PEGGY L. DUNN
The funeral for Peggy L. Dunn, 55, of Higley, Ariz., formerly of Alva, will be 2 p.m. Monday at Alva Assembly of God Church. The Rev. Ken Durant will officiate. Burial will be in Alva Municipal Cemetery. Arrange-ments are by Wharton Funeral Chapel, Alva.
She was born Dec. 5, 1950, in Alva, to Orrid Elmer and Betty Lee Miller Dooley and died Monday, April 3, 2006, at her home.
She attended Alva Public Schools. She married John Dunn Dec. 6, 1971, in Wichita, Kan. They made their home in Alabaster, Ala., moving to Alva in 1973.
She worked at Alva Sales Barn Cafe. In 1978, they moved to Elk City for three years, then to Canton for seven years, returning to Alva in 1978. They moved to Higley in 2004.
She was a member of Assembly of God Church and a past senior regent of Alva Women of the Moose Lodge.
Surviving are her husband, John of the home; one daughter, Betty Cheatham of Enid; two sons, Rocky Corr of Enid and Lance Dunn of Queen Creek, Ariz.; one sister, Pat Stewart; four brothers Mike, Dan and Don, all of Wichita, and Rex of Higley; and four grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her mother and father.
Memorials may be made to Moosehart Childrens Home.

MARY EVELYN ROOS
Mass of Christian Burial for Mary Evelyn Roos, 97, will be noon Monday at St. Francis Xavier Catholic Church. Burial will be in Calvary Cemetery. Arrangements are by Henninger-Allen Funeral Home.
She was born April 7, 1908, in White Deer and died Monday, April 3, 2006. As an infant she traveled to Texas in a covered wagon.
She married Chanc T. Roos in 1926. They lived in many U.S. cities before returning to Enid in 1948 where they made their home. He preceded her in death.
She was advertising manager of Vance Air Force Base Airscoop for over 30 years. She has lived in Albuquerque, N.M., for the past three years.
Surviving are one daughter, Barbara Roos Brennan of Albuquerque; two sisters, Anna Conklin and Jerrye Jackson, both of Hereford, Texas; four grandchildren; and 13 great-grandchildren.
In addition to her husband, Chanc, she was preceded in death by one grandson, three sisters and four brothers.
Memorials may be made through the funeral home to St. Francis Xavier Church Building Fund.

MYRTLE V. STRECKER
The funeral service for Myrtle V. Strecker, 74-year-old Enid resident, will be 10 a.m. today, April 8, 2006, at Bible Baptist Church. The Rev. T.A. Chick will officiate. Burial will follow in Memorial Park Cemetery under the direction of Henning-er-Allen Funeral Home. She accepted Jesus Christ as her Lord and Savior at an early age in the Orion Baptist Church.
She was born Aug. 17, 1931, in Fairview to William C. Bouse and Bessie Long and died Thursday, April 6, 2006, at St. Mary’s Regional Medical Center.
She attended Liberty School in Orion and graduated from Seiling High School in 1949.
On Aug. 21, 1949, she married Jesse F. Strecker in the Orion Baptist Church. The couple made their home on the farm and then moved to Enid in September 1954. She was a homemaker and a devoted wife and mother. She was an avid reader and enjoyed sewing and crochet. She loved the Christian Gospel Hymns. She was an active, faithful member of Bible Baptist Church.
She is survived by two daughters, Carolyn and husband Jerry Flynn of Enid, and Barbara and husband Paul East of Temple, Texas; one son, David and his wife DeNeyce Strecker of Conroe, Texas; five grandchildren, Micky and wife Lisa Flynn, Josh Strecker and wife Jana, Rachel Nikolaiev and husband Matthew, Lori Flynn and Chris East; three great-grandchildren; and four brothers and one sister.
She was preceded in death by her parents, her husband, one daughter, Pamela Sue Strecker, one grandchild, Jonathan East, two brothers, one sister, and numerous nieces and nephews.
Memorials may be made through the funeral home to Bible Baptist Church.

WILLIAM REFORD RAPER
William Reford Raper, age 92, died Wednesday, April 5, 2006, at an Oklahoma City hospital after a short period of declining health.
He was born Dec. 21, 1913, in Milburn to Arthur and Maggie (Peeler) Raper and grew up in the Milburn area. He lived most of his adult life in Oklahoma and moved to Wheatland in 1959. He worked many years for the city of Oklahoma City retiring as a supervisor in the maintenance department. He was a member of Wheatland United Methodist Church.
He was preceded in death by his parents, his wife, Anna Lee, daughter and son-in-law Carole Jean and Bill Carson, and one great-great-grandson, Parker Allen Koepke.
Survivors include one daughter Marlene June Garner and husband Del of Galt, Calif., seven grandchildren, 12 great-grandchildren and 17 great-great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers the family requests donations be made to R.O.O.F. (day refuge for the homeless), P.O. Box 1067, Enid, OK 73702.
Services are scheduled for 10 a.m. Monday, April 10, 2006, in the Chapel of the Good Shepherd at McNeil’s Mustang Funeral Service, Mustang, with interment following in the El Reno Cemetery, El Reno, OK.

ANNA MAY SAUNDERS
Funeral services for Anna May Saunders, of Ringwood, will be Sunday, April 9, 2006, at 2 p.m. at the Ringwood Wesleyan Church with Pastor Dan Davis officiating. Burial will follow at Lyon Valley Cemetery east and north of Hennessey with arrangements by Lanman Funeral Home Inc., of Helena. Online condolences may be shared with the family at www.lanmanfuneralhomes.com. Visitation will be Saturday 10 a.m. until 8:30 p.m. with the family being present on Saturday 7:30 p.m. until 8:30 p.m.
Anna May Cline was born to Laverne and Irene Harry Cline on the farm in Kingfisher County on July 25 1932, and passed from this life on April 5, 2006, at Integris Bass Baptist Health Center in Enid.
She grew up in the Hennessey area and graduated from Marshall High School in 1950. She ran the Sooner Motel and Sooner Grill. She was a member of Ringwood Wesleyan Church where she loved to make pies for church gatherings.
Anna was preceded in death by her parents, Laverne Cline and Irene and Harry Mott; her husband; one sister, Turah Matussak, and two brothers, Wilber and David Cline.
She is survived by three children, Al Saunders and wife Bev of Colcord, Debbie Jackson and husband, Paul of Ringwood, and Teresa Yoder and husband Walt of Enid; nine grandchildren; 11 great-grandchildren; two step-brothers, Larry Mott of Bethany and Don Mott and wife Joyce of Ft. Gibson.
Memorials may be given to the Wesleyan Church Building Fund or the American Cancer Society through the funeral home.

BEULAH LOVE DONLEY
The funeral for Beulah Love Donley, 86, will be 1 p.m. Saturday at First Baptist Church, Woodward. The Rev. Brett Allen and Russ Donley will officiate. Burial will be in Elm-wood Cem-etery. Arrange-ments are by Billings Funeral Home, Woodward. Visitation will be 5 to 7 p.m. today at the funeral home.
She was born Oct. 25, 1919, on a farm southwest of Woodward to Homer and Lella Calloway Love and died Wednesday, April 5, 2006, at Woodward Regional Hospital.
She graduated from Fargo High School in 1938.
She married Raymond Leroy “Doc” Donley Sept. 16, 1939, in Cestos. They made their home in Fargo, later moving to Kansas and began working for Wolf Creek Oil Drilling Co. They returned to Fargo in 1946 to start Donley’s Produce. She began her nursing career at Newman Memorial Hospital in Shattuck. She completed her training as a licensed practical nurse from Newman Memorial Hospital in 1954. She also worked at Woodward Memorial Hospital and for Dr. C.E. Williams. They moved the family business to Woodward in 1955 and to a farm southwest of Woodward in 1961.
She was an active member of First Baptist Church, Woodward, and a volunteer at Woodward Hospital and Health Center Auxiliary, Woodward Red Cross and was a charter member of the volunteer program at Woodward Nursing Center. She also was active at Woodward Senior Center and a long-time member of Sunshine Sister’s Club of Fargo.
Surviving are two sisters, Neva Kennedy of Tonkawa and Jean Eagon-Harper of Woodward; five grandchildren; and five great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her husband, “Doc” in 1983, one brother and a sister.

GEORGE ALLEN HAIL
The funeral for George Allen Hail, 49, of Longdale, will be 2 p.m. Saturday at Longdale School gym. James Scott will officiate. Burial will be in Corps of Engineer Cemetery, Longdale. Arrangements are by Russworm Funeral Home, Watonga.
He was born Oct. 12, 1956, in Clinton to Thomas Allen and Lunina Hail and died Tuesday, April 4, 2006, in Longdale.
He attended grade school in Longdale and high school at Riverside Indian School in Anadarko.
He worked as a jack-of-all-trades in and around Watonga, Longdale and Canton. He was active with the Cheyenne Arapaho Tribe at Concho.
Surviving are three sisters, Jeanie Thunderbull, Valeria Hicks and Jackie Barnes.
He was preceded in death by his wife, a son and his parents.

DOLORES ‘SISSY’ COFFMAN
The funeral for Dolores “Sissy” Coffman, 55, of Owasso, will be 10:30 a.m. Saturday at United Methodist Church, Shattuck. The Rev. Lisa Beavers will officiate. Burial will be in Shattuck Memorial Cemetery. Arrangements are by Mason Funeral Home, Shattuck.
She was born Oct. 21, 1950, in Shattuck to Jack and Avis Pierce and died Thursday, April 6, 2006, in Tulsa.
She married Larry Coffman May 21, 1972, in Shattuck.
She received a degree in secretarial science from Southwest-ern Oklahoma State University and worked at First National Bank in Oklahoma City for 16 years. She also was executive secretary to the president of Leadership Bank prior to moving to Owasso where she worked for Wal-Mart in the floral department.
Surviving are her husband, Larry, of Owasso; mother, Avis Pierce; three sisters, Diane Nixon and Drenda Schultz, both of Shattuck, and Darla Britton of Leedey.
She was preceded in death by her father.
Memorials may be made to the Shattuck Indian Booster Club or Oklahoma Firefighters Memorial Fund.

HAROLD A. WELLS
A graveside service for Harold A. Wells, 84, of Watonga, will be 2 p.m. Saturday in I.O.O.F. Cemetery, Watonga. The Rev. Jeff Liles will officiate. Arrangements are by Wilkinson Mortuary, Watonga.
He was born April 27, 1921, in Oilton to George and Della Duree Wells and died Thursday, April 6, 2006.
He graduated from Seminole High School and was a member of Wheat Straw Radio Club and American Legion Post 125.
He had been a resident of Watonga since 1968, where he was a driller for an oil company and retired from U.S. Gypsum Co. He had been married to Mary Jezek for 52 years.
Surviving are one son, Harold M. Wells of Edmond; one daughter, Della Wallace of Watonga; a brother, Hayden Wells of Coffeyville, Kan.; a sister, Wanda Heffington of Fitzpatrick, Ala.; and seven grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by his wife, Mary, and one brother.
Memorials may be made to American Legion Post 125 or Norman Regional Hospital.

ANNA MAY SAUNDERS
The Funeral for Anna May Cline Saunders, 73, will be 2 p.m. Sunday at Ringwood Wesleyan Church. The Rev. Dan Davis will officiate. Burial will be in Lyon Valley Cemetery, northeast of Hennessey. Arrangements are by Lanman Funeral Home Inc., Helena. Visitation will be 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. today and 10 a.m. to 8:30 p.m. Saturday with the family present from 7:30 to 8:30 p.m. at the funeral home.
