Everlena Woods
Services for Everlena "Sally" Phillips Woods, 86, who died Wednesday, Dec. 16, at Middle Tennessee Medical Center, will be 1 p.m. Sunday at Rucker Memorial Chapel with burial in Evergreen Cemetery. Buford Taylor will officiate.
She was the daughter of the late Isome Bennie Phillips and the widow of George Woods.
She is survived by a son, Willie Phillips of Cincinnati, Ohio; daughters, Bessie Brown and Carolyn Jennings, both of Nashville; Mattie Green of Indianapolis, Ind., Charlotte Callender of Murfreesboro; a sister, Katherine Ellis; nine grandchildren; and five great-grandchildren.
She attended Mother-Board Israelite Primitive Baptist Church.
Visitation will be 7 p.m. to 9 p.m. Saturday at the funeral home.

Abigale Nicole Pierce
Services for Abigale "Abby" Nicole Pierce, 19 months, of Murfreesboro, who died Thursday, Dec. 17, at Vanderbilt Hospital, will be 1 p.m. Saturday at Woodfin Memorial Chapel with burial in Evergreen Cemetery. David Young will officiate.
She was the daughter of Robert and Lori Haddock Pierce.
She is survived by a sister, Katelyn Pierce of Murfreesboro; grandparents, Tim and Cindy Haddock of Murfreesboro, Robert A. and Frances S. Pierce of Murfreesboro, Charles and Jean Rhodes of Florence, Ala., Myrtle Holt of Florence, Ala., and Helen Sikes of Murfreesboro.
Memorials may be sent to Ronald McDonald House or the Vanderbilt Children's Hospital.
Visitation will be after 11 a.m. Saturday at the funeral home.

Myrtle L. Pellam
Services for Myrtle L. Pellam, 82, of Sycamore, Ill., who died Wednesday, Dec. 16, at the Pine Acres Care Center in DeKalb, Ill., will be 2 p.m. Sunday at Woodfin Memorial Chapel with burial in Roselawn Memorial Gardens. The Rev. Jimmy Pellam will officiate.
She was the daughter of the late John George and Nell Dyson Anderson and was the widow of Joseph Pellam.
She is survived by daughters, Louise Focken of Sycamore, Ill., Rita Focken of Martinton, Ill.; sisters, Mae Udovich of Klamath Falls, Ore., Martha Knox of Buena Vista, Calif.; eight grandchildren; and nine great-grandchildren.
A native of Nevada, Iowa, she was retired from General Electric in Murfreesboro.
Visitation will be after 1 p.m. Sunday.

William McElroy
Services for Mr. William J. McElroy, 87, of 9741 E. Lyon Road in Readyville, who died Friday at National Health Care of Murfreesboro of heart failure, are scheduled for 10 a.m. Monday at Jennings & Ayers Chapel with burial in Cripple Creek Cemetery. George Preston III will officiate.
The son of the late Joe and Dalroe Lyon McElroy, Mr. McElroy was a native and life-long resident of Rutherford County.
He is survived by his wife, Jessie McElroy of Readyville; three sons, Gene McElroy of Readyville, Dale McElroy of Murfreesboro, and Carl McElroy of Houston, Texas; six grandchildren; and six great-grandchildren.
Mr. McElroy was a retired farmer. He was a member of Cripple Creek Presbyterian Church, and was an elder and Sunday school superintendent.
Visitation with the family will be from 4-9 p.m. today at Jennings & Ayers. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Cripple Creek Presbyterian Church.

Bethany Napier
Services for Mrs. Bethany Jane Russell Napier, 38, of the Williamsport community, who died Friday at Maury Regional Hospital, will be held at 10:30 a.m. Monday at Oakes & Nichols Funeral Home in Columbia with burial in the Williamsport Cemetery. The Revs. Larry McGranahan and Elizabeth Stephens will officiate.
A native of Maury County, Mrs. Napier was the daughter of James F. Russell of Williamsport and the late Betty Parsons Russell.
In addition to her father, she is survived by her husband, Stan Napier of Williamsport; and two sisters, Victoria Ann Cathey of Bowling Green, Ky., and Lynne Russell Williams of Murfreesboro
Mrs. Napier was a 1978 graduate of Columbia Central High School and a 1983 graduate of UT-Knoxville. She was a legal secretary for Colley & Colley, Attorneys-at-Law, and a member of the Williamsport United Methodist Church.
Visitation with the family will be held today at the funeral home from 4-8 p.m. Memorials may be made to the American Cancer Society or the Maury County Animal Shelter.

Robert Sledge
Services for Mr. Robert (Bobby) Sledge, 71, of College Grove, who died Friday at Southern Hills Medical Center, are scheduled for today at 2 p.m. at Williamson Memorial Funeral Home in Franklin, followed by burial in Williamson Memorial Gardens. The Rev. Andy Mayton will officiate.
A native of Williamson County, Mr. Sledge was the son of the late Robert and Alma Sledge. His stepmother was the late Mildred Sledge. He was preceded in death by two sisters, Martha Crunk and Patricia Sledge.
He is survived by his wife, Mary Lizzie Sledge of College Grove; two daughters, Martha Thomas of Brentwood, and Debbie Michaelson of Smyrna; two brothers, James Sledge of Memphis, and Alvin Sledge of College Grove; a sister, Helen Carpenter of College Grove; and four grandchildren.
Mr. Sledge was a veteran of the U.S. Army, having served during World War II. He was a self-employed building contractor with Maxwell and Sledge, and was a member of Wesley Chapel Methodist Church.
Visitation began Saturday at the funeral home.

Thomas Harrison
Services for Mr. Thomas H. Harrison, III, 70 of Cookeville, who died Friday night at Cookeville General Hospital, are scheduled for 2 p.m. Monday at Woodfin Memorial Chapel with burial in Evergreen Cemetery. The Rev. Bobby Sebastian will officiate.
A native of Rutherford County, Mr. Harrison was the son of the late Thomas Henry and Alyne Nesbitt Harrison, Jr.
He is survived by his wife, Jane Cooper Harrison of Cookeville; a daughter, Rebecca Hubbell of Franklin; two sons, Steve W. Harrison and David L. Harrison, both of Murfreesboro; a brother, James N. Harrison of Murfreesboro; and six grandchildren.
Mr. Harrison was a retired wildlife resource officer with the Tennessee Wildlife Resources Agency.
Memorials in memory of Mr. Harrison may be made to the American Lung Association. Visitation with the family will be held from 4-8 p.m. today at Woodfin Memorial Chapel.

Mildred Sullivan
Services for Mildred D. Scott Sullivan, 68, of University Street, who died Sunday, Dec. 20, at Middle Tennessee Medical Center of kidney failure after an extended illness, will be 10 a.m. Tuesday at Jennings & Ayers chapel with burial in Evergreen Cemetery. Gordon Poole will officiate.
She was the daughter of the late Marvin Scott and Mollie Ratleph Scott.
She is survived by a son, Scott Sullivan of Murfreesboro; a daughter, Jean Cobble of Murfreesboro; four grandchildren; and one great-grandchild.
A native of Cannon County, she attended Middle Tennessee Baptist Church. She was a former employee of Middle Tennessee Mental Health Center and a certified nurse technician for NHC HealthCare.
Visitation will be from 4 p.m. to 8 p.m. today at the funeral home.

Thomas Lee Alcorn
Services for Thomas Lee "Tommy" Alcorn, 73, of Sunset Drive, who died Saturday, Dec. 19, at Middle Tennessee Medical Center, will be 1 p.m. Tuesday at Jennings & Ayers chapel with burial in Evergreen Cemetery. Don Kelly will officiate.
He was the son of the late Keathley and Kate Baskin Alcorn and was preceded in death by his first wife, Margaret Mangrum Alcorn, and a daughter Joan Marie Alcorn.
He is survived by his wife, Christine Butner Alcorn; a son, Dennis Alcorn of Murfreesboro, daughters, Nancy Weatherly and Sue Alcorn, both of Murfreesboro; a sister, Earlene McPherson of Murfreesboro; three grandchildren; and two great-grandchildren.
He was employed by Murfreesboro Pure Milk for 37 years as a route manager and supervisor. He attended the Church of God.
Visitation will be from 4 p.m. to 8 p.m. today at the funeral home.
