She was a native of Newport, Tenn., daughter of the late Eugene and Beatrice Holt Gray, wife of the late John Francis Brogden, mother of the late Kenny Brogden, sister of the late Clyde, Bill and Joe Gray, attended Pleasant Grove Baptist Church, Bible study group, homemaker.
