Virginia Lee Troutt
Virginia Lee Troutt, age 73, of Westmoreland, passed away August 9, 2004. Visitation with the family was from 10 a.m. till 9 p.m. on Tuesday and from 9 a.m. until service time on Wednesday. Services were held at the Anderson & Woodard Funeral Home on Wednesday, August 11, 2004 at 11 a.m. with Bro. Johnny Carver officiating. Interment was in New Hope Cemetery.
Virginia Lee Troutt was a daughter of the late Elvin and Grace Phillips and was a member of the New Hope Church in Westmoreland.
Survivors include two sons: Ronnie (Linda) Troutt of Westmoreland and Roger Troutt of Westmoreland; two grandchildren, two great-grandchildren; and a sister: Thelma Perry of Louisville, KY.
Anderson & Woodard Funeral Home in Westmoreland was in charge of arrangements.
Funeral services for Noel Birdwell, age 63, of 128 Kinnebrew Drive, Red Boiling Springs, TN, were conducted Wednesday, Nov. 10, 2004 at 2:00 p.m. from the chapel of Phillip Anderson & Son Funeral Home in Red Boiling Springs with Bro. Brad Lowery officiating. Pallbearers were Bobby Carver, Joe Russell, Tommy Togensen, Barry Birdwell, Arno Hatcher and Fred Tuck. Interment was in Mt. Vernon Cemetery.
Numon Lee Dickens
Numon Lee Dickens, 69, of Lafayette, Tennessee, passed away Tuesday, November 9, 2004 at his residence. The Macon County, Tennessee native was born Saturday, January 19, 1935. He was a retired dispatcher for the Lafayette Police Department, a member of Long Creek Missionary Baptist Church, Lafayette Lodge #543 F&AM, where he served as treasurer, the Scottish Rite, and Al Menah Temple. On October 2, 1976, he was united in marriage to Barbara Crowe Dickens.
Funeral services for Dorthy Emberton Dillehay, age 63, of Hermitage Springs Community in Clay County, TN, were conducted Friday, Nov. 1, 2004, 2 p.m. from the chapel of Phillip Anderson & Son Funeral Home in Red Boiling Springs with Elder Floyd Ferguson officiating. Honorary pallbearers were Ernest Birdwell, Evelyn Birdwell, Lou Venia Gentry, Chris Cosentinio, Bette Cosentinio, Wanda Perkins, Mahdeen Davis, Reba McCarter. Active pallbearers were Bobby Spears, Gary Dale McCarter, Matthew Birge, Gary Hall, Scotty Perdue, Scotty Arnett. Interment followed in the Bile Cemetery.

Robert Irvin Harris, 43, of the Oakdale Community, passed away Thursday, November 11, 2004 at Macon County General Hospital in Lafayette, Tennessee. The Macon County, Tennessee native was born Sunday, January 22, 1961. He was an employee of T.R.W. in Lebanon, Tennessee, a former Chief Deputy for the Macon County Sheriff's Department, and a member of Rocky Mound Missionary Baptist Church.

Cleo Parkhurst McGuire, 84, a resident of Masters Health Care in Algood, Tennessee, passed away Wednesday, November 10, 2004 at Masters Health Care. The Macon County, Tennessee native was a daughter of the late Otis Parkhurst and Ella Mae Rule Parkhurst, was a retired business owner, and wife of the late James T. McGuire.

Denobra Jean Sanders, 75, of Lafayette, Tennessee, passed away Wednesday, November 10, 2004 at Knollwood Manor in Lafayette. The Macon County, Tennessee native was born Monday, September 16, 1929, a daughter of the late Willie Dallas and Mary Jones Dallas. She was a former resident of Indianapolis, Indiana, a homemaker and member of New Zion Missionary Baptist Church. She was united in marriage to James Maynard Sanders, who preceded her in death on March 1, 1998.

The Allen Co., KY native was a farmer, a member of Maple Grove General Baptist Church and attended Scottsville First General Baptist Church. He was a son of the late David Albert Shaw and Vada Virginia Uhls Shaw.
