Beloved husband, father and friend passed away suddenly at his home on Sunday, February 6, 2005. Age 54 years. Bill was born on October 18, 1950 in Northville, Michigan University and graduated in 1977. Bill was a member of Lambda Chi Alpha Fraternity. He was the Director of the Saginaw County Mosquito Abatement Commission since 1994, Regional Director of the American Mosquito Control Association and President of the Michigan University and Brian William, Heritage High School; a brother, Chuck (Lura Sue) Lechel, Wilmington, SC; a sister, Diane Lechel, Goshen, Ind.; his step-family, his mother-in-law and father-in-law, Henry and Evelyn Magalski, Farwell, Mich.; brothers and sisters-in-law: Janis (Bill) Zielinski, Joe (Karen) Magalski, Nancy (Jim) Klein, Mary Jo (Brian) Hoff, Andy (Nena) Magalski and many nieces, nephews and many, many friends. Bill was preceded in death by his mother, Dorothy Lechel, and sister, Mary Bailey.
Mass of Christian Burial will take place at 11:00 a.m. on Thursday, February 10, 2005 at St. Helen Catholic Church. Rev. Emmett Marceau will officiate. Military services will follow in St. Andrew Cemetery under the Auspices of the American Legion Post #22. Friends may call at The Deisler Funeral Home, 2233 Hemmeter (off State) on Tuesday from 6:00 to 8:00 p.m. and on Wednesday from 2:00 to 8:00 p.m. There will be a prayer service at the funeral home on Wednesday at 7:00 p.m. conducted by Joyce DeKarske. Bill will lie in state at the church on Thursday from 10:00 a.m. until the time of the funeral Mass. In lieu of flowers, those planning an expression of sympathy may wish to consider memorial contributions to the Lechel Children Educational Fund or the Saginaw County Parks Department.

Lelo, Helen M.
Saginaw, Michigan. She married Herbert B. Lelo on October 22, 1938. He predeceased her on September 2, 1968. Helen was a member of SS. Peter & Paul Catholic Church. She was a charter member of St. Christopher Catholic Church in Bridgeport, a member of the Hair Dresser Association and had a beauty shop in her home in Bridgeport for many years. She resided 20 years at South Colony Place before entering Hoyt. She leaves her four sons, James (Regina) Lelo, Freeland; John (Marilyn) Lelo, Essexville; Herbert L. (Deborah) Lelo, Saginaw; Walter (Roxanne) Lelo, Bridgeport; four grandchildren, three step-grandchildren and nine great-grandchildren and a soon expected 10th. She also leaves a sister, Leona (Oney) Sawatzki; her sisters-in-law, Eleanor (Floyd) Bergstrom and Alma (Midge) Schmidt and her special friend Ruth Newman. The family wishes to thank the staff at Hoyt for being so kind and loving. Every level of the staff that came into her life were exceptional folks, always there with an encouraging and loving word. It is truly a special place.
Funeral - Helen’s funeral will take place at 10:00 a.m. on Saturday, December 22, 2007 at the Deisler Funeral Home, 2233 Hemmeter (off State). Fr. John R. Johnson will officiate. Private committal will take place in Mt. Olivet Cemetery.
Visitation - Friends may call at the funeral home on Friday from 2:00 to 5:00 p.m. and 7:00 to 9:00 p.m. and on Saturday from 9:00 a.m. until the time of the funeral service.
Memorials - Those planning an expression of sympathy may wish to consider memorial contributions to Hoyt Nursing and Rehab Centre, Heartland Hospice Memorial Fund or the charity of your choice.

Lemiesz, Jacqueline Mary
Saginaw Twp., Michigan the second of nine children of John L. Coffey and Mary Ellen Brewer Coffey who preceded her as did a beloved brother, Patrick. Jackie graduated from Sacred Heart High School in 1953 after serving as Class Secretary, Sodality Club, Altar Society, Cheerleader, and singing in both the Sacred Heart and St. Stephen’s Choir. She went on to Bay City Junior College where she received a B.A. and graduated Summa Cum Laude from Saginaw Valley State University in the field of Education. Jackie met her husband Frank Lemiesz while at Bay City Junior College and they married in January of 1956. Surviving besides her loving husband, Frank are one son and three daughters, Brian Franklin (LuAnn) Lemiesz, Saginaw; Kathleen Mary (Steven) Chism, Saginaw; Maureen Anne (James) Manning, Saginaw; Karyn Elizabeth (Steven) Dolphin, Wixom Lake, Mich.; five grandchildren, Matthew Scott, Andrew Patrick, Samantha Ryanne, Alexandria Anne and Brittany Elizabeth; four brothers and three sisters, Gerald (Theresa) Coffey, Michael (Sharon) Coffey, Robert (Patricia) Coffey, David (Debra) Coffey, Sharon Coffey, Margaret (Larry) Schmidt and Frances Alcock; two sisters-in-law, Carol (Coffey) Terry and Mary Ann (Beyer) Coffey. Jackie was preceded in death by her parents and one brother, Patrick C. Coffey.
Mass of Christian Burial will take place at 10:30 a.m. on Thursday, December 9, 2004 at Thomas Aquinas Catholic Church. Rev. Robert Konopa OFM will officiate. Interment will follow in St. Andrew Cemetery. Friends may call at the Deisler Funeral Home, 2233 Hemmeter (off State) on Wednesday from 2:00 to 9:00 p.m. and at the church on Thursday from 9:30 a.m. until the time of the funeral Mass. A personal tribute will take place at 10:15 a.m. just prior to the Mass. Those who so desire may make memorial contributions to St. Thomas Aquinas Catholic Church.

Leutritz, Helen J.
Saginaw, Michigan
Passed away Monday, September 4, 2006 at Covenant Medical Center-Cooper. Age 59 years. John A. Levi was born June 24, 1947 in Saginaw to Arthur and Frances (McGrath) Levi. He attended St. Stephen’s Elementary School and graduated from Ss. Peter & Paul High School in 1965 before attending both the University of Michigan State University. There he obtained both his Bachelors Degree and Masters Degree. During which time he studied in places such as England, Italy, France, West Germany and Greece; however, his travels continued during his life to many other places across the country and abroad. John was self-employed and was the President of The Levi Group, but his greatest passion was the time spent as a teacher in the Lansing and Saginaw Area Schools. John could often be found participating in many civic activities and organizations.
John is survived by his mother, Frances Levi of Saginaw; one brother, James Levi of St. Charles; one sister, Mary (Joel) Tessin of Freeland; one uncle, Virgil Levi of Saginaw; several cousins and many friends throughout the world. John’s father preceded him in death.
Funeral - Funeral Services will take place at 11:30 a.m. on Friday, September 8, 2006 at Deisler Funeral Home, 2233 Hemmeter (off State). Fr. Robert DeLand will officiate. According to John’s wishes, cremation will follow. Burial will take place at a later time in St. Andrew Catholic Cemetery.
Visitation - Friends may call at Deisler Funeral Home on Thursday, September 7, 2006 from 2:00-5:00 and 7:00-9:00 p.m. and again on Friday from 10:30 until the time of service.
Memorials - Those planning an expression of sympathy may wish to consider memorials to St. Stephen Catholic Church or Save Animals From Euthanasia (S.A.F.E.).

Lichon, Deborah Kaye (Angst)
Saginaw Township, Michigan
Passed away Sunday morning, November 14, 2004 at Covenant Medical Center – Cooper Campus. Age 83 years. John C. Link was born on March 8, 1921 in Sebewaing to the late Fredrick and Alma (Gerth) Link. He married Mary “Jo” JoAnne Cummins on September 4, 1948 in Saginaw. She predeceased him on March 4, 1993. John was employed by Morley Brothers; and was a graduate from Arthur Hill High School. He served in the United States Army Air Corp during World War II in the European Theater and in Africa. John was a member of Bethany Evangelical Lutheran Church, American Legion Post # 22, as well as the American Bowling Association. He was an avid golfer.
Surviving are two sons; John C. Link Jr. and his wife Phyllis Goldsmith, of Berkeley, California, two grandsons; Jesse & Eli Goldlink, Berkeley, Arizona, Marion Frost, of Saginaw, two sisters-in-law; Linda (Joe) Miller, of Saginaw, Jerry (Stan) Warzecha, Birch Run, as well as many nieces and nephews.
Relatives who preceded John in death are two brothers; Walter and Fred Link, one sister; Vera Hammerschmidt, five brothers-in-law; Elmer Hammerschimdt, Allen Frost, Norman LaBelle, Eugene Knight, George Cummins, three sisters-in-law Ursula Link Dorothy Link and Shirley Griffus.
Funeral Service will take place at 11:00 a.m. Tuesday, November 16, 2004 at Bethany Evangelical Lutheran Church; 5105 McCarty Rd. Rev. Mark Lindloff will officiate with burial in Roselawn Memorial Gardens. Friends may call at the Deisler Funeral Home, 2233 Hemmeter (off State) on Monday from 7:00 to 9:00 p.m. and on Tuesday at the church from 10:00 a.m. until the time of the service. Those planning an expression of sympathy may wish to consider memorials to Bethany Evangelical Lutheran Church, or Charity of Donor’s Choice.
