She was a native of Baltimore, daughter of the late Ellis and Gertrude Margolis Lachman, wife of the late Morris Levinson, lived in Gastonia from 1936 until 1970, member of Temple Emmanuel, Gastonia, assisted husband with his business, Morris Jewelers, Gastonia, a housewife.

Robert "Bob" Rutherford
GASTONIA — Robert "Bob" McCallum Rutherford, 62, 1126 Dumbarton Lane, died Feb. 6, 2000, at Grand Strand Regional Medical Center, Myrtle Beach, S.C.
He was a native of Akron, Ohio, son of the late Robert McCall Rutherford, graduated from Miami University, Oxford, Ohio, performed his graduate work at Syracuse University, former sales manager with Stanley-Vidmar, Allentown, Pa., for 22 years, employed in business development with Heater Utilities Co., of Cary, deacon and member of First Presbyterian Church, member of Gastonia East Rotary Club.
