Lieut. Richard Mortimer of Tuxedo Park, N. Y., previously 
reported killed in action, now reported to have died in airplane 
accident.

SECOND LIEUTENANT WELBORN S. PRIDDY was posthumously awarded 
the Distinguished Service medal. He died of wounds a month 
ago. He was the son of Mr. and Mrs. Emerson Priddy, 1650 East 
Fifty-third street.

SECOND LIEUTENANT ALVAH CROCKER, who was killed last Sunday in 
action, was the son-in-law of Mrs. Frederick Greeley of Winnekta. 
He was in Paris when the United States entered the war, enlisted 
there, and received his commission in October.

CORP. NAPOLEON J. LEBLANC, killed in action with the marines, was 
the son of Mr. and Mrs. Dominic Le Blanc of 3253 Franklin boulevard.

PRIVATE HENRY PANKOW, killed in action, was the son of Mrs. J. 
Pankow, 2718 South Keeler avenue.

CAPT. MARK WAYNE CLARK, severely wounded, is the son of Col. 
Charles C. Clark, formerly stationed in Chicago and at fort 
Sheridan.

CORPORAL HAROLD E. McCURDY, severely wounded with the marines, is 
the son of Mrs. Nora McCurdy, 6435 Maryland avenue.

PRIVATE PETER HANKE, listed on Tuesday as severely wounded, is the 
son of Mrs. Josephine Hanke, 1612 Brigham street.

LIEUT. ERVIN W. MOUCHIN, wounded, is a brother of Mrs. U. G. Hinman, 
6547 Kimbark avenue. He is a graduate of the second camp at Fort 
Sheridan.
