History: Virginia enjoyed spending time with her family especially Christmans Eve. Together with her husband Joe, they ran Lake Avenue Car Wash until 1997.

Services: Visitation Sunday 3PM until 7PM. Virginia’s Funeral Mass will be held 9AM Monday at St. Helen’s Church. Entombment Holy Sepulchre Cemetery.

Thomas J. Ioannone
January 2, 1921 - April 10, 2006
Pre-deceased by: Tom was predeceased by his wife Lucille Ioannone; parents Antonio & Lucy Ioannone.
Survived by: He is survived by his children Marty (Mia) Ioannone, Toby Ioannone & Thomas J. Ioannone Jr.; grandchildren, Lisa (Michael) Rich & Christopher Ioannone; great-grandchildren, Christopher Ioannone, Chevy Ioannone, Sierra Rich, Anthony Rich & Dominic Rich; several nieces and nephews.
Born at: Holley, NY
History: Tom enjoyed spending time with his family. He was hard working & conservative. He always had a sense of humor. Tom was an artistically gifted person. Tom also enjoyed working in his yard.
Accomplishments: Tom was US Veteran. He worked at Eastman Kodak Company for 38 years. He was the owner and proprietor of the Elmgrove Inn. Tom was a member of the Knights of Columbus. He was very active at St. Jude`s Church. Tom was the cook for many of the St. Jude Men`s Club functions.
Donations: In lieu of flowers donations may be sent to Alzheimer’s Association, 435 E. Henrietta Rd., Rochester, NY 14620 in Tom’s memory.
Services: BARTOLMOEO & PEROTTO Funeral Home, Inc., 1411 Vintage Lane (Between 390 & Long Pond Rd.) where Tom’s visitation will be Tuesday, April 11th, 2-4 & 7-9. His Funeral Mass will be celebrated Wednesday, April 12th, 10 AM at St. Jude the Apostle Church, 4100 Lyell Rd. (west of Elmgrove Rd.). Interment Holy Sepulchre Cemetery.

Betty M. Sabocheck

Survived by: Survived by her husband Nicholas Sabocheck Sr.; children, Pat (Tom) Mackowiak, Shirley (Don) Phillips, Mike (Tracy) Sabocheck, Nicholas Jr. (Debbie) Sabocheck; grandchildren, Christopher Phillips, Nicholas Sabocheck III, Scott Sabocheck, Judy Mackowiak; great-grandson Matthew Phillips; sisters Wanda (Sonny) Gonsowski & Bertha Compton; several nieces , nephews and cousins.
Born at: Mason Town, PA
History: Betty was a loving mother and grandmother. Should could best be described as: friendly, out going, loving, kind and lived each day and circumstance that came her way with a smile. Betty enjoyed: cross stitching, needle point, baking, cooking, gardening, crossword puzzles & collecting cow figurines.
Accomplishments: Betty had worked for Stomberg Carlson as a assembler. Betty was a volunteer for the Monroe County Board of Elections.
Donations: Those wishing may contribute to Barnard Fire Department, 3084 Dewey Ave., Rochester, NY 14616 in Betty’s memory.

Betty’s Prayer Service will begin Friday 9:45 AM at the funeral home followed by her Funeral Mass to be celebrated 10:30 AM at St. Charles Borromeo Church, 3003 Dewey Ave. Interment Holy Sepulchre Cemetery.

Joseph E. "Ginger" DiGiro
October 3, 1922 - February 27, 2006
Pre-deceased by: His parents, Joseph & Mary Ann (Pelusio) DiGiro; brother, Christopher DiGiro.
Survived by: Formerly of Rochester: Passed away February 27, 2006 at age 83 in his home in Belleair Beach, FL under the care of Hospice after a brief illness. He is survived by his wife, Margaret, two sons, Joseph of Clearwater, FL and Thomas of Royal Palm Beach, FL; daughter, Valerie (Craig) Marianetti of Rochester, NY; granddaughter, Shaelyn Nicole Marianetti; brother, Nicholas of Palm Bay, FL; sister, Marilyn of Belleair Bluffs, FL.
Born at: Rochester, NY
History: Joseph was an Engineer for Eastman Kodak and Xerox Corp. He retired from Aircraft Porous Media in Pinellas Park, FL and proceeded to open his own Manufacturing Business in his home where he worked to the end. He owned and cooked in three restaurants in Florida doing most of the cooking himself. He was a proud member of the 14th Air ForceFlying Tigers Society and the Distinguished Flying Cross Society.

History: Harry was a retiree of Tobin Packing where he worked for 47 years & a Member of the HARTS Club. He enjoyed outdoor activities such as fishing, hunting & skating.
