Beloved mother, grandmother, daughter and sister passed away Wednesday, April 26, 2000.
Age 56 years. Carol Ann Beeckman was born April 19, 1944 in Saginaw, Missouri; her grandson, Jacob Wallace; Carol's parents, Corana (Dubey) and Leslie Beeckman Sr., Saginaw; four brothers and one sister, Leslie Beeckman Jr., Saginaw; Ronald and Barbara Beeckman, Fort Wayne, Ohio; Julie and Bruce Perry, Saginaw; several nieces and nephews. Mass of Christian Burial will take place 10:00 a.m. Saturday, April 29, 2000 at St. Stephen Catholic Church. Rev. Fr. Patrick C. O'Connor will officiate with burial in St. Andrew Cemetery. Friends may call at The Snow Funeral Home, 3775 N. Center Rd., (between Shattuck and McCarty), where the family will be present on Friday from 2:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m. and 6:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. and at St. Stephen Catholic Church on Saturday from 9:00 a.m. until time of Mass. A Wake Service, led by Sister Sharon Haskins, D.C., will take place 7:30 p.m. Friday at the funeral home. In lieu of flowers, those planning an expression of sympathy may wish to consider memorials to the family.
Sharp, James William,
Merrill, Kentucky, the son of the late James Edgar and Allie Bell (Ayers) Sharp. He retired from General Motors Corporation in 1985 after many years of service. He enjoyed hunting and fishing. He married Lois Jenkins August 16, 1961; she survives him. He also leaves two sons, three daughters and their spouses, Randy and Kim Ensing, Kalkaska; John and Dorothy Jueckstock, Michigan.
Memorial services will take place 11:00 a.m. Saturday, April 29, 2000 at the W.L. Case & Co. Funeral Chapel, 4480 Mackinaw Rd. Mr. Willet Oeschger will officiate. Friends may call at the chapel from 4:00 to 6:00 p.m. Friday and from 10:00 a.m. Saturday until time of memorial service. Those planning an expression of sympathy may wish to consider the Saginaw Child Abuse and Neglect Council.

Passed away Thursday, April 27, 2000, at Genesys Health Park. Age 42 years. Funeral service will be announced later by the Krauss-Torhan Funeral Home of Birch Run.

Passed away Thursday, April 27, 2000 at Saint Mary's hospital, Saginaw. Age 79 years. He was born on December 10, 1920 in Toronto, Canada and came to the Detroit area as a child. He graduated from Farmington High School and married the former Doris Dickerson on January 31, 1942. He served in the United States Army during World War II and later during the Korean Conflict. He was a printer by trade and first worked at The Detroit Times and later, until his retirement, at The Saginaw News. The Burnhams moved to Caro in 1960 and have lived there since. He was a member of the First Baptist Church of Caro. He is survived by his wife, Doris Burnham, two sons, two daughters and their spouses, Robert and Hattie Burnham, Dearborn Heights; James Burnham, Othello, Michigan.
The funeral service will take place 1:00 p.m. Saturday at the Case Funeral Chapel, 5700 Dixie Hwy. Rev. Fr. Robert DeLand will officiate with burial in St. Andrew Cemetery. Friends may call at the chapel from 2:00 to 5:00 p.m. and 7:00 to 9:00 p.m. Friday. In lieu of flowers, those planning an expression of sympathy may wish to consider Heartland Hospice or the Seton Cancer Treatment Center.

Passed away Wednesday, April 26, 2000, at Saint Mary's hospital. Age 81 years. She was born November 30, 1918. She was married to William Rose. Surviving are one son, J. Thomas (Ruth) Slevin of Frankenmuth; grandchildren, Laura (Russel) Newhouse, Plymouth, Mich.; Michael (Brenda) Slevin, LaCrosse, Wis.; one great-granddaughter, Callie Slevin; one brother, Alfred (Naomi) Petzold, Michigan.
