She is the beloved sister of Roy Walker, Jr. and Nancy Coffman.

Susan was born and raised in Philadelphia and was a graduate of Germantown High School in the city. She was a life-long resident of the Germantown section of Philadelphia and worked as a candy maker for Brock's and for Asher's Candy Companies during her working career.

Relatives and friends were invited to call Friday, August 9, 2002, from 11:00 A.M. to 12 Noon at the Wetzel and Son Funeral Home, 501 North Easton Road, Willow Grove. Relatives and friends were invited to her funeral service Friday, August 9, 2002, at 12 Noon at the Wetzel and Son Funeral Home. Interment at Ivy Hill Cemetery in Philadelphia followed the funeral service.

She is the beloved wife of the late Charles E. Joseph; mother of Charles E. Joseph, Jr. of Richmond, Va. and Shirley Mueller of Warminster, Pa. She is also survived by her six grandchildren and eight great grandchildren.

Hester was a telephone operator and PBX operator during her working career.

Relatives and friends are invited to her graveside service Monday, August 19, 2002, at 12:30 P.M. at George Washington Memorial Park, Stenton Avenue & Butler Pike, Plymouth Meeting.

In lieu of flowers donations may be made in her memory to the Boulevard Seventh Day Adventist Church, 8441 Roosevelt Boulevard, Philadelphia, Pa. 19152.

She is the beloved wife of Robert T. Clough, Jr.; mother of the late Robert T. Clough, III, Nicole Ann Devine and Sean Daniel Clough; Grandmother of Taylor Renee' Devine; Sister of Daniel Joseph Murphy, Jr. and his wife Loria.

Carol was born and raised in the Oxford Circle area of Philadelphia and graduated from Widener Memorial High School and attended Temple University where she received an ART Degree in medical administration. She worked for many years as a medical administrator for Temple University Hospital, H.M.O. of New Jersey, Tricounty Surgeons and for doctors in private practice. As a teenager she played the clarinet, the piano and the violin, and in 1957 she had the opportunity to play with the Philadelphia Orchestra in the Academy of Music. In later years she continued her interest in music as a member of the Now Time Singers.

Relatives and friends were invited to call Friday, August 9, 2002, from 7:00 to 9:00 P.M. at the Wetzel and Son Funeral Home, 6902 Rising Sun Avenue, Philadelphia and Saturday, August 10, 2002, from 9:00 to 10:00 A.M. at the Wetzel and Son Funeral Home. Relatives and friends were invited to her funeral mass Saturday, August 10, 2002, at 10:30 A.M. at Presentation B. V. M. Church, 100 Old Soldiers Road, Cheltenham. Interment at Resurrection Cemetery in Bensalem followed the funeral mass.

Barry D. Chamberlain

Barry was born and raised in McKeesport, PA and was a graduate of Haverford College in 1967. He worked for many years as a systems analyst for the government at the Naval Supply Depot in Philadelphia.

Relatives and friends were invited to his memorial service Wednesday, August 11, 2004, at 10:00 A.M. at St. Anne’s Episcopal Church, Old York and Old Welsh Roads, Abington. Interment at St. Anne’s Memorial Garden followed the memorial service.

Emma was a longtime member of Cedar Grove Church and Bright Horizons.

Interment at St. Dominic’s Cemetery, 8504 Frankford Avenue, Philadelphia followed the funeral service.
