Affectionately known as "Mammy," sought quality time with children, attending their soccer and baseball games, tennis matches or school plays; in appreciation, children brought her butterflies, dogs, birds, snakes and iguanas. Loved to play cards, work in yard, visit beach and shop garage sales. Accomplished musician: played piano and autoharp and also sang with voice fit for angels. Active member, First Presbyterian Church of Orlando. Tennis champion, Country Club of Orlando. Co-founder, Brownlee Energy Management Co. Self-taught in accounting; so proficient, ledgers balanced to the penny. Volunteered, churches, scouting, PTA and several historical committees.
