Mr. Hoffman passed away Tuesday, April 18, 2000 at Bay Medical Center. Age 61 years. He was born November 28, 1938 in Saginaw to the late William and Florence Hoffman. He served 17 years in the U.S. Army and was in the Korean Conflict and was a member of the V.F.W. Post 485. He was employed by GLX, Skyland Division and Star Transfer as a truck driver for many years. He enjoyed his children, grandchildren and fishing. He is survived by his wife, the former Mary Anne L. Beson (Thompson), whom he married May 10, 1969, his family, Jeff (Cindy) Beson of Flushing; Tim (Tereasa) Michigan.
The funeral service will take place at 1:00 p.m. Thursday, April 20, 2000 at the W.L. Case & Co. Funeral Chapel, 4480 Mackinaw Rd. Rev. Elizabeth D. Shank will officiate with burial in Roselawn Memorial Gardens. Friends may call at the chapel from 2:00 to 5:00 p.m. and 7:00 to 9:00 p.m. Wednesday. Those planning an expression of sympathy may wish to consider the St. James Lutheran Church.

Passed away Tuesday, April 18, 2000. Age 72 years. Lawrence M. Bryant was born August 8, 1927, in Stapes, Ark. to MC and Lottie Bryant. "Junior", as he was affectionately known, was a graduate of Saginaw High School. He was a veteran of the United States Army. Junior accepted Christ into his life at an early age. Surviving besides his mother, Mrs. Lottie Bryant are one aunt, Mrs. Christine Evans, Saginaw; one brother, Mr. Eugene Henderson, Saginaw; three sisters, Mrs. Lucille (John Lee) Wilson, Saginaw; Mrs. Delores Chambers, Detroit and Mrs. Mazie Byrd, Chicago. Lawrence also leaves to cherish his memory many nieces, nephews, cousins and other family and friends. He was predeceased by many relatives. Funeral service will take place 11:00 a.m. Saturday, April 22, 2000 at the Elsie Black Funeral Home, 1106 N. 6th Street, Saginaw. Friends may call at the funeral home Friday, April 21, 2000 from 4:30 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. There will be no prayer hour.

Passed away Thursday, April 20, 2000. Age 83 years. Bryce Fred Henne was born in Saginaw, October 26, 1916 the son of the late Samuel and Effie Henne. He married Beatrice Wolkendorfer in Saginaw June 16, 1944. She survives him. He co-owned and operated Henne Mayflower Moving & Storage for a number of years retiring in 1994. Surviving besides his wife are four children, Diane Warren, Dallas, Michigan; James Henne, Saginaw; five grandchildren, Abigail, Michael, Margaret, Maureen and Genevieve; a brother, David Henne, Saginaw. The family would like to thank the staff of Tendercare for all the loving care they gave. Funeral services will be held 11:00 a.m. Saturday, April 22, 2000 at the W.L. Case and Company Funeral Chapel, 4480 Mackinaw Road. Rev. Fr. Charles Ganley will officiate with entombment in St. Andrew Mausoleum. Friends may call at the funeral chapel, 4480 Mackinaw Road, Friday from 7:00 to 9:00 p.m. and Saturday from 10:00 a.m. until time of services.
