Taneytown, she was the daughter of the late Sargent David and Emma Rebecca Frock Bankert. She was the wife of Frank E. Stoner Sr.
She was a member of the Reformed Church of Taneytown.
Surviving, in addition to her husband, are sons Frank W. and Creedin L. Stoner, both of Mechanicsburg, Pa., and Howard T. Stoner Sr. of Wilkes-Barre; daughters Jane Rippeon of Mt. Airy, Ruby P. Brooks of Columbus, Ohio, and Dottie L. Strine of Carlisle, Pa.; brothers Eugene Bankard of Emmitsburg, and Ralph Crumpacker of Littlestown, Pa.; sister La Reina Fream of Littlestown, Pa.; 28 grandchildren; 32 great-grandchildren; and a great-great granddaughter.
She was predeceased by son Terry L. Stoner; and brothers David Sargent Bankard and Kenneth Crumpacker.
Funeral services will be held at 1 p.m. Monday at Malpezzi Funeral Home, 8 Market Plaza Way, Mechanicsburg, Pa. Interment will be in Mt. Zion Cemetery, Monroe Township.

Robert Crutchfield
76, of Mt. Airy
Robert Crutchfield, 76, of Mt. Airy, died Friday, Oct. 3, 1997, in Frederick Memorial Hospital, Frederick.
Born Aug. 11, 1921, in West Virginia, he was the son of the late Jesse H. and Bessie Vaughn Crutchfield. He was the husband of Mary Margaret Thomas Crutchfield.
He was originally from Bluefield, Va., and Wythe County, Va.
He was a Coast Guard veteran of World War II, a member of American Legion Post No. 191 and VFW Post No. 1076, Mt. Airy.
Surviving, in addition to his wife, are sons David, Gary and Phillip Crutchfield, all of Mt. Airy; sisters Bernice Colson of Sunman, Ind., Olga Gaubarci of Miami, Fla., and Virginia Beasley of Colo.; a brother, Herbert Crutchfield, of Clear Fork, W.Va.; six grandchildren; five great-grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by a grandson.
Funeral services will be held at 11 a.m. Tuesday at the Barnett Funeral Chapel, 325 S. Church Street, Wytheville, Va. Interment will follow in the Thomas Family Cemetery in Max Meadows, Va.

Rose I. Foster
91, of Reisterstown
Rose Irene Foster, 91, of Reisterstown, died Thursday, Oct. 2, 1997, at St. Joseph Hospital in Towson, from natural causes.
Born Nov. 28, 1905, in Baltimore, she was the daughter of the late Jacob N. and Mary Frances Tracey Foster.
Never married, she graduated from the old Towson Normal School. She was a teacher for a time before becoming a secretary for Exxon for many years, from which job she retired in 1965.
Surviving are five nephews and nieces.
A Mass of Christian burial will be celebrated at 10 a.m. Monday at Sacred Heart Catholic Church in Glyndon with the Rev. Lloyd Aiken, pastor of the church, as celebrant. Interment will be in Loudon Park Cemetery in Baltimore.
Friends may call from 3 to 5 and 7 to 9 p.m. today at the Eckhardt Funeral Chapel, 11605 Reisterstown Road, Owings Mills.

Henrietta H. Foutz, 85, of Westminster, died Saturday afternoon, Oct. 4, 1997, at Homewood at Plum Creek, Hanover, Pa.
Born March 28, 1912, in Westminster, she was the daughter of the late Edward Grant and Jessie Starr Little. She was the wife of Charles R. Foutz Jr., who died May 26, 1994.
Surviving are her sons Edward ``Ned'' Foutz, of Westminster, and Charles R. Foutz III, of Exeter, R.I.; daughters Martha Elias of Omaha, Neb., and Louise Newton, of Wilmington, N.C.; one sister, Ann Dole, of Franklin, Mass., and ten grandchildren.
Funeral arrangements are incomplete. They are being made by the Myers Funeral Home, 91 Willis St., Westminster.

Hazel H. Stambaugh
83, formerly of Hanover, Pa.
Hazel H. Stambaugh, formerly of Hanover, Pa., died early Saturday morning, Oct. 4, 1997, at the Brethren Home at Cross Keys in New Oxford, Pa.
Born March 30, 1914, in Carroll County, she was the daughter of the late James A. and Nina Babylon Hill. She was the wife of Clarence E. Stambaugh, who died March 29, 1973.
She was a homemaker.
She was a member of St. John's Lutheran Church in Littlestown, Pa.
Surviving, are a daughter, Faye H. Stambaugh of Hanover, Pa.; a sister, Mabelle Dutterer of Willow Valley Nursing Home in Lancaster, Pa.; and several nieces and nephews.
Funeral services will be held at 1:30 p.m. Tuesday at the Little's Funeral Home in Littlestown, Pa. with her pastor, the Rev. Timothy J. Kielley, officiating. Interment will be in Baust Union Cemetery in Taneytown.
Friends may call from 7 to 9 p.m. Monday at the funeral home.

Edgar J. Myers
83, formerly of Silver Run
Edgar J. Myers, 83, formerly of Silver Run, died Wednesday, Nov. 25, 1998, at Long View Nursing Home in Manchester.
Born March 13, 1915, in Carroll County, he was the son of the late Vernon and Annie Spangler Myers. He was the husband of the late Mary Halter Myers.
He was a carpenter and served in the Navy during World War II. He was a member of St. Mary's United Church of Christ, Silver Run and the American Legion in Taneytown.
Surviving are daughters Catherine L. Spencer of New Windsor and Ruth Albritton of Pioneer, La.; son Robert J. Myers of Westminster; brother Ralph Myers of Orlando, Fla.; five grandchildren; and four great-grandchildren.
A funeral was held on Saturday, Nov. 28, 1998, at Little's Funeral Home, Littlestown, with the Rev. Gerald Fuss of Baust United Church of Christ officiating. Interment was in St. Mary's Cemetery in Silver Run.

Robert W. Woolf Jr.
71, of Eldersburg
Robert Leslie Woolf Jr., 69, of Upperco, died Friday, Nov. 27, 1998, at St. Joe's Medical Center in Towson.
Born Aug. 15, 1929, in Littlestown, Pa., he was the son of the late Robert L. Sr. and Lucy Virginia Dawson Woolf. He was the husband of Sadie Frances Warfield Woolf, his wife of 40 years.
Before his retirement in 1992, he worked at R.E. Michel Company Inc. as vice president of sales and marketing. He was a member of Masonic Lodge and Mt. Carmel United Methodist Church and was an avid collector of automobiles.
Surviving, in addition to his wife, are daughter Shirley F. Flater of Hunt Valley; sons Russell E. Egolf of Mt. Clemens, Mich., Robert Woolf III of Hunt Valley, and Jeffrey S. Woolf of Upperco; sisters June D. Brainard of Westminster, Helen M. Arter of Hanover, Pa., and Dorothy L. Sutter of Baltimore; five grandchildren; and three great- grandchildren.
A funeral service will held 1 p.m. Monday at Ruck Towson Funeral Home Inc., 1050 York Road, Towson with the Rev. John Thomas officiating. Interment will be in Dulany Valley Memorial Gardens, Cockeysville.
The family will receive friends from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. today at the funeral home.

John D. Owens
54, of Eldersburg
John Dexter Owens, 54, of Eldersburg, died Saturday morning, Jan. 30, 1999, at Carroll County General Hospital, following a brief illness.
Born May 20, 1944, in Syracuse, N.Y., he was the son of Edward Owens of Ocala, Fla., and the late Laura Ostrander Owens.
He sold industrial equipment of M&C Sales Inc. in Finksburg and was a member of Ward's Chapel United Methodist Church in Randallstown. He enjoyed fishing and reading.
Surviving are daughters Janet and Cynthia Owens, both of New Windsor; and sister Sally Marrone of Norwich, N.Y.
A funeral service will be held at 11 a.m. Tuesday at Ward's Chapel United Methodist CHurch, with his pastor, the Rev. Don Burgard, officiating. Interment will follow in the church cemetery.
The family will receive visitors from 3 to 5 and 7 to 9 p.m. Monday at the Jeffrey N. Zumbrun Funeral Home, 6028 Sykesville Road, Eldersburg.
