IVORY A. "BOZO" FOGG
MACWAHOC - Ivory A. "Bozo" Fogg, 76, husband of Rebecca (Briggs) Fogg, died June 12, 2004, at a Bangor hospital. He was born July 25, 1927, in Winn, the son of Ivory and Madeline (Beathem) Fogg.
He was a Veteran of World War II and the Korean War, a member of the VFW in Mattawamkeag and a life member of the DAV in Medway. Bozo loved driving truck. He was employed by Willard Hanington & Son and really enjoyed all the people he worked with there. He enjoyed splitting wood, fishing, hunting and spending time with his family. He had a great sense of humor.

In addition to his wife, Rebecca, he is survived by three children, David Fogg and his wife, Sabrina of Mattawamkeag, Mark Fogg and his wife, Heather, and Kim Stratton and her husband, Lonnie, all of Macwahoc; three grandchildren, Kati, Loni-Lyn and David, Jr.; six brothers and sisters, Beatrice Savage of Winn; George "Bill" Fogg and his wife, Madeline of Lincoln; Ray Fogg and his wife, Jean; Earl Fogg and his wife, Pat; Lillian Thompson; and Doug Fogg and his wife, Pat, all of Winn; several aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and cousins.

Friends may call from 6-8 p.m. Monday at the Clay Funeral Home, 7 Lee Road, Lincoln. Funeral services will be held at 10 a.m. Tuesday at the funeral home, with the Rev. Carolyn Metzler officiating. Interment will be in New Macwahoc Cemetery.

MARY LORRAINE GAGNON
BRADLEY- Mary Lorraine Gagnon, 44, beloved mother of Christopher Gagnon and beloved daughter of Lawrence and Thelma (Gendreau) Gagnon, died May 3, 2004, at a Bangor hospital. She was born Jan. 19, 1960 in Lincoln. Lorraine was a very selfless person, and was always thinking of someone else. She gave us all something to emulate.
In addition to her parents Lawrence and Thelma Gagnon of Mattawamkeag and her son, Christopher Gagnon and his wife, Elizabeth of Old Town, she is survived by three sisters, Elaine Maine guide for many years.
In addition to his wife, Mary, he is survived by three sons, Ronald Gerard of Augusta, Robert Gerard of Vassalboro and Lyle Lancaster of Kingman; sisters and brother, Geraldine Paradis of Chelsea, Evelyn Hutchinson of Augusta, Betty Austin of Pittston, Shirley Hardy of Vassalboro and Martin Gerard of Gardiner; several grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces and nephews. He was predeceased by a brother and three sisters, Harold Gerard, Glennis Day, Jennie Erickson and Gladys Ellis.

Graveside services will be held at 10 a.m. Wednesday, March 17, 2004, at Kingman Cemetery, with the Rev. Gerald Craig officiating. In lieu of flowers, donation in his memory may be made to a charity of one's choice. Arrangements with Clay Funeral Home, 7 Lee Road, Lincoln.

BRENDA JOY (SIBLEY) GLIDDEN
PORTLAND - Brenda J. (Sibley) Glidden, 43, wife of Jonathan Douglas Glidden passed away April 7, 2004 at Ft. Myers FL after a long illness. She was born in Portland, Maine where she graduated from Scarborough High School in 1979. Brenda worked at Fairchild and National Semi-conductor of South Portland, Maine, at a later date. In lieu of flowers please make donations in Brenda's name to: The Neely House, 750 Florida; a daughter, Janice Stinson and her husband, James, of Florida hospital. He was born March 18, 1928, in Lincoln, the son of George Ernest and Colleen (Clay) Goding. Since the 1940's, Walter was active with various family businesses, and in 1947, he and his Dad, "G.E.", started G. E. Goding & Son, which still operates concrete and crushing plants in Eastern Maine boy. He had been active in Boys Scouts, was a Maine at EMMC or the Lincoln Congregational Church. Donations may be left at the funeral home.

GEORGE B. GRASS
BROOKTON - George B. Grass, 88, husband of Frances (Landry) Grass, died April 11, 2004, at a Houlton healthcare facility after a short illness. He was born June 21, 1915, in Forest Station, the son of Edward and Minnie (Grass) Grass. George was a life long resident of Forest and Brookton. He worked for 30 years as a section man on the railroad, 25 years of that for the Parker W. and Ruth L. (Haynes) Scott of Lincoln. She graduated from Mattanawcook Academy in 1946 where she was known as an excellent basketball player. Beulah was a devoted wife and mother. She and her late husband, Russell, made their home on Cold Stream Pond in Enfield. She loved antiques, playing bridge, and enjoyed many great times with her friends over the years.

She is survived by her son, Scott Jordan and granddaughter, Jodi (Jordan) Bartlett, and great-granddaughter, MacKenzie and great-grandson, Tanner; her son, Mark Hockridge and daughter-in-law, Jayne and grandson, Nikolas; her son, Lee Hockridge and daughter-in-law, Cindy and granddaughters, Samantha and Cady; her step-son, Stewart Hockridge and wife, Cindy, and their son Tobey; her step-son, Brian Hockridge, and wife, Catherine, and their sons, Barry, Marshall, and Brandon; her step-son, Bruce Hockridge and wife, Kim, and their son, Chase and daughter, Amber; her special nephew, Glen Dickinson, his wife, Roberta and their children, Hannah and Eben; and her cousin, Ethel (Scott) Pelkey. Beulah was pre-deceased by her husband, Russell Hockridge, her daughter, Barbara Jordan, her brother, New York and Timothy Shorey of Houlton. He was predeceased by a brother, Charles L. Howard.

Friends may call from 7-9 p.m. Thursday at the Clay Funeral Home-Bartlett Chapel, 24 Houlton Road, Danforth. Funeral services will be held at 11 a.m. Friday at the funeral home, with the Rev. Robert Root officiating. Interment will be in Danforth Cemetery.

VEEDA IRVING
LINCOLN - Veeda (Petersen) Irving, 48, wife of Richard Irving, Jr., died May 7, 2004 at a Bangor hospital. She was born in York, Sept. 9, 1955 the daughter of Edwin and Wilma (Gerry) Petersen.
In addition to her husband and her mother, she is survived by siblings, Caroline DelaRosa of Florida, John Petersen of York, Judy Larrabee of South Berwick, Sherri Woodward of York, Larry Petersen and Jimmy Petersen, both of Cape Cod. She was predeceased by siblings, Peter Petersen and Linda Petersen.

A graveside service will be held at 1 p. m. Thursday at First Parish Cemetery York. Arrangements with Clay Funeral Home 7 Lee Road, Lincoln.

GREGORY W. JIMMO
EAST WINN - Gregory W. Jimmo, 46, husband of Christina (Sibley) Jimmo, died May 13, 2004, at a Lincoln hospital. He was born in Lincoln, July 2, 1957, the son of Sidney and Kathleen (Whittier) Jimmo. In life, Greg enjoyed spending time with his family and spending time in the great outdoors. Never an avid hunter or fisherman, he preferred to observe and enjoy nature. His leisure time was filled with four-wheeling and playing with his children. He was happiest when surrounded by friends and family.
In addition to his wife, Christina, he is survived by three children, Corey of Bangor, Kelsey of Winn and Heather of Portland; three step-daughters, Jessica, Kaitlynn and Elizabeth, all of Winn; two sisters, Karen Crommett of Gorham and Kim Jacobs of Millinocket; a brother, Terry Whittier of Macwahoc; his step-mother, Jeannette Jimmo of Woodstock, Conn; several nieces and nephews. Greg was cherished and respected by all who knew him, and by those of us who were closest to him and loved him. He will be sorely missed always.

Friends may call from 2-4 & 7-9 p.m. Monday at the Clay Funeral Home, 7 Lee Road, Lincoln. A memorial service will be held at 11 a.m. Tuesday at the funeral home, with the Rev. Ralph Jacobs officiating. In lieu of flowers, donations in his memory may be made. Donations may be left at the funeral home.

SUMNER A. JONES
MEDWAY - Sumner A. Jones, 74, husband of the late Evangeline (Rudge) Jones, died June 30, 2004, at a Bangor hospital. He was born in Lincoln January 20, 1930, the son of Thomas Clayton and Grace (York) Jones.
He is survived by three sons Bruce, Jeffrey and Kevin, three daughters, Mary Michaud, Jacqueline Birmingham and Shirley Jones all of Medway, three sisters, Mae Hatch of Howland, Susie Mushero of Mattawamkeag and Claudette Detrick of Medway, 14 grandchildren, 10 great grandchildren and several nieces and nephews. He also leaves a special friend, Geneva Lee of Medway. In addition to his parents and his wife, he was predeceased by one sister and seven brothers, Jennie Lee, Clayton, Bernard, Stillman, George, Henry, Thomas and Milton Jones.

Friends may call from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. Friday at Calvary Temple - Assembly of God, 2 Orchard St., East Millinocket. Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m. Saturday at Calvary Temple with the Rev. Regginal Adams officiating. Interment will be in Grindstone Road Cemetery. Arrangements with Clay Funeral Home, 7 Lee Rd., Lincoln.

Barbara Reneé Jordan
CHESTER - Barbara Reneé Jordan, 50, died unexpectedly April 13, 2004, at a Lincoln hospital. Born in Lincoln September 16, 1953, she was the daughter of Norman Jordan, Beulah (Scott) Hockridge, and the late Russell Hockridge. Barbara held various jobs throughout her lifetime. Most recently, she ran her own business called "Down To It", a personal organizer, in the Brunswick/Topsham area where she lived and had many close friends. Recently Barb moved back to the Lincoln area to be closer to her family. A 1971 graduate of Mattanawcook Academy, Barbara was an outstanding athlete and was loved by all. She loved nature, the outdoors, hiking, kayaking, and taking pictures of wildlife.
She is survived by her mother, Beulah Hockridge; her father, Norman Jordan; her brothers, Scott Jordan; Ronnie Jordan and Linda; Mark Hockridge and Jayne; Lee Hockridge and Cindy; Stu Hockridge and Cindy; Brian Hockridge and Kathy; Bruce Hockridge and Kim; many nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, cousins, close friends, and a very special cousin, Glen Dickinson and his wife Roberta. She was predeceased by her stepfather, Russell Hockridge, and her best friend, Grammie Scott. Barbara is an organ donor and wishes to be cremated, with no wake or memorial services.

A gathering of friends and family to celebrate the life of Barbara will be arranged at a later date. Those who wish may send gifts in Barbara's memory to either Coastal Humane Society, Range Road, Brunswick, ME 04011, or New York; four grandchildren, Kevin, Sean, Dawn and Ann; eight great-grandchildren, Logan, Zachary, Heather, Rachel, Shannon, Nicholas, Page and Laila; a special niece, Catherine Thompson of Lincoln; several nieces, nephews and special friends.

Friends may call from 2-4 p.m. Monday at the Clay Funeral Home, 7 Lee Road, Lincoln. A spring burial will be in Woodlawn Cemetery, Lee. Donations in her memory may be left at the funeral home.
