MARIE BRADLEY -- Funeral services for Mrs. Marie Mouzon Bradley, conducted by the Rev. C. W. Green, were held Fri., April 4, 2003, at Oak Grove Missionary Baptist Church in Salters. Burial, directed by Redmond-Richardson Funeral Home, followed at Porter-Ferrell Cemetery. Mrs. Bradley, 83, died Sat., March 29, 2003, at Kingstree Nursing Facility. Mrs. Bradley, daughter of the late Tommy Mouzon and Mary McKnight Mouzon Hopkins, was born July 20, 1919, in Williamsburg County. She attended the public schools of Williamsburg County. She was a member of Oak Grove Baptist Church. She was married to the late James Wallie Bradley. Survivors are: two brothers, James Albert McKnight and Otis Hopkins, both of Thomasville, North Carolina; one sister, Mrs. Margaret McClary of Sanford, Florida; six grandchildren; 13 great-grandchildren; and 19 great-great-grandchildren.

LINDA ADAMS -- Funeral services for Linda Sherill Adams, conducted by Bishop Larry McFadden, Sr., were held Sat., April 4, 2003, at Allen Chapel Holiness Church in Cades. Burial, directed by Redmond-Richardson Funeral Home, followed at Poston Cemetery. Ms. Adams, 32, died Mon., March 31, 2003, at her residence in Richmond, Virginia. She was born Aug. 21, 1970, in Williamsburg County, a daughter of the late Katie Bell Adams. She attended the public schools of Williamsburg County. She attended Allen Chapel Holi-ness Church. Surviving is one son, Anthony Adams of the home.

DOROTHY GRAHAM -- Funeral services for Mrs. Dorothy Ann Pressley Graham, conducted by the Rev. Leonard Huggins, were held Sun., March 6, 2003, at Friendship United Metho-dist Church in Nesmith. Burial, directed by Dimery and Rogers Funeral Home, followed at Burroughs Cemetery. Mrs. Graham, 45, died Tues., April 2, 2003, at her residence in Nesmith. She was born April 5, 1947, a daughter of the late Cecil Pressley and Beanie Mae Cooper Pressley. She was educated in the public schools of Williamsburg County. She was formerly employed by Carolina Winds. She was a member of Friendship United Methodist Church. Survivors are: her husband, Roosevelt Graham of Philadelphia, Pennsylvania; two sons, Derrick Carvester Pressley of Myrtle Beach; and Jamie Juwan Graham of the home; two daughters, Mrs. Aneta Morris of Nesmith; and Sherrilyn Tameeka Pressley of the home; four brothers, Cecil Pressley of Melbourne, Florida; Thomas T. Pressley and Jerome Tony Pressley, both of Nesmith; Thedeus Pressley of Kingstree; six sisters, Mrs. Ester Lyons of Camden, New Jersey; Mrs. Minnie Pearl Pressley of Florence; Mrs. Christine Brown and Mrs. Ellen Sumpter, both of Hemingway; Mrs. Sarah Lee Scott and Mrs. Mary Pressley, both of Kingstree; and four grandchildren.

ELIZABETH DAVIS -- Funeral services for Mrs. Elizabeth "Melvin" S. Davis, conducted by the Rev. Clifford Levine, were held Sat., April 5, 2003, at Bethel A.M.E. Church in Lane. Burial, directed by Dimery and Rogers Funeral Home, followed at McKnight Cemetery. Mrs. Davis, 96, died in Asheboro, North Carolina. She was born Nov. 7, 1906, a daughter of the late John Wesley Staggers and Sarah Ann Staggers. She attended the public schools of Williamsburg County. She attended Bethel A.M.E. Church, where she sang in the church choir. She was also a member of Liberty Work Order of the Eastern Star #171 and Tribe of Noah. Survivors are: one son, Stanley Davis, Jr.; two daughters, Mrs. Thodora Austin of Asheboro, North Carolina; Mrs. Mary Howard of Columbia; one foster daughter, Mrs. Bettye Christian of Brooklyn, New York; eight grandchildren; and 11 great-grandchildren.

RAYMOND FULMORE -- Funeral services for Raymond L. Fulmore, conducted by the Rev. Eli Miller, were held Sat., April 5, 2003, at Dimery and Rogers Fun-eral Home Chapel. Burial, directed by Dimery and Rogers Funeral Home, followed at Fulmore Ceme-tery. Mr. Fulmore, 63, died Mon., March 31, 2003, at his residence. He was born Nov. 28, 1939, in Williamsburg County, a son of the late Rich and Elizabeth Brown Fulmore. He was educated in the public schools of Williamsburg County. He was self-employed as a construction worker. He was a member of Bethel Tabernacle A.M.E. Church in Brooklyn, New York. Later he joined Faith United Methodist Church. Survivors are: three daughters, Mrs. Cassandra Drumgold and Kethia Harrison, both of Midlo-thian, Virginia; and Mrs. Virgina White, of Richmond, Virginia; four sisters, Mrs. Doshia Cooper of Springfield Gardens, New York; Mrs. Mable McClam of Winston Salem, North Carolina; Mrs. Jerome Porter of Ohio; and Dr. Willie Mae Carter of Kingstree; and four grandchildren.

MARY CUNNINGHAM -- Funeral services for Mrs. Mary Pressley Cunningham, conducted by the Rev. Leonard Huggins, were held Sat., April 5, 2003, at Friendship United Methodist Church. Burial, directed by Dimery and Rogers Funeral Home, followed at Friendship Cemetery. Mrs. Cunningham, 93, died Wed., April 2, 2003, at McLeod Regional Hospital in Florence. She was born Dec. 25, 1910, a daughter of the late Walter Pressley and Sarah Pressley. She attended the public schools of Williamsburg County and was a member of Friendship United Methodist Church in Nesmith. Survivors are: five sons, Paul Cunningham and Albert Cunning-ham, both of Bronx, New York; Laurie Cunningham and Harry Cunningham, both of Kingstree; and Walter Cunningham of Hem-ingway; four daughters, Mrs. Dorothy M. Nesmith of Jamaica Long Island, New York; Mrs. Mae Pearl Cunningham of Camden, New Jersey; Mrs. Burrie Fleming and Mrs. Mary Lee Scott, both of Kingstree; one brother, Van Pressley of Redding, Pennsylvania; grandchildren; and great-grandchildren.

CORNELIA McFADDEN -- Cornelia Bryant McFadden, 68, widow of Charlie McFadden, died Tuesday, April 1, 2003, at her home in Alcolu. Funeral services for Mrs. McFadden, conducted by the Rev. John Patrick, were held Thursday, April 3, 2003, at the chapel of Stephens Funeral Home in Manning. Burial, directed by Stephens Funeral Home, followed at Horse Branch Freewill Baptist Church Cemetery in Turbeville. Born on Juuly 16, 1934, in Turbeville, she was the daughter of the late James Ernest Bryant and Lizzie Jane Hickman Bryant. She was a retired seamstress and a member of Horse Branch Freewill Baptist Church and recently attended Graham Baptist Church. Survivors are: one daughter, Hope Miller of Pinewood; one son, William K. Miles of Alcolu; four sisters, Nell B. Heins of Kingstree; Virginia McNeill of Florence; Jane Moore of Mt. Pleasant; and Jerry Holladay of Sumter; one brother, James Carlisle Bryant of Hanahan; four grandchildren; and three great-grandchildren. Pallbearers were David Miller, Herman McNeill, Robbie McNeill, Chuck Moore, Ernie Heins and Jamie Holladay.

W. LEGRAND WELCH -- W. Legrand Welch, 60, died Friday, April 4, 2003, at his residence. Funeral services for Mr. Welch were held Monday, April 7, 2003, at Sandy Bay Pentecostal Holiness Church. Burial, directed by Brockington Funeral Home, followed at the church cemetery. Mr. Welch was born in Clarendon County, a son of Lizzie Smith Welch and the late Wilbur Jackson Welch. He was the retired owner of Williamsburg Furniture Company and a member of Sandy Bay Pentecostal Holiness Church. Mr. Welch was a Mason and a Shriner. Survivors, in addition to his mother of Turbeville, are: two daughters, Paula Welch and Gwen W. Collins, both of Florence; one son, W. Legrand ³Lee² Welch of Florence; four sisters, Dorothy Lee and Willa McCutcheon, both of Florence; Julia McKenzie of Lake City; and Brenda Jolly of White-ville, North Carolina; one brother, Leroy Welch of Rosamond, California; and six grandchildren, all of Florence. Memorials may be made to Sandy Bay Pentecostal Holiness Church, 188 Delos Road, Kingstree, South Carolina 29556.

PATRICIA HOGAN -- Patricia Ann "Pat" Hogan, 66, of Cross Bridge Alley, died Saturday, April 5, 2003, in an Atlanta-area hospital. Funeral services, conducted by Jerry C. Bridge, Sr., were held Monday, April 7, 2003, at Mt. Hope Cemetery in Greeleyville. Mrs. Hogan was born in Georgetown and had lived in Alpharetta, Georgia, for the past two years. She was the daughter of the late William Mackey Moore and Mary Margorie Wingate Moore Fowler. She was a graduate of Greeleyville High School and attended Columbia College. She was retired from the Army-Air Force Exchange accounting department. Survivors are: one daughter, Angela Owen of Suwanee, Georgia; one son, W. K. Hogan of Destin, Florida; four sisters, Linda Gail Stokes of Gray, Georgia; Susan Stancil of Farmville, North Carolina; Vickie Moore of Andrews; and Donna Harrington of Georgetown; three brothers, Mike Moore of Roswell, Georgia; William Arthur Moore of Hemingway; and Daniel Moore of Georgetown; four granddaughters; and one grandson.

LATHAN McCREA -- Lathan Marcellous McCrea, 81, died Wednesday, April 2, 2003, in a Florence hospital. Funeral services for Mr. McCrea were held Friday, April 4, 2003, at Central Presbyterian Church. Burial, directed by Williamsburg Funeral Home, followed at Tisdale Cemetery. Mr. McCrea was born in the Cedar Swamp community of Williamsburg County, a son of the late Fowler Tisdale McCrea and William M. (Sellie) McCrea. He attended the Williamsburg County schools. He was a farmer and was also retired from Williamsburg County Department of Environmental Control. He was a member of Central Presbyterian Church. Survivors are: his wife, Moeaden Eaddy McCrea of Kingstree; one son, Jack Marcellous McCrea of Kingstree; two daughters, Nellie Harriette McCrea of Kingstree; and Donna Jane McCrea of Columbia; two sisters, Mary Sue Steedly and Betty Lou Wiggs, both of Charleston; two brothers, Harvey McCrea of Andrews; and Dave McCrea of Kingstree; two grandchildren; and one great-grandchild. The family asks that memorials be made to Central Presbyterian Church or to Tisdale Cemetery.
