PIQUA - Rosemary Ovenden, formerly of 818 Washington Ave., Piqua, more recently of the Dorothy Love Retirement Community, died on Monday, Aug. 25, 2003 at 5:40 a.m. in Wilson Memorial Hospital. She was born in Shelby County on Oct. 8, 1917 to the late John L. and Anna Dinsmore Large. She married
Leo J. Ovenden on July 15, 1943; and he preceded her in death in 1965.
A funeral service will be conducted on Thursday, Aug. 28 at 10 a.m. in the Jamieson & Yannucci Funeral Home with the Rev. Jack Chalk officiating. Burial will follow in Graceland cemetery, Sidney. Visitation will be on Wednesday from 5-7 p.m. in the funeral home.
