Age 88 years. Lessie Fuller was born December 4, 1911 in Madison County, New York; two brothers, Roger (Desarine) Fuller of Miami, Fla. and Floyd Fuller of St. Louis, Mo. Mrs. Fentress was preceded in death by a son, Samuel E. Fentress. Funeral service will take place at 1:00 p.m. Saturday, April 29, 2000 at Blairs Chapel C.M.E. Church. Rev. James L. Stewart will officiate with burial in Ebenezer Cemetery in Toone, Tenn. Friends may call at the Stephenson-Shaw Funeral Home, Inc., 807 N. Hays Avenue, Jackson, Tenn. on Friday where the family will be present from 6:00 to 7:00p.m.

Freeland, Michigan. Jim graduated from SS. Peter & Paul High School in 1948. He married Dolores Kraatz on September 8, 1951. She survives him. He was a member of Holy Spirit Catholic Church. After working as a salesman for many years, he founded Custom Coffee Service in 1967. His wife, Dee, joined him in running the business five years later and together ran it for 30 years until illness forced him to retire and sell the business. He leaves his wife, Dee, his four children, Susan and Robert Hadd, AuGres; Michael and Sharon Harvey, Frankenmuth; Kathi Harvey, Saginaw; Julie and Rick Kaufman, Merrill; his grandchildren, Tom and David Hoelbl, Traci and Jaimi Harvey, Matthew and Jacob Kaufman; a sister, Madeleine Harvey; a sister-in-law, Gwen Ahlrich; four nieces, Gwen Laszlo, Suzie and Bob Campbell, Mary and Brad Farnham, Beth Ahlrich; also surviving are Jim's poker buddies who were always there when he was down, Werner Hoelbl, Bill Turner and Mark Clements. Jim was preceded in death by his parents, a brother, John, who was killed in WW II, and by his mother- in-law and father-in-law, Eleanor and Rudy Kraatz. Mass of Christian Burial will take place 10:00 a.m. Saturday, April 29, 2000 at Holy Spirit Catholic Church. Rev. Fr. David Parsch will officiate. Honoring Mr. Harvey's wishes, cremation will follow. Friends may call at The Snow Funeral Home, 3775 N. Center Rd., (between Shattuck and McCarty), where the family will be present on Friday from 2:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m. and 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. and at Holy Spirit Catholic Church on Saturday from 9:00 a.m. until time of Mass. A Wake Service, led by Sr. Marie E. Markel, I.H.M. will take place 7:00 p.m. Friday at the funeral home. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to start a scholarship fund for a business student at Saginaw Valley State University.

Midland, Michigan Medical Center after a courageous battle with cancer. John had retired from The Dow Chemical Company in 1986. He is survived by his wife Shirley; four daughters, Pat (Bill) Card, Cheri (Ron) Maxson, Peggy (Bob) Dean and Becky (Dan) Rokosz. Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 1:30 p.m. Saturday, April 29, 2000 at Blessed Sacrament Catholic Church, 3109 Swede Avenue, Midland. Friends may call at the Ware-Smith-Woolever Funeral Home in Midland today from 2:00 to 4:00 p.m. and 6:00 to 8:00 p.m. and at the church on Saturday from 12:30 p.m. until time of service. A Christian Prayer Service will be held at the funeral home at 8:00 p.m. this evening.
