Carl E. Lewis
Services for Carl E. Lewis will be at 2 p.m. Saturday at Griffin-Kennedy-Watts Chapel with Bob Smee and Roy Hannah officiating. Interment will be at Rose Hill Cemetery.
Lewis was born April 13, 1925, at Wilson, to Parker and Fannie Lewis. He died April 16, 2000, in Dallas.
A lifetime resident of Ardmore, he married Geneva McNeely here Feb. 23, 1951, and was a top lineman for Oklahoma Gas & Electric before he retired. He was a member of Northeast Church of Christ. He was preceded in death by his wife, Jan. 23, 2000.
Survivors include a daughter, Beverly Pogue, Waco, Texas; a brother, Buddy, Angleton, Texas; sister, Lois Pollock, Odessa, Texas; two grandchildren; and two great-grandchildren.
Bearers will be Tommy Tucker, Jeff Willingham, Terry Waller, Joe South, Lovel Hughes and Lloyd Leslie.

Jack C. Allison
Services for Jack C. Allison, 75, Lone Grove will be 10 a.m. Monday at Craddock Funeral Home Memorial Chapel with the Rev. Steve Robinson officiating. Interment will follow at 1 p.m. at Green Hill Cemetery, Davis.
Born Oct. 1, 1924, at Bromide to Bud H. and Gertrude Anderson Allison, he died April 21, 2000, at Ardmore. He was preceded in death by a brother, James Moss, and one sister, Syble Beard.
He married Estelle E. Digby June 28, 1971, at Perryton, Texas. Allison has lived in the area since 1975. He was a retired, self-employed carpenter. Allison was a veteran of the United States Navy, serving in World War II and the Korean War.
Survivors include his wife, of the home; three daughters, Evelyn L. Graff, Oklahoma City, Diane L. Alderson, Holly Springs, Miss., and Patricia Kameitz, Dallas; five sons, Larry S. Allison, Altus, Darrell B. Allison, Virginia Beach, Va., Troy C. Allison, Memphis, Tenn., Donald G. Carter, Lone Grove, and Rick Evatt, Lone Grove; three sisters, Christine Scroggins, Ada, Lucy Walker, Austin, Texas, and Martha Murr, Coldwater, Miss.
Bearers are Rodney Green, Tommy Johnson, Kevin and Kenneth Robinson, Johnny Adkins and Jim Walker.

Elvis Lee Williams
Graveside rites for Elvis Lee Williams, 79, Edmond will be 11 a.m. Monday at Rose Hill Cemetery.
Born July 14, 1920, at Ardmore to Leonard and Effie Mayrant Williams, he died April 20, 2000, at Weatherford. He married Nathalie Joyce Rader Nov. 20, 1938, at Ada. She preceded him in death Nov. 17, 1998. He was also preceded in death by a son, Charles Leonard Williams Feb. 10, 1990; and two sisters, Cuma Ward and Wanda Gasaway.
A native Ardmoreite and former employee of Shuman Machine Shop, Williams moved to Oklahoma City in 1955. For the past 17 years he was a resident of Edmond, where he was an oil field mechanic until his retirement.
Survivors include his fiancé, Gwendolyn Spadlin, Weatherford; three daughters, Carol Williams-Knight, Sacramento, Calif., Barbara Kahnemouii, Carrollton, Texas, and Sherry Niavarani, Edmond; one son, Elvis Lee Williams Jr., Yukon; nine grandchildren; and three great-grandchildren.
Services are under the direction of Craddock Funeral Home.

John S. Williamson
Family gathering for John s. Williamson, 60, will be 10 a.m. Monday at Hillcrest Memorial Park Cemetery.
Born April 13, 1940, at Monticello, Iowa, to George S. Mable Evelyn Harper Williamson, he died April 19, 2000, at his residence. He was preceded in death by a sister, Virginia May Williamson.
Williamson moved to the Ardmore area while in junior high school and graduated from Ardmore High School. He later attended the University of Oklahoma. Williamson served in the United States Army and received an honorable discharge. He spent the past three years at Ardmore, coming from Denver. He was an insurance salesman and of the Presbyterian faith.
Survivors include two sons, Robert Steven Williamson, Denver, and David Williamson, Big Sky, Mont.; one daughter, Cathryn Williamson, Calagary, Canada; and one brother, Robert Dean Williamson, Santa Fe, N.M.
Services are under the direction of Harvey-Douglas Funeral Home.

Allie Hogg
TISHOMINGO -- Services for Allie Hogg, 92, will be 11 a.m. Tuesday at Corbin Funeral Home Memorial Chapel with the Rev. Jerry Wright officiating. Interment will follow at Troy Cemetery.
Born Aug. 30, 1907, at Reagan to Bert and Maggie Beaver, she died April 18, 2000, at Grand Prairie, Texas. She married George E. Hogg Nov. 30, 1945, at Oklahoma City. He preceded her in death Jan. 6, 1997. She was also preceded in death by two daughters, Willie Austin and Otharene Gibson, and two grandsons.
She was a homemaker and a resident of Ravia for 20 years. She was a member of the Ravia Baptist Church.
Survivors include one son, Billy Joe Gibson, Palestine, Texas; one daughter, Lillian Tomerlin, Forney, Texas; two brothers, C.D. Beaver, Palestine, and Willie Beaver, Ravia; two sisters, Verda Davis, Ravia, and Ida Gray, Tyler, Texas, four grandchildren; seven great-grandchildren; and three great-great-grandchildren.

Lucille Foster Smith
DAVIS -- Services for Lucille Foster Smith, 84, were Saturday at Fox Funeral Home Chapel with the Rev. James Densman officiating. Interment followed at Green Hill Cemetery.
Born Aug. 19, 1915, at Idabel to Alfred and Maggie Lou Ford Kinchen, she died April 20, 2000, at Davis. She married William Loyd Foster Sept. 17, 1932, at Honey Grove, Texas. He preceded her in death. She was also preceded in death by four sisters; one brother, and two grandchildren.
Survivors include two daughters, Marie Digby, Sulphur, and Margaret Fink, Wanette; two sons, Eulis Foster, Pagosa Springs, Colo., and Art Foster, Yukon; one sister, Pauline Waterman, Honey Grove; 13 grandchildren; 34 great-grandchildren; and eight great-great-grandchildren.
Bearers are Harold and Keith Digby, Don and Billy Foster and Chris and Chad Foster. Honorary bearers are Richey Fink, Terry Dean Lanoy, great-grandsons and great-great-grandsons.

Fay Fondren
RINGLING -- Graveside rites for Fay Fondren, 79, were Saturday at Ringling Memorial Cemetery with Jim Taylor officiating.
Born Jan. 25, 1921, at Pittsburg to Almar and Allie Hassler Johnson, she died April 21, 2000, at the Ardmore hospital. She was preceded in death by a sister, May Lee, and an infant brother.
Raised around the Courtney and Ringling areas, she attended Mountain Home School. She lived most of her life in Ringling. She was a member of the Church of God Fellowship.
Survivors include five daughters, Delrena Richardson, Orr, Judy Burke, Lead Hill, Ark., Corine Brant, Maryland, Ruth Oren, Austin, Texas, and Daisy Fondren, Wilson; three sons, Jody Malone, Ringling, Mike Malone, Lampe, Mo, and Elvis Fondren, Wilson; numerous grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
Services were under the direction of Reser Funeral Home.

Mary K. 'Brinsfield' Brantley
WEWOKA -- Graveside rites for Mary K. "Brinsfield" Brantley, 75, will be 10 a.m. Monday at Oakwood Cemetery with the Rev. Terry Tolbert officiating.
Born April 17, 1925, at Wewoka, to Will and Susie Burgin Brinsfield, she died April 21, 2000, at a Shawnee hospital.
She was raised in the Wewoka area and attended Wewoka schools.
Survivors include her children, Walter R. Robinson, Springer, Debby Bice, Groesbeck, Texas, James Brantley, Clinton, Nona G. Pierce, Grapevine, Texas, and Allen Brantley, Ardmore; one brother, James Sisney, Holdenville; two sisters, Dolores Reynolds, Wewoka, and Lou Pepper, Anderson; 12 grandchildren; and nine great-grandchildren.
Services are under the direction of Stout Funeral Home.

Daisy Bell Walk Johnson
Services for Daisy Bell Walk Johnson, 91, will be at 2 p.m. Tuesday, April 25, 2000, at Harvey-Douglas Chapel with the Rev. Morgan Ashworth officiating. Interment will be at Hillcrest Memorial Park.
Mrs. Johnson was born July 15, 1908, at Carnish, in Stephens County, Okla., to the late Edward J. Walk and Anna May Sargent of Kansas. She died April 23, 2000, at Southbrook Healthcare center where she had been living several years.
She married Joseph E. Johnson in 1922 and was a homemaker who also worked for many people in Ardmore. Daisy Johnson was an angel of God. She was a lifelong member of the Church of Christ. She will be missed by all who knew her.
She is survived by retired Master Sgt. Harold D. Johnson, Lone Grove; eight grandchildren; and 14 great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her husband; and a son, James E. Johnson.
Bearers will be Paul Almon, Bob Huduc, Chris Hudson, Billy Jack Walker, Johnny Walker and Sharron Wilson. Honorary bearers are Carl Runyan and Mr. Moore.

Mary A. Hill
DAVIS -- Graveside services for Mary Albia Hill, 86, will be at 2 p.m. today at Green Hill Cemetery with the Rev. Finis Steelman officiating.
Mrs. Hill was born June 17, 1913, in Garland, Texas, to James and Ella M. Harmon Phillips. She died April 22, 2000, in an Oklahoma City hospital.
Reared in Davis, she lived in Missouri until she married Harold Hill in August 1963 and moved to Houston. Following the death of her husband in 1973, she returned to Davis and operated the first nursing home here for many years. She was a Baptist.
She is survived by a sister, Ruth Snider, Davis. She was preceded in death by brothers and sistrers, Ed, Troy and Evert Phillips, Iva Phillps, Marie Burnside, Vera McCaskill and Anna Shields.
Krien Funeral Home will direct services.

William L. Waldrup Jr.
RATLIFF CITY -- Graveside services for William Lindsay Waldrup Jr., 77, will be at 11 a.m. Tuesday at Lake Park Cemetery in Laurel, Miss.
Waldrup was born Jan. 18, 1923, in Laurel, to William L. and Minnie Nicholas Waldrup. He died April 21, 2000, in the Healdton hospital.
A longtime resident of Ratliff City, he was a veteran of World War II and had worked as a welder in the oil fields. He was a Methodist.
Survivors include a son, Gary, Oklahoma City; stepson, Gary Wise, Myrtle Beach, S.C.; sister, Linda Bowden, Lyme,. N.H.; and a grandson.
Milburn Funeral Home will direct services.

T.C. Stromberg
Memorial services for T.C. Stromberg, 87, will be at 2:30 p.m. Thursday, April 27, 2000, at First Presbyterian Church with the Rev. Rick Mills officiating.
Mr. Stromberg was born Sept. 18, 1912, at Purcell, to the late Hugo J. and Adele Mable Woods Stromberg. He died April 22, 2000, in the local hospital.
Mr. Stromberg had been an Ardmore resident for many years. He moved to Ardmore at age 6, attending school and graduating from Ardmore High School. He then attended and graduated from the business school at the University of Oklahoma. He served in the United States Navy in aviation during World War II.
T.C. lived in Artesia, N.M., for 43 years where he owned and operated Artesia Lumber Company, which still exists today. Upon his return to Ardmore, in 1984, he became a member of First Presbyterian Church, continuing to work in his own business and enjoying swimming at the YMCA.
T.C. and June B. Helton were married Dec. 6, 1936, in Grandfield. He was preceded in death by a brother, Stanley.
Survivors are his wife, June, of the home; two daughters, Ann Stromberg and son-in-law, Rudi Volti, of Claremont, Calif., and Sara Jones and son-in-law, Nathan Jones; T.C.'s grandchildren are Troy Zeleny and Heather Burroughs, Shannon McElroy and husband, Trey, all of Ardmore, Faith Jones of Denton, Texas, Ashley Jones of Ardmore, and Katharine Volti of Claremont; six great-grandchildren; a brother, Bill Stromberg and his wife, Mary Love, and their children, Bill W.H. Jr., Hale and Mary Peck Loy, and their families, sister-in-law, Honora Stromberg Brown, and children, Jon F. and Mary Adele Perry, and their families, brother-in-law, R.M. Helton, and his wife, Katherine, and son John Robert Helton, and family.
Memorials may be made to T.C. and J.B. Stromberg Endowment Fund for the New Mexico Boys and Girls Ranches, 6209 Hendrix N.E., Albuquerque, N.M. 87110; or the charity of your choice.
Harvey-Douglas Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.

Pauline Charles
HEALDTON -- Services for Pauline Charles, 85, Wilson, will be at 2 p.m. Thursday at the Church of Jesus Christ Gospel Tabernacle with Jim Morris officiating. Interment will be at Ringling Memorial Cemetery under the direction of Reser Funeral Home.
Mrs. Charles was born May 18, 1914, at Hobart, to William J. and Lucy Whatley Lance. She died April 25, 2000, in the Ardmore hospital.
Reared in Hobart, she moved to the Comanche area, then to Cornish. She married Harold Charles July 3, 1943, in El Reno, and lived in Cornish 18 years before moving to the Healdton area. She had been a beauty operator 38 years and was a member of the Church of Jesus Christ Gospel Tabernacle.
Survivors include her husband, of the home; four daughters, Shirley Goin, Duncan, Deanna Williams, Ardmore, Janice Strader, Ardmore, and Sheila Harbert, Tishomingo; two sons, Roy Bartling, Waurika, and Harold Jr. "Sonny," Wilson; 20 grandchildren; and 38 great-grandchildren.
Bearers will be grandsons, Charles Strader, Robbie Greenroyd, Jason Charles, Douglas Harbert, Mark and Mike Myers, David, Jim and Kim Goin.
