Joseph V. Pires Jr., 82, Seneca, passed away at 6:15 PM, October 10, 2004 at his home after an illness.
Joseph was born October 30, 192,1 in the state of Missouri Rehabilitation Center in Mt. Vernon after a sudden illness.
Elizabeth was born October 12, 1941 the daughter of Steven and Daisy Bell in Carrollton, Florida; one sisters, Amanda Hughes, Zephyrhills, FL; four brothers, Gale Pence, Rock Falls, ILL, Lloyd Pence, Chicago, ILL, Dewey Pence, Fulton ILL. and Edward Pence, State of KS and nine grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by one brother Steven Pence.
Memorial Services will be held at 2:00 PM, Saturday, October 9, 2004 at Faith Assembly Church in Wyandotte.
Campbell-Biddlecome Funeral Home, Seneca was in charge of the services.
Darin Lee Macy
Darin Lee Macy, 26 of Hart, MO. Went to be with his heavenly father in his heavenly home on Oct. 2, 2004.
Darin was born in Neosho hospital on January 26, 1978 the son of Dan and Shirley Macy. He attended Seneca R-7 Schools and attended church at the Faith Chapel Church in Wyandotte, OK.
He is survived by his loving parents Dan and Shirley Macy, Hart; His two brothers, and his best friends Mark and Lisa Macy, Hart and Brad and Melissa Macy, Baxter Springs, KS; One niece, Destiny Plank of Baxter Springs, KS; One nephew Colton Plank Baxter Springs, KS; His maternal grandmother Clorina Mersman, Seneca; and a host of family and friends.
Darin was preceded in death by grandfather Ed Mersman and grandparents Dalton and Betty Macy.
Graveside services under the direction of Campbell-Biddlecome Funeral Home, Seneca will be held at 10:00 AM, Wednesday, October 6, 2004 at the Hart Cemetery with Wesley Hembree and Donnie Tucker Jr. officiating. Honorary Pallbearers will be Paul Carver, David Cameron, Raymond Ferguson, Pepe Derryberry, Mike Starr, Jason Sabatucci, Richard Cameron, Mike Logan and Wayne Macy.
The family will receive friends from 6:00 PM to 7:00 PM Tuesday at the funeral home.
Ruth A. Sherwood
Ruth A. Sherwood, 55, Wyandotte, OK, passed away at 4:20 PM, Thursday, September 30, 2004 at Freeman West Hospital in Joplin after a short illness.
Ruth was born September 11, 1949 in Fairland, OK, the daughter of Orie and Loretta Newberry. She was a homemaker and of the Methodist Faith.
Ruth married Bill Sherwood March 28, 1997 in Miami, OK and he survives.
Additional survivors include; one son, Daniel Newbery, Wyandotte; four step children, Jim Sherwood, Chelsea, OK, John Sherwood, Joplin, Don Sherwood, Wyandotte, Ron Sherwood, Joplin and Tammye Harding, Wyandotte. Two brothers, John Newberry, Wyandotte and George Newberry, State of OK; Two sisters, Patty Rickman, Wyandotte and Betty Eddings, Seneca. Two grandchildren and several step grandchildren.
Funeral Services under the direction of Campbell-Biddlecome Funeral Home, Seneca will be held at 2:00 PM, Monday, October 4, 2004 in the Campbell-Biddlecome Chapel with Rev. Don Williams officiating. Burial will be the Modoc Indian Cemetery north of Wyandotte, OK. Pallbearers will be Walt Bluejacket, Jim McCall, Josh Cook, Steve Rickman, Ron Deaton and Steve Chafin. Honorary Pallbearers will be Clyde Chafin, Bob Hamilton, Gerol Longan, Tony Logan, Mike Neal and Pat Neal.
The family will receive friends from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM Sunday at the funeral home.
Edward "Eddie" Whitekiller
Edward Wayne Whitekiller was born December 17, 1959 in Claremore, OK to Mitch and Charlene Whitekiller and was raised in Seneca, MO. Eddie graduated from Seneca High School and passed from this life on October 23, 2006 after a sudden illness.
Eddie was not only a radical fan of the community but a loving father, brother, son and friend and will be missed by all.
Survivors include two sons Nathan Whitekiller and wife Jessica, Carl Junction, Erin Whitekiller and their mother Denise both of Seneca, his mother Charlene Whitekiller and father Mitch Whitekiller, Locust Grove, OK; two brothers, Willie Whitekiller and wife Chris, Claremore, OK and Rev. Charles Whitekiller and wife Katie, Broken Arrow, OK; two sisters, Julie Whitekiller, Seneca, MO and Sandy Whitekiller, Locust Grove; and a large number of nephews, nieces and friends of the family.
Eddie was preceded in death by one brother Jeffery Dale Whitekiller.
Funeral Services under the direction of Campbell-Biddlecome Funeral Home, Seneca will be held at 1:00 PM, Thursday, October 26, 2006 at the Racine Christian Church with Rev. Charles Whitekiller and John St. Clair officiating. Burial will be in the Seneca Cemetery with Josh Whitekiller, Justin Whitekiller, Jeff Whitekiller, Todd Durman, Adam Durman, Mitchell Shallenburger and Ben Whitekiller serving as pallbearers.
The family will receive friends from 6 to 7 PM, Wednesday, October 25, 2006 at the funeral home.

Burial will be in the New Salem Cemetery with family and friends serving as pallbearers.

Earl C. Englebrecht
Earl C. Englebrecht, 82, Wyandotte, OK passed away at 9:30 PM, December 23, 2004 at his home after an illness.
Earl was born October 14, 1922 in Dallas, TX the son of Fred and Ina Englebrecht. He lived at his current home for 82 years. Earl owned and operated the former laundry mat located on Delaware St in Seneca until the mid 1980’s.
Earl married Florence Davis April 2, 1984 in Miami, OK and she survives.
Additional survivors include one son, Don Shelby and wife Debbie, Afton, OK; one daughter Nannette Bible and husband David, Vinita.
He was preceded in death by one sister Ethel Hellums and his parents.
The body had been taken for cremation and private family graveside services will be held at a later date. Arrangements under the direction of Campbell-Biddlecome Funeral Home, Seneca.
