ARMY REPORTS ON DEAD, HURT AND MISSING 

Washington, D. C., July 24 -- The war department today made public a 
new list of army casualties for the Pacific and European regions. 
The list includes the names of seven men from Chicago and its 
suburban area.

5 CHICAGOANS ON NEW ARMY CASUALTY LIST

Washington D.C., July 26 - The war department today made public a new list
of casualties, including five Chicagoans.  Next of kin have been kept informed
of any changes that may have occurred in the status of the casualties since
this list was compiled, the army reports.
