Paul McCullough
Graveside services for Mr. Paul L. McCullough, 46, of Murfreesboro, who died Wednesday, July 1, at his home, are scheduled for 2 p.m. Monday at Evergreen Cemetery, with the Rev. James Davis officiating.
Mr. McCullough was a native of Nashville, and was the son of the late Logan and Eva Jean Hazlewood McCullough.
He is survived by a brother, James McCullough of Mt. Juliet; a half-brother, Robert Lewis McCullough of Fairview, and a half-sister, Susie Williamson of Donelson.
Mr. McCullough was a member of Oaklands Baptist Church, and an employee of the Cracker Barrel Corp. Visitation with the family will be from noon until 2 p.m. Monday at Woodfin Memorial Chapel.

Leona H. Maxwell
Services for Leona Harman Maxwell, 69, of Colonial Circle, who died Sunday, July 5, at Middle Tennessee Medical Center from cancer, are set for 10 a.m. Tuesday at Jennings & Ayers chapel with burial in Roselawn Memorial Gardens. The Rev. Jim Avaritt will officiate.
Her parents were the late Robert Harman and Jessie Harman, and her husband was Elmer G. Maxwell, who died in 1998.
She is survived by two sons, Gary Simpson of Murfreesboro, Johnny Simpson of Smyrna; three stepsons, James Maxwell of Woodbury, Jerry Maxwell of Murfreesboro, Johnny Maxwell of Lascassas; two daughters, Alice Faye Thomas of Huntsville, Ala., Kathy Riley of Portland; a stepdaughter, Delores Maxwell of Ohio; a sister, Idell Wilburn of Huntsville; 17 grandchildren.; and 26 great-grandchildren.
A member of Cavalry Baptist Church and a native of Madison County, Ala., she was a former employee of Colonial Shirt Co., Woodbury.
Visitation will be held from 5-9 tonight at Jennings & Ayers Funeral Home.

William D. Smith
Services for William Douglas "Smitty" Smith, 78, Rockvale, who died Friday, July 3, were held 1:30 p.m. today at Woodbine Funeral Home, Hickory chapel, Nashville, with burial in Woodlawn Cemetery. Terry Davenport and Martin Ray officiated.
He is survived by his wife, Mary Rose Smith; three sons, Richard D. Smith, Michael L. Smith, Mark W. Warner; two sisters, Lorene Smith, Geneva Ann Smith; brother, James T. Smith; five grandchildren; and four great-grandchildren.
A member of local #572 Plumbers and Pipe Fitters union, he was retired from Buehl Plumbing Co.
Memorial contributions may be made to Hospice of Murfreesboro or to the American Cancer Society.
Visitation was held Sunday at the funeral home.

Ray Donald Allen
Services for Ray Donald Allen, 62, of Laurel Street, Woodbury, who died Saturday, July 4, at Vanderbilt Medical Center, Nashville, after an extended illness, were held 2 p.m. today at Woodbury Funeral Home chapel with burial in Riverside Gardens. Bobby Zumbro and Tom Madden officiated.
His father was the late Raymond Allen.
He is survived by his mother, Elizabeth Bryson Allen; his wife, Betty Sue Bogle Allen of Woodbury; two sons, Steve Allen of Woodbury, Jeffrey Bogle of Smithville; two daughters, Donna Chase of Murfreesboro, Heather Allen of Woodbury; a stepdaughter, Deanna Fite of Woodbury; a sister, Gladys Donegan of Readyville; three grandchildren; and seven great-grandchildren.
A member of Woodbury First Baptist Church and a retired painter, he was a U.S. Army veteran with service in Korea.
Visitation was held Sunday at Woodbury Funeral Home.

Keith White
Services for Keith White, 27, Hixson, who died Saturday, July 4, are set for 1 p.m. Tuesday at North Chapel of Chattanooga Funeral Home with burial in Hamilton Memorial Gardens. Phil Smartt will officiate.
He is survived by his wife, Robyn White; a daughter, Andrea White; parents, Ede and Tom White Sr. of Smyrna; four brothers, David White, Quentin White, Oliver White, Isaiah White, all of Smyrna; and two sisters, Tori Rogers of Omaha, Neb., Zoni White of Smyrna.
A native of Chattanooga and a 1988 graduate of Lookout Valley High School, he was employed with Tag Materials.
Visitation will be held from 3-5 and from 7-9 p.m. today at Chattanooga Funeral Home, North Chapel.

Hilda McElroy Walker
Services for Mrs. Hilda McElroy Walker, 83, of Liberty Drive, Smyrna, who died Sunday, July 5, of heart failure at NHC Healthcare of Murfreesboro after an extended illness, are set for 3 p.m. Tuesday at Jennings & Ayers chapel with burial in Milton Cemetery, Milton. The Rev. Joe Stacker will officiate.
Her parents were the late Albert Doran McElroy and Kyndness Keele McElroy, and her husband was Glenn Walker, who died in 1978. She was preceded in death by a son, Mack D. Walker, who died in 1993.
She is survived by a son, James Clark Walker of Milton; a daughter, Faye Walker Hubbard of Smyrna; three brothers, Fred McElroy of Madison, Joe McElroy of Murfreesboro, Jordan McElroy of Smyrna; three sisters, Mary Garvin, Eula Craddock, both of Murfreesboro, Ruth Stevick of Freonia, Texas; eight grandchildren; and eight great-grandchildren.
A member of First Baptist Church of Smyrna, she was retired from Middle Tennessee Medical Center-Central Supply.
Visitation will be held from 4-9 p.m. today at Jennings & Ayers Funeral Home.

Anna Lois Brimm
Graveside services for Mrs. Anna Lois Barrett Brimm, 74, Woodbury Pike, who died at home Sunday, July 5, are set for 9 a.m. Tuesday in Roselawn Memorial Gardens.
Her father was the late Elwood Barrett, and her husband was George W. Brimm, who died in 1990.
She is survived by four daughters, Ethel Mai Brimm Weatherly, Georgia Ann Brimm Parker, Pamela Brimm Ralston, Deborah Brimm Weldon, all of Murfreesboro; a son, George W. Brimm Jr. of Kissimee, Fla.; mother, Ethel Barrett of Lebanon; three sisters, Ruby McCrary of Lebanon, Pauline Browning of Gallatin, Margaret Ward of Murfreesboro; brother, Elwood Barrett Jr. of Woodbury; 12 grandchildren; and 19 great-grandchildren.
She was a retired employee of General Electric Co.
Visitation will be held from 6-9 tonight at Woodfin Memorial Chapel.

Lewis C. McCauley
Services for Lewis C. McCauley, 79, of Virginia Avenue, who died Friday, July 3, of a heart attack in Las Vegas, Nev., are set for 10 a.m. Wednesday at St. Marks United Methodist Church with burial in Roselawn Memorial Gardens. The Revs. David Huffman, Ben Alexander and Martha Touchton will officiate.
His parents were the late Otto McCauley and Osie Means Clancy.
Survivors include his step father, Leonard M. Clancy of Denton, Texas; his wife, Wanda Monroe McCauley of Murfreesboro; a son, Victor R. McCauley of Murfreesboro a daughter, Linda Lichtenberger of Murfreesboro; a sister, Mrs. Carrol J. White of Sanger, Texas; and three grandchildren.
A U.S. Army member of the Corps of Engineers in World War II and a native of Winson, Okla., he was a member of St. Marks United Methodist Church since 1947, where he served as a delegate representative on the conference level. A member of American Society of Heating, Refrigeration and Air Conditioning Engineers, Lions International, past president of Night Lions Club and Lions International, he had been awarded the Melvin Jones Fellowship award. He was past patron of Order of Eastern Star, 50-year member of Mt. Moriah Lodge No. 18 Commandry No. 10, and Shrine Al Menah Temple.
He had been president of the Rutherford County Chamber of Commerce in 1977 and was also a member of Rutherford County Sportsman Club, St. Clair Street Senior Center, and in 1947 helped establish Murfreesboro Supply Co., where he became owner. He had held a United Laboratory patent for an exhaust system.
Memorials may be made to his church's memorial fund.
Visitation will be held from 5-9 p.m. Tuesday at Jennings & Ayers Funeral Home.
