ALBERT DRAKE SR.
Albert Drake Sr., 73, of Eisenhower Blvd., Duncannon, died Monday, Sept. 20, 1999 at home.
He was born Dec. 28, 1925 in North Scituate, R.I.
He worked for the state Department of Transportation; was a Navy veteran of World War II; and a member of Duncannon VFW Post 255.
Surviving are his wife, Pauline Stinchfield Drake; three sons, Albert Jr. of Marysville, Donald of Duncannon and Michael of Littleton, N.H.; a daughter, Debra Fisher of Duncannon; two brothers, Milton and Loyd, both of North Scituate, R.I.; and five grandchildren.
Services were held at the convenience of the family.
Smith Funeral Home, Duncannon, handled arrangements.

ALBERT S. DODGE
Albert S. "Al" Dodge, 73, of Harrisburg, and formerly of Liverpool, died Tuesday, Aug. 31, 1999 at home.
He was born Oct. 4, 1925 in Philadelphia to the late Fields Pendleton and Jennie Rebecca (Shuler) Dodge.
He graduated from Liverpool High School in 1943; was a Navy veteran of World War II; retired from the state Department of Transportation, Harrisburg, as a surveyor in 1986 after 39 years; and a member of 29th Street United Methodist Church, Harrisburg.
Surviving are his wife of 47 years, Helen May Maxwell Dodge; a son, David E. of Montoursville; and a grandson, Steven Dodge.
Services were held Sept. 4 in Garman Funeral Home, Liverpool, with the Rev. Dr. Dennis R. Gable officiating and the Rev. Paul W. Kauffman assisting. Burial was in Liverpool Union Cemetery, Liverpool.
Memorial contributions may be made to his church, 750 S. 29th St., Harrisburg 17111-1606, or Pinnacle Health Hospice, 3705 Elmwood Drive, Harrisburg.

CHARLOTTE C. DAILEY
Charlotte C. Dailey, 80, of Albuquerque, N.M., formerly of Millerstown, died Saturday, Nov. 13, at home.
She was born in Vandergrift, Pa., to the late Isaac and Cora (Shearing) Phillips.
She enjoyed camping and worked as a volunteer for the Mended Hearts Association.
She is survived by her husband of 57 years, Philip Dailey. They lived in Los Alamos, N.M., before moving to Albuquerque.
Other survivors include a daughter, Donna, and her husband, Dr. Mike Hammer of Halfway, Ore.; a son, Dr. David Dailey, and his wife, Caron, of Grove City, Pa.; a brother, Edward Phillips of Leawood, Kan.; a sister, Erma Berry of Harrisburg; and eight grandchildren.
Services were held Nov. 18 in French Mortuary Chapel with the Rev. Jerry Smyrl officiating.

CHARLES E. DELANCEY III
Charles E. Delancey III, 55, of W. Main Street, New Bloomfield, died Tuesday, Nov. 9, 1999 in Polyclinic Hospital, Harrisburg.
He was born Feb. 19, 1944 in Newport to the late Charles E. II and Mabel (Varner) Delancey.
He was the former owner of Delancey's Bicycle Shop, New Bloomfield; an employee of Roadway Express; an Army veteran; and a member of Teamsters Local 776, Harrisburg.
Surviving are his wife, Connie A. Delancey; two sons, Michael D. of New Hampshire and Matthew E. of New Bloomfield; two daughters, Michelle R. Laird of New Bloomfield and Clarissa Herr of Carlisle; a sister, Doris Jean Orwan of Newport; and two grandchildren.
Services were held Nov. 13 in Boyer Funeral Home, New Bloomfield, with the Rev. James God officiating and the Rev. Donald Mains assisting.

CHARLES H. DOUGHTEN
Charles H. Doughten, 74, of E. Main Street, Fayetteville, died Wednesday, Jan. 13, 1999 in Chambersburg Hospital.
He was born Feb. 7, 1924 in Millerstown to the late Charles R. and Minnie M. (Martin) Doughten.
He retired from Letterkenny Army Depot, Chambersburg, in 1980. After retirement he was employed by Chambersburg Burial Vault Co., Fayetteville, and for eight years at Kenny's Market, Chambersburg.
He served in the Navy aboard the USS Santee and USS Lake Champlain during World War II and the Korean War.
He was a member of Otterbein United Methodist Church, Fayetteville, where he was a greeter and usher; George Washington Lodge 143, F&AM, Hume-McNeil-Byers AM-VETS Post 224, National Association of Retired Federal Employees Chapter 1063, all of Chambersburg, Harrisburg Consistory and Mercersburg Sportsmen's Association; a life member of Charles M. Nitterhouse Post 1599 VFW and Burt J. Asper Post 46 American Legion, both of Cham-bersburg; volunteered many years with Chambersburg Toy Mission; and was an avid fisherman.
Surviving are his wife of 50 years, Isabelle (Miner) Doughten; a daughter, Debra A. MacWilliams of Chambersburg; a brother, Leland Doughten of Mooresville N.C.; a sister, Dorothy A. Flora of Red Bluff, Calif.; a granddaughter, Emily O. MacWilliams, and a grandson, Thomas J. MacWilliams, both of Chambersburg; and nine nieces and five nephews.
He was preceded in death by a brother, Elmer.
Services, with military honors, were held Jan. 18 in Thomas L. Geisel Funeral Home, Chambersburg, with the Rev. Scott Ogden officiating. Burial was in Parklawns Memorial Gardens, Chambersburg.

DONALD E. DOBYNS
Donald E. Dobyns, 68, of Liverpool RR 2 died Saturday, Sept. 25, 1999 at home.
He was born April 13, 1931 in Perry County to the late William and Esther (Reisinger) Dobyns.
He was retired from PennDOT; a Protestant; and member of Newport Social Order of Owls and Newport Moose.
Surviving are his wife, Ruth Frye Dobyns; a son, Donald E. of Newport; two daughters, Dauris J. Henry of Carlisle and Donna Zeiders of Enola; two brothers, William of Newport and Jack of Liverpool; and a grandchild.
Services were held Sept. 30 in Myers Funeral Home, Newport, with pastor James Neimond officiating. Burial was in Pine Grove Cemetery.

DONALD L. DUNCAN SR.
Donald L. Duncan Sr., 51, of Newville died Saturday, Sept. 25, 1999 at home.
He was born March 25, 1948 in Perry County to Mary (Dick) Duncan of Carlisle and the late John Duncan.
He was employed by Leer Industries, formerly Maslands, in Carlisle for 25 years.
In addition to his mother, surviving are his wife, Beverly Stouffer Duncan; one son, Donald L. Jr., at home; two brothers, Earl of Elliottsburg and James of Carlisle; and four sisters, Mary Page of Elliottsburg, Betty Bentz of New Bloomfield, Pearl McGough of Carlisle and Clara Kinslow of Carlisle.
He was preceded in death by one sister, Mildred Duncan.
A private service, officiated by the Rev. Iva O'Brien, will be held at the convenience of the family.
Egger Funeral Home, Newville, handled arrangements.

ANN S. DONOVAN
Ann S. Donovan,84, of New Bloomfield, formerly of Warren, died Friday, May 7,1999 at home.
She was born Jan. 1, 1915 in Warren to the late Cyrus and Grace (Brothers) Siegfried.
She retired as a secretary from Warren State Hospital.
She was the widow of Fred L. Donovan, who died in1982.
Surviving are two daughters, Judith Litwin of Scappoose, Ore., and Lane Partner of New Bloomfield; a son, Timothy of Flowery Branch, Ga.; five grandchildren; and two great-grandchildren.
Services were held May 10 in Guss Funeral Home, Mifflintown, with the Rev. Douglas Kelley officiating. Graveside services were held May 11 in Oakland Cemetery, Warren, with the Rev. Lawrence F. Scofield.

DANIEL S. DESTITO JR.
Daniel S. DeStito Jr., 41, of Valley Road, Marysville, died Monday, Nov. 1, 1999 at home.
He was a former accountant at the Navy Ships Parts Control Center, Mechanicsburg, and was a member of Christ Community Church and the Multiple Sclerosis Society of Harrisburg.
Surviving are his mother, Shirley H. DeStito of Enola; three brothers, Terry A. of McSherrystown, Michael A. of New Cumberland and Jeffrey S. of Carlisle; and two sisters, Cynthia D. Nale of Enola and Barbara A. Shoop of Altoona.
Services were held Nov. 4 in Richardson Funeral Home, Enola. Burial was in Rolling Green Memorial Park, Camp Hill.
