Robert Dalessandro
DALTON -- Robert C. Dalessandro, 51, of Dalton, died Sunday, Aug. 29, 1999, at his home.
Memorial services will be Saturday at 6 p.m. at the Dalton Veterans of Foreign Wars Post 5534, with the Rev. Jeff Bullard officiating.
The family will receive friends Saturday at 4 p.m. at the VFW, with a dinner to be held at 5 p.m. The service will follow at 6 p.m.
Memorial contributions may be made to Hospice of Wayne County, 2525-A Back Orrville Road, Wooster 44691.
Arrangements are being handled by Zak-Monbarren Funeral Home in Dalton.
He was born Dec. 19, 1947, in Orrville to Luciano and Nicolene (Cicconetti) Dalessandro and married Terri Tomblin on Jan. 30, 1982. She survives.
Other survivors include children, Mario and Monica, both of the home; brothers, Vincent Dalessandro and his wife, Joan, of Orrville, Harry Dalessandro of Georgia, Jeff Dalessandro of Barberton and Philip Dalessandro and his wife, Candy, of Wooster; and sisters and their husbands, Jennie and Walter Ott of Dalton and Josie and Paul Carpenter of Wooster.

Lillian Hone
LODI -- Lillian B. Miller Hone, 80, of Lodi, died Tuesday, Aug. 31, 1999, at Lodi Community Hospital, after a year-long battle with leukemia.
There will be no services or calling hours. Parker & Son Funeral Home in Lodi, is handling arrangements.
Surviving are children, Elsie Mae Price of Lodi and George James Miller and his wife, Ann, of Homerville; and four grandchildren.
Her husband, George Miller, died previously.

Doris Butler
CHARLOTTE, N.C. -- Doris Ann Butler, 53, of Charlotte, N.C., formerly of Rittman, died Tuesday, Aug. 31, 1999, at her home.
Services will be Thursday at 1 p.m. at Hickory Grove Baptist Church in Charlotte, N.C., with the Rev. Dr. Joe B. Brown officiating. Burial will be at Sunset Memory Gardens.
Friends may call tonight (Wednesday) from 7-8:30 at Lowe-DeBord Funeral Home, 4715 Margaret Wallace Road, Matthews, N.C.
Memorial contributions may be made to Hickory Grove Baptist Church, Children's Ministry, 6050 Hickory Grove Road, Charlotte, N.C. 28215.
She was born Nov. 11, 1945 in Rittman to Ernest and Dortha Long and married Melvin Butler. He survives.
Other survivors include children, Rodney Lane Butler of Charlotte, N.C., and Tania Renee Butler Haywood of Mint Hill, N.C.; sisters, Glenda Bauders of Belleview, Fla., Lavonne Mitchell, Karen Smith and Marilyn Barker, all of Rittman; and brothers, Donald and Jerry Long, both of Wadsworth.

Evelyn Cusick
WOOSTER -- Evelyn F. Cusick, 102, 876 S. Geyers Chapel Road, died Monday, Aug. 30, 1999, at Wayne County Care Center.
Graveside services will be Saturday at 3 p.m. at Oak Grove Cemetery in Rockwood, Tenn., with the Rev. George Michel officiating.
Friends may call one hour prior to the services at Evans Mortuary, Rockwood, Tenn.
Local arrangements are being handled by McIntire, Davis & Greene Funeral Home in Wooster.
She was born Feb. 16, 1897 in Rockwood, Tenn., to William and Martha (Hanby) Fulks and married Ralph O. Cusick. He died in 1970.
Surviving are a son-in-law, the Rev. George L. Michel of Wooster; grandsons, Timothy and Stephen Michel; five great-grandchildren and two great-great-grandchildren.

Edna Caudill
STOW -- Edna L. Caudill, 92, of Stow, died Saturday, Aug. 28, 1999, after a long illness. She had been a resident of Sunrise Nursing Home in Wooster.
Services and burial were held today, Sept. 1, in Stow. Redmon Funeral Home in Stow, handled arrangements.
She was born May 24, 1907 in Akron to Ory and Bertha Siddall and was married to Wiley Odell Caudill for 54 years. He died in 1988.
Surviving are daughters and their husbands, June and Charles Leeman of Bradenton, Fla., and Valerie and Harold Fulton of Wooster; grandchildren, Richard Mayer of Alexandria, Va., Tammy Mayer of St. Paul, Minn., Susan Mayer of Columbus, Debra Scheibe of Berkley Heights, N.J., Sandra Moffitt of Marblehead, Mass., Lyn Fulton-John of Jackson, Miss., and David Fulton of Destin, Fla.; four great-grandchildren; and a brother, Russell Siddall of Chattanooga, Tenn.

Ruby Click
BURBANK -- Ruby Irene Click, 71, 124 W. Middle St., died Monday, Aug. 30, 1999, at MetroHealth Medical Center of Cleveland.
Services will be Friday at 11 a.m. at Murray Funeral Home in Creston, with the Rev. Melvin Browning officiating. Burial will be at Burbank Cemetery.
Friends may call Thursday from 6-9 p.m. at the funeral home.
Memorial contributions may be made to American Cancer Society, Wayne County Branch, in care of Wooster Clinic, 1740 Cleveland Road, Wooster 44691.
She was born Feb. 22, 1928 in Ellet to Joseph and Ellen (Annett) Miller and married Richard L. Click on Nov. 17, 1950. He survives.
Other survivors include children, Dianne Schreiner and her husband, Jeff, of Apple Creek, Pamela Cosentino of Wooster, Joseph Click and his wife, Theresa, of Creston and Daniel Click of West Salem; grandchildren, Shane Grier, Kristin Cosentino, Maria, Monica, Zack and Josh Click; great-grandchildren, Dustin and Lauren Grier; and sisters, Mary Yeager and Myrtle Pateos, both of Akron and Jane Boser of Lake Placid, Fla.

Jack Blough
LAKEVILLE -- Jack W. Blough, 77, of Lakeville, and former longtime Marshallville resident, died Tuesday, July 27, 1999, at Winchester Place Nursing Home in Canal Winchester.
Memorial services will be Tuesday at 1 p.m. at the Longenecker Mennonite Church, Holmes County Road 160, Winesburg, with Pastor Glenn Coblentz officiating.
There will be no calling hours.
In lieu of flowers, friends may contribute to Hospice of Columbus, 181 Washington Blvd., Columbus 43215 in Jack's memory.
Arrangements are being handled by the Dwayne R. Spence Funeral Home and Crematory in Canal Winchester.
He married Vanora Hartzler. She died in 1985.
Surviving are daughter and son-in-law, Maryann and Ed Dildine of Columbus; a son, Larry Blough of Dalton; four grandchildren, Douglas Haley, Jack Sheller, Mark Saunders and Chris Blough and five great-grandchildren.

Paul Emch
PHOENIX, Ariz. -- Paul J. Emch, 85, of Phoenix, Ariz. and formerly of Rittman, died Saturday, July 3, 1999.
Services and burial were held in Phoenix, Ariz.
Surviving are his wife of 63 years, Irene (Marty); a daughter, Shirley Zollinger of Oregon; four sons, Don, Jerry, Bob and Bill Emch, all of Phoenix, Ariz.; 11 grandchildren; 24 great-grandchildren; a sister, Ella Mae Weber of Phoenix, Ariz. and a brother, Everett Emch of Rittman.

Robert Dearth
LAFAYETTE TWP. -- Robert C. Dearth, 75, of Lafayette Township, died Thursday, July 29, 1999, at his home, following a lengthy illness.
Services will be Monday at 11 a.m. at the Parker & Son Funeral Home in Lodi with Jim Duty officiating. Burial will be at Woodlawn Cemetery in Lodi.
Friends may call Sunday from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. at the funeral home.
Memorial contributions may be made in his name to a charity of the donor's choice.
He married June Bigley in January of 1946 in Lodi. She survives.
Surviving in addition to his wife are a daughter, Laura Warner of Lodi; son and daughter-in-law, Larry and Candy Dearth of Medina; six grandchildren; three great-grandsons; five sisters, Mildred Christman of Woodsfield, Nellie Maszgay of Lafayette, Mae Williams of Sharon Center, Mrs. William (Irene) McKenzie and Mrs. Harry (Alice) Cash, both of Lodi and brother and sister-in-law, Donald and Dorothy Dearth of Lodi.

Eunice Lee
ORRVILLE -- Eunice C. Lee, 83, of Orrville, died Tuesday, July 27, 1999, at Rittman Rehabilitation Center.
Services will be today (Saturday) at 1:30 p.m. at the Armstrong Funeral Home in Seville with the Rev. Jim McComas officiating. Burial will be at Mound Hill Cemetery.
Memorial contributions may be made to Meals on Wheels of Orrville.
Surviving are daughters and sons-in-law, Acy and Dwane Baker of Seville and Kathy and Clifford Bartram of Orrville; a son, Richard Lee of Wooster; a stepson, Robert Lee of Akron; four grandchildren; seven great-grandchildren; eight step-grandchildren; six step-great-grandchildren; brother and sister-in-law, Thomas and Helen Pursley of Seville and sister and brother-in-law, Shirley and Victor Stewart of Malta.

Sarah Ressler
ORRVILLE -- Sarah C. Ressler, 89, 9911 Smucker Road, died Thursday, July 29, 1999, at Dunlap Memorial Hospital in Orrville.
Services will be Monday at 11 a.m. at the Roberts Funeral Home, Sherwood Chapel with the Rev. George Peters officiating. Burial will be at Sherwood Memorial Gardens.
Friends may call Sunday from 3-5 p.m. at the funeral home.
Memorial contributions may be made to Grace Brethren Church, Building Fund, 1924 Burbank Road, Wooster 44691.
She married Levi Ressler on Nov. 8, 1928. He died in 1993.
Surviving are her children and their spouses, Howard and Phyllis Ressler of Orrville, Lodema and James Hartzler of New Springfield and Marjorie and Larry Brandeberry of Goshen, Ind.; 10 grandchildren; 13 great-grandchildren; a sister, Viola Shrock of Plain City and a half-sister, Esther Troyer of Florida.

Melvin Shilling
LOUDONVILLE -- Melvin D. Shilling, 90, 325 N. Adams Street, died Thursday, July 29, 1999, at Colonial Manor Health Center in Loudonville, after an extended illness.
Services will be Monday at 10:30 a.m. at Byerly-Lindsey Funeral Home in Loudonville with the Rev. Terry L. Ruther officiating. Burial will be at Loudonville Cemetery.
Friends may call Sunday from 2-4 and 6-8 p.m. at the funeral home.
Memorial contributions may be made to Loudonville Fire Department, Inc., 200 N. Market St., Loudonville, 44842.
He married Evelyn Bash on Sept. 11, 1937. She survives.
Surviving in addition to his wife are daughter and son-in-law, Sherri L. and Gary R. Hannaford of Loudonville; two grandsons; a great-grandson; sister and brother-in-law, Dorothy and Bob Bonk of Massillon and numerous nieces and nephews.

Henry Mast
JEROMESVILLE -- Henry G. Mast, 66, 2005 County Road 2175, died Friday morning, July 30, 1999, at University Hospital in Columbus.
Services will be Tuesday at 10:30 a.m. at the Jeromesville Christian Church with the Rev. David Richmond officiating. Burial will be at Jeromesville Cemetery.
Friends may call Monday from 7-9 p.m. at Fickes Funeral Home in Jeromesville.
Memorial contributions my be made to the Jeromesville Christian Church.
He married Bonnie Cauger on Feb. 21, 1953. She survives.
Surviving in addition to his wife are four daughters and sons-in-law, Cindy and Tony Keeton of Tennessee, Marge and Scott Crossen of Ashland, Tammy and Danny Shearer and Lori and Tony Heifner, all of Jeromesville; two sons and daughters-in-law, Rod and Genia Mast of Loudonville and Robie and Tara Mast of Jeromesville; seven grandchildren and six sisters, Alma Hershberger of Kidron, Edna Kandel, Mary Kandel and Sarah Swartzentruber, all of Dalton, Beulah Miller of Millersburg and Amanda Kandel of Fredericktown.

William Diesch
MEDINA -- William Diesch, 86, of Medina, died Wednesday, July 28, 1999, at Medina General Hospital.
Services will be Saturday at 1:30 p.m. at the Church of Christ, 295 Forest Meadows Drive, Medina, with Jim Duty officiating. Burial will be at York Township Cemetery.
Friends may call tonight (Friday) from 7-9 at Waite & Son Funeral Home, Medina Chapel, 765 N. Court St.
Surviving are his wife of 63 years, Estella Diesch; children and their spouses, Ronald and Katherine Diesch of Lodi, Gene Diesch and Gary and Sandra Diesch, all of Medina, Marilyn and Larry Shearer of Dallas, Wis., Cheryl and Kenneth Becker of West Salem and William and Carol Diesch of Valley City; 10 grandchildren; five great-grandchildren; and a sister, Bertha Hamlin of Fort Myers, Fla.

Alice Patten
WOOSTER -- Alice H. Patten, 80, formerly of Portage Road, died Thursday, July 29, 1999, at Smithville-Western Care Center.
A memorial service will be held at a later date. Burial will be at Price Cemetery, Logansport, La.
She was born Oct. 2, 1918 in Bloomingdale, Pa., to Rodney G. and Florence C. (Fry) Hayden and married William E. Patten. He died in 1975.
Surviving are sisters, Florence Glossner, Beatrice Croston, Edith Oldham and Thelma Ziegler, all of Wooster; and a brother, Rodney Hayden of Howard.

Ilene White
WOOSTER -- Ilene M. White, 79, 1715 Mechanicsburg Road, died Friday, July 23, 1999, at Wooster Community Hospital.
Graveside services will be Saturday at 2 p.m. at Forest Lawn Memorial Gardens Cemetery in Columbus, with the Rev. Mary Johnson officiating.
There will be no calling hours. Custer Funeral Home, Wooster, is handling arrangements.
A memorial service will be held at a later date at West View Manor Chapel, Wooster.
In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to West View Manor Auxiliary, 1715 Mechanicsburg Road, Wooster 44691; or to a charity of the donor's choice.
She was born Feb. 8, 1920 in Columbus to James Ora and Mary (Blevins) Martin and married John E. Elcessor in 1940. He died in 1966.
Other survivors include sons, Kevin Ellcessor of Fredericktown and Steven Ellcessor and his wife, Brenda, of Wooster; seven grandchildren; three great-grandchildren; a sister, Anna Williams of New Albany; several nieces and nephews great-nieces and nephews; and former husband, Ralph White.
