She was a native of Hineville, Ga., daughter of the late Marvin F. and Elizabeth Burnley Clark, wife of the late Carroll Andrews. She was retired as a registrar from the York County Voters, member of the Town and Country Book Club, First Presbyterian Church, Golden Ages Club, after retirement volunteered as a poll worker at elections.
