Heffelbower -- Wilma "Billie"R., 66, Lincoln, died Saturday (11/23/2002). Born, Lincoln (3/4/36) to William L. and Lydia H. (Houchen) Wolfe. Married C. David Heffelbower on Aug. 13, 1965, at the First Christian Church in Lincoln. Received her BAin English and theater from Nebraska Wesleyan in 1958 and her master of fine arts in theatrical playwriting from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln in 1968. Worked in telemarketing for Interactive Teleservices. Member: Chapparall Poets, Daughters of Union Veterans, Iris Society, Gem and Mineral Club. She was a lifetime Lincoln resident.
