Albert Durwood Horne, 80, of Ponchatoula, La., died July 20, 2004, at Belle Mason Nursing Home in Ponchatoula.
Graveside services were held July 23 in canton City Cemetery.
Horne was a member of Woodland Baptist Church and a Mason.
Survivors include: his sons, Tom Horne and wife Cheryl of LaPlace, La., Don Horne and wife Debbie of Springhill, La., and Ronnie Horne and wife Marilyn of Tampa, Fla.; sister, Betty Jane Douglas of Canton; and six grandchildren.

Neville R. Wichman, 58, assistant manager at Wal-Mart Super Center in Madison, died July 20, 2004, at his home in Ridgeland.
Funeral services are July 24 at Wright & Ferguson Funeral Home Chapel in Ridgeland with burial in East Haven Cemetery in Bookhaven.
Survivors include: his wife of 25 years, Donna Wichman of Ridgeland; his mother, Ola Mae Wichman of Madison; sons, Wade Wichman of Ridgeland, Regan Wichman of Hattiesburg; and grandchildren, Cole Wichman and Grant Wichman, both of Hattiesburg.

Elizabeth Weems Heinen, 94, of Madison, died July 23, 2004, at St. Catherine's Village in Madison.
A memorial service was held July 26 in the chapel at St. Catherine's Village.
Mrs. Heinen was the widow of John Heinen of Sacramento, Calif.
Survivors include: her late brother's family, Mrs. Thomas S. "Butch" Weems of Jackson, Thomas Weems Jr. of New Orleans,La., and Elizabeth Weems Weir of Denver, Colo.

Bobby J. Sanders, 73, of Jackson, died July 24, 2004, at Hospice Ministries in Ridgeland.
Funeral services were held July 27 at Wright & Ferguson Funeral Home Chapel in Ridgeland with burial in the Parkway Memorial Cemetery.
She was a member of Christ United Methodist Church where for many years she was a Sunday school teacher and a member of the United Methodist Women's Group.
Survivors include: her husband of 54 years, James R. Sanders of Jackson; her son, John Sanders of Jackson; and sister, Betty Cummings of Eupora.

Tucker, the son of Mrs. Annie Ruth Jones and the late Walter Brent, attended the Canton Public schools.

Beatrice Moore-Haymon, 72, of Pickens, died Aug. 6, 2004.
Funeral services were held Aug. 14 at Goodman-Pickens Elementary School gymnasium with burial in the Bethlehem Missionary Baptist Church Cemetery.
Mrs. Moore-Haymon was crowned "Mother of the Year" on Mother's Day 2004 at Bethlehem M.B. Church. This honor was bestowed upon her by the youth department.
Survivors include: her husband, Otha B. Haymon Sr. of Pickens; daughters, Oprele White and husband Alex of Chicago, Ill., Ethel Travis of Canton, Jeanette Hudson of Jackson, Mary Lipsey and husband Harry, and Rosie Haymon, all of Pickens; her sons, Otha Haymon and wife Debra and Eugene Haymon and wife Margaret, all of Pickens; five adopted daughters, five adopted sons, all of Mississippi; and 22 grandchildren and 35 great-grandchildren.

Louise "Sister" Wiley, 81, of Canton, died Aug. 9, 2004, at St. Dominic/Jackson Memorial Hospital.
Funeral services were held Aug. 14 at Fairview Baptist Church in Canton with burial in Good Hope Cemetery in Canton.
Survivors include: her daughter, Earlene Bouldin of Madison; her sons, W.C. Harden and Arthur Harden of Canton; sisters, Mary Alice Harris, Marie Walton, Tina Johnson, all of Jackson; brothers, Nelson Wiley and Eddie Wiley of Canton; aunt, Marie Major of Jackson; and 21 grandchildren, 51 great-grandchildren and five great-great-grandchildren.
