MIDDLETON, Tenn. -- Funeral services for Delbert Paul (Joe) Allen, 67, are set for 2 p.m. Monday at Shackelford Funeral Directors of Middleton, Tenn., with Bill Johnson and Steve Bowers officiating and burial at Rogers Springs Cemetery. Mr. Allen died Friday, July 18, 2008, at his home. A sign painter/artist, he was a lifelong risdent of the Middleton area and graduated from Middleton High School in 1959. He loved music and playing guitar and was a member of Rogers Springs Church of Christ.
Visitation is today from 5:30 until 9 p.m. and Monday from 11 a.m. until 2 p.m. Memorial contributions may be made to Rogers Springs Church of Christ or the Jack Gean Shelter in Savannah, Tenn.

Mrs. Hamilton died Friday, July 18, 2008. She was a member of Collierville First Baptist Church, where she sang in the senior choir, and was a former secretary of the Shelby County WMU. She was a member of the Bible study club and garden club. She enjoyed spending time working in her garden and loved her family and church dearly. Visitation is today from 5 until 8 p.m.

He enjoyed watching football, playing classical guitar and spending time with his family and friends. He was a Baptist.
