Funeral services were held March 12 at Grace Chapel Presbyterian Church in Madison with burial in Parkway Memorial Cemetery.
Survivors include: his wife, Marie Catherine Gordon Jones of Madison; son, Andrew Joseph Jones of Madison; his parents, Andrew and Alta Jones of Kissimmee, Fla.; brothers, Brad Jones and wife Debbie and Todd Jones and wife Renee; and sister, Lisa Jones Curtis, all of Hattiesburg; four nephews, five nieces, one great-niece and one great-nephew.
Memorials may be made to the American Lung Association, 731 S. Pear Orchard Road, Ridgeland MS 39157, or Grace Chapel Presbyterian Church USA, 307 New Mannsdale Road, Madison MS 39110.

Saul William Daughtrey
Canton
Saul William Daughtrey, 64, of Canton, died Feb. 19, 2004, at G.V. "Sonny" Montgomery Veterans Affairs Medical Center in Jackson.
Funeral services were held Feb. 25 at Harvey Chapel Missionary Baptist Church in Canton with burial in the church cemetery.
Survivors include: a special friend, Mary Jean Slaughter of Canton; children, Kimberly Ohio; sisters, Elease Taylor, Laura Nichols, Leathen Boyd, Waynetta Daughtrey, Lillian Reed, all of Madison; Irene Williams of Flint, Mich., and Jurdine Webster of Jackson; and nine grandchildren and a number of nieces and nephews.

Calmer Jean Beal

Calmer Jean Beal, 61, of Canton, died Feb. 21, 2004.
Funeral services were held Feb. 28 at Harvey Chapel Missionary Baptist Church with burial in the Hopewell Cemetery.
Survivors include: her husband, L.C. Beal Sr. of Canton; her daughters, Mary Luckett and husband Jeffery, Tina Beal, Linda Brown and husband Bruce, all of Canton, and Tiffany Luckett and husband Steven of Jackson; her sons, L.C. Beal Jr. and wife Sherry of Jackson, and Prentiss Beal of Canton; and Ebony and Jamarcus Beal, both of Canton; sisters, Rosie Lee White of Canton, May Jackson Sr. of St. Louis, Mo., Ruth Pheal of Gary, Ind., and Emma Truss of Chicago, Ill.; brothers, James Moore and wife Luretha of Canton, Hubert Moore and wife Inez of St. Louis, Mo., Willie Moore and wife Juanita, Lawrence Moore and wife Earnestine and Walter Moore and wife Shirley, all of Canton; sisters-in-law, Annie Gross and Helen Beal of Canton; brothers-in-law, Isaac Beal and wife Ruthie May of Florida; aunt, Ira Banks and husband Lee of Canton; and 20 grandchildren and a number of nieces and nephews.

Frances E. Skulley, 93, of Canton, died Feb. 25, 2004, at her home.
Funeral services were held Feb. 28 at Breeland Funeral Home Chapel in Canton with burial in the Canton Cemetery.
Survivors include: her brother, Reed Skulley and wife Mary of Cape Coral, Fla.; nieces, Carole Poquette of Canton and Frances Fielder of Richland; nephew, Mikel Skulley of Cape Coral, Fla.; great-nieces, Brooke Poquette of Madison, Paige Pinnow of River Falls, Wisc., and Lisa Grantham of Florence; and great-nephews, Allen Fielder of Richland and Clayton Pickle of Canton.
Memorials may be made to the First United Methodist Church, 3301 South Liberty St., Canton MS 39046.

Albert Lee Smith Jr., 88, of Canton, died Feb. 29, 2004, at Madison County Medical Center in Canton.
Graveside services were held March 1 at Breeland Funeral Home Chapel with burial in the Canton Cemetery.
Survivors include: his daughter, Anne S. Haley and husband Charles W. of Canton; brother, Leonard A. Smith of Austin, Mississippi Baptist Medical Center in Jackson.
Funeral services were held Feb. 18 at Wright and Ferguson Funeral Home Chapel in Ridgeland with burial in Montgomery Cemetery in Madison.
Survivors include: her daughter, Paula Kyle Hale Wallace and husband Randel of Madison; her son, Andy Wood Hale and wife Suzanne of Madison; brother, G.P. "Guice" Wood and wife Pat of Clinton; granddaughters, Kayce Wallace Blaylock and husband Shaun of Kosciusko, Wendy Wallace Hux and husband Brad of Wesson, Robyn Hale Rose and husband David of Norwich, Conn., Tiffany Hale of Atlanta, Ga.; grandson, Scott "Bear" Wallace of Pearl; four great-grandchildren, Haleigh and Harrison Hux and River and Trevor Rose; and nieces, Rita Wood of Brandon and Terri Wood Hallman of Atlanta.

Dorothy Wood LeSage, 82, of Flora, died Feb. 14, 2004, at her home.
Graveside services were held Feb. 16 in Lakewood South Cemetery.
Survivors include: her daughter, Patricia Ford and husband Wesley of Flora; stepdaughters, Jeanine Portman of Baton Rouge, Cherie LeSage of Lakewood, Wis.; grandsons, Roger Ford and wife Cathy of Flora, and Brian Ford and wife Dana of Benton; sisters, Margaret Irving, Janine Soriano, Brenda Asken and Shira Ann Foster ; brother, James Perry Simmons; and six grandchildren and three step-grandchildren.

Frances Lirely Mize, 73, of Madison, died Feb. 15, 2004, in Baton Rouge, La.
Funeral services were held Feb. 18 at Wright and Ferguson Funeral Home Chapel in Ridgeland with burial in Lakewood Memorial Park.
Survivors include: her husband of 51 1/2 years, Bob Mize of Madison; her son, Allen Mize and wife Pink of Madison; her daughters, Laura Richards and husband Don of Germantown, Tenn., and Barbara Johnson and husband Tim of Collierville, Tenn.; and five grandchildren, Jason, Kathy, Katie, Sam and Jacob.
