Laura Jane Vega age 50
Of Lapeer died September 14, 2007 at her home. She was born in Lapeer on May 16, 1957 to Frank and Nedra (Filly) Hill. Laura was a homemaker whom had graduated from Lapeer East High School. She is survived by her husband, Miguel Vega whom she had married Aug. 1, 1986. Also survived by her sisters, Brenda (James) McKay, Carolyn Stroh, Marcia (Oswaldo) Cardona; brother, David (Karen) Hill; Aunts, Marion Filley, Ardyth (Cal) Provins; Uncle, Jerry (Sue) Hill; 4 Nephews, 5 Nieces, 1 great Niece and 1 great Nephew. Funeral service will be held Monday at 2 pm from Lynch & Sons Funeral Directors, Capstick Chapel, 542 Liberty Park, Downtown Lapeer. Friends may visit Monday 11 am until time of service.

Justin Robert Todd age 27
Of Fostoria, MI was born June 20, 1980. He was received into the arms of his grandfather and the Lord on September 16, 2007. Justin was a loving son, grandson, brother, father, nephew, cousin, and friend. He was loyal and trustworthy to everyone that crossed his path during his life. Justin treasured his prized cat of many years “Kitty Girl” as well as his special relationships with the remaining members of the “4 Musketeers,” Derek, Sandy and Kendra. Justin is the beloved son of Elizabeth and Dana and loving father to Savannah and Landon. He is survived by his brothers, Trey, Alec; grandmother, Marian Sexton; uncles, Stephen (Tina), Robert; aunts, Deborah, Rebecca (William), Kathleen (James), Cheryl (Alan), Christine (Terry), Kathy; Also many loving cousins and friends. Justin is preceded in death by grandfather, James Sexton; great-grandmothers, Rena Sexton, Helen Nettle; infant son, Justin R. Todd, Jr. Funeral service will be held Wednesday, September 19, 2007at 11 am from Lynch & Sons Funeral Directors, Capstick Chapel, 542 Liberty Park, Downtown Lapeer. Friends may visit Tuesday from 1:00 – 9:00 pm.

Duane Coulter age 79
of Lapeer passed away Sept. 17, 2007. He was born Feb. 7, 1928 in Lapeer to Harold and Mable (VanHorn) Coulter. Duane married Laura Jean Ross on Dec. 6, 1952 in Columbiaville and they remained in the Lapeer area all their lives. Buck served in the army during the Korean War and earned a Silver Star for bravery. He sold life insurance in the Lapeer area for most of his working career. Buck was a member of the Lapeer Optimist Club for 49 years and was a loyal participant in the annual Optimist Skunk Hunt. He was an avid golfer, euchre player, bowler, hunter, and if there is a good time in Lapeer, he will be missed. Buck is survived by sons, Michael (Cheryl), Tom (Cindy), Gordie (Gayle); grandchildren, Michelle (Chad) Fuller, Stephanie, Jason, Brad, Aaron, Craig, Dustin, Samantha; brothers, Weldon (Marilyn) Coulter, Bob (Jean) Coulter, Clyde (Irene) Coulter; sister, Diane (Dale) June; brother-in-law, Richard (Gail) Ross. Buck is preceded in death by his wife of 53 years, Laura Jean; parents Harold and Mable Coulter; brother, Keith Coulter; infant daughter, Connie Lou Coulter and grandson Jacob Coulter. Memorial contributions may be made to Suncrest Auxillary or Lapeer Optimist Club. Funeral service will be held at Lynch & Sons Funeral Directors, Capstick Chapel, 542 Liberty Park, Downtown Lapeer Friday, September 21, 2007 at 11:00 AM. Pastor Greg Reynolds will officiate. Burial will be in Stiles Cemetery in Lapeer with the auspices of American Legion Post 16. Friends may visit Wednesday 5-9 PM and Thursday 1-4 & 6-9 PM.

Edmund W. ("Ed") Kleinschmit, Sr.
Visitation at Lynch & Sons Wednesday, August 7, 2002 from 3-9PM. Funeral services Thursday, 11 AM at Commerce United Methodist Church. The Rev. Dwight Murphy officiating. Burial in White Chapel Cemetery, Friday 11 AM. Mr. Kleinschmit was a retired automotive executive who operated auto parts stores in Michigan, Indiana and Florida. He was a much decorated Veteran of the US Army and recieved the Purple Heart and bar for his service in WW II. He is survived by his wife, Joyce, his son Edmund, Jr. and his daughter Joan Tucker as well as grandchildren, greatgrandchildren, nieces, nephews and friends.

Robert Neal Hanson
Mr. Hanson, age 51, of Highland, was a registered nurse and a Vista Volunteer. He is survived by several brothers, sisters, nieces, nephews and loving friends. At his request, no public services are planned. Memorials to the Leukemia Foundation appreciated.

Dorothy T. Heard
Memorial Service to be held at Historic Trinity Lutheran Church, Detroit, August 11th at One O'clock. Pastor David Eberhard officiating. Memorials may be made to the Historic Trinity Church or the Karmanos Cancer Institute.

Doris Harding
A Memorial Service will be held at Lynch & Sons, (Richardson-Bird Chapel), Milford, Tuesday, August 13th, at 8pm. Friends may gather Tuesday from 6-8pm. Memorials may be made to the Lupus Foundation of American, P.O. Box 79563, Baltimore , MD 21279.

Karen F. Duggan
Age 56 of Wolverine Lake. Beloved mother of Kelly (Michael) Stott of Wolverine Lake. Dear sister of Larry Duggan of Northville and Thomas (Bud) Duggan of Clarkston. Also 2 nieces and 2 nephews. Family will receive friends at Lynch & Sons (Richardson-Bird Chapel), Milford, on Sunday, August 11th, from 1-9pm.

Lester Dale Drum
Visitation Monday 3-9pm. Funeral from Lynch & Sons Funeral Home, 404 East Liberty, Milford, Tuesday 11 O'clock. Pastor David Jahn officiating. Burial Glen Eden Cemetery. Memorials may be made to the American Lung Association or Alzheimer's Association.

Anthony Charles Gioia of Ferndale, died at his home there on October 3, 2002. The cause of his death has not been determined. He was 34 years old. He was the lead singer for Fine Bone China, a well known Detroit area rock band. A graduate of Clarenceville High School where he played varsity football and basketball, he also worked as a tiler for Clearwater Pools. He is survived by his parents, Anthony Gioia of Milford and Sharon Wilson of North Carolina and step-mother Barbara Gioia; his brother Christopher Gioia of N. Hollywood, CA and grandparents Anthony & Eva Giola of Elizabeth Twp., PA and Charles Wilson of Florida. Also surviving are several aunts, uncles, cousins, and many dear friends. Funeral services will be held from Lynch & Sons (Richardson-Bird Chapel) 404 East Liberty, Milford, Sunday evening at 8pm. Fr. Leo Lulko will officiate. Friends may visit Saturday 6-9PM and Sunday from 2-9PM. Burial will follow in Round Hill Cemetery, Elizabeth Twp. PA on Tuesday. Memorial contributions may be made to the charity of choice. James Charles Pomorski, age 60, of Milford
Mr. Pomorski is survived by his wife, Patricia, 4 sons, David, Paul, Charles and Steve Pomorski, 10 grandchildren. Funeral from St. Mary's Church, Milford, Friday 11 AM. Fr. Ron Anderson officiating. Burial in Milford Memorial Cemetery. Friends may visit on Thursday October 3, 2002 from 2-9PM at Lynch & Sons, Milford. Memorials to the Michigan Heart Association Appreciated.

Geraldine Elaine Hutchins age 71 of Lapeer died September 29, 2007. Beloved wife of Paul. Dear mother of Ruth (Larry) Dow, Susan (Steve) Morency, Jodi (Brian) Hill, Scott (Kim) Alexander. Loving grandmother of Richard, Kristina, Nicholas, Robert, Stefanie, Eric, Alexander, Scott, Jessica, Zachary and Jacob. Sister to Delores (Robert) Running, Helen French, Larry (Patricia) Plummer and Patricia (Michael) Barnett. Also the dear aunt to several nieces and nephews. Geraldine was preceded in death by her loving parents Austin and Louise Plummer and sister, Betty Henke. Geraldine enjoyed the Detroit Tigers and U of M football. She especially loved bowling at Gerlachs, Bingo, and volunteering her time down at the American House in Dearborn Heights. She was a collector of porcelain dolls and Elvis memorabilia. Her presence will be deeply missed by many family members and friends. Funeral service will be held Thursday, 11:00 am at Lynch & Sons Funeral Directors, Capstick Chapel, 542 Liberty Park, Downtown Lapeer. Friends may visit Tuesday 4-9 pm and Wednesday 11-9.

Elmer Otto Scmidt
age 51 of Oxford, January 31, 2004. Survived by his daughter Amanda Mae, sisters Lucinda Friend and Patricia Beacons, uncle David Lee Schmidt, niece Mary Schmidt and his aunt Mildred Schmidt. A Graveside Committal Service will be held at Perry Mount Park Cemetery in Pontiac Thursday at 10:00 AM. Funeral arrangements entrusted to Bossardet Chapel Lynch & Sons Funeral Directors, Oxford.
