He was a native of Baltimore, son of the late Joseph Joph and Mary Margaret Wall Gaeng, husband of the late Annie Wyatt Gaeng, brother of nine late siblings, retired attorney, former chairman of the Maryland State Worker Comp-Injured Worker Fund, veteran of World War II, served in the Army Air Corp, member of the American Legion.
SURVIVORS: Daughter, Nancy Lee Sugatt, Gastonia, several nieces and nephews; special nephew, Kenneth Gaeng, Baltimore; granddaughter, Elizabeth Sugatt, Supply; great-grandchildren, Paul Gavin Norris and Ivy Leanne Sugatt.
