Charles Edward Story, 59, of Waverly, died Sunday, Jan. 19, 2003 at Three Rivers Hospital in Waverly.
He was a retired mechanic and a member of Bells Missionary Baptist Church in Waverly.

Services will be at 11 a.m. Wednesday at Luff Bowen Funeral Home in Waverly. Burial will be in McKeel Cemetery in Waverly.

The family will receive visitors from 5-9 p.m. today at the funeral home.

Olieve Craddock Parker Myers, 92, of Dyersburg, died Sunday, Jan. 19, 2003 at Dyersburg Manor Nursing Home.
She was a homemaker, a member of First Christian Church in Union City, Daughters of the American Revolution and Gideons Ladies Auxiliary.

Services will be at 1 p.m. Wednesday at First Christian Church in Union City with the Rev. Jim Latimer and the Rev. Tommy Jowers officiating. Burial will be in Rose Hill Cemetery in Humboldt.

The family will receive visitors at 4 p.m. today at White Ranson Funeral Home in Union City and at 11 a.m. Wednesday at the church.

W.E. Huffstutter, 89, of Newbern, died Sunday, Jan. 19, 2003 at his residence. He was a retired construction supervisor with Fish Engineering and a retired employee of the City of Newbern and a member of Main Street Church of Christ where he was an Elder. Services will be at 1 p.m. today in the chapel of  Johnson Funeral Home with Brother Olin Kern officiating. Burial will be in Fairview Cemetery in Newbern.

Marshall L. Apperson, 69, of Dyersburg, died Tuesday, Jan. 21, 2003 at Baptist East Hospital in Memphis. He was a car salesman. Graveside services will be at 1 p.m. today in Fairview Cemetery in Dyersburg. The family will receive visitors from 11 a.m.-1 p.m. today at J.W. Curry & Son Funeral Home.

Edna M. Willis, 62, of Tiptonville, died Monday, Jan. 20, 2003 at Dyersburg Regional Medical Center. She was a clerk for Boyette's Resort and very active in Relay for Life and the American Cancer Society. Services will be at 1 p.m. today in the Tiptonville chapel of Dyersburg Funeral Home with the Rev. Houston Northcutt officiating. Burial will be in New Haven Cemetery in Ridgely.

Joseph Robertson 'J.R.' Enochs

Joseph Robertson "J.R." Enochs, 86, of Newbern, died Tuesday, Jan. 21, 2003 at his residence. He was a farmer and landowner in Newbern and a former partner of Lyn-Lou Studios of Memphis, a member of Newbern First United Methodist church since 1939, the men's Sunday school class and held many leadership roles on the administrative board, finance committee and the board of trustees. He was a member of the Loyal Order of the Moose, was recognized in 1948 by The Progressive Farmer Magazine for his advances in farming and he attended the University of Tennessee in Knoxville. Services will be at 2 p.m. Friday in the chapel of Johnson's Funeral Home with the Rev. Waymon Hogue officiating. Burial will be in Fairview Cemetery in Newbern. The family will receive visitors from 5-8 p.m. Thursday at the funeral home.

May Lyverne Bush, 92, of Dyersburg, died Wednesday, Jan. 22, 2003 at Dyersburg Regional Medical Center.
She was a homemaker and a member of Fowlkes United Methodist Church.

Services will be at 3 p.m. today in the chapel of J.W. Curry & Son Funeral Home with the Rev. Walt Asher officiating. Burial will be in Fairview Cemetery in Dyersburg.

The widow of Hugh B. Bush Sr., survivors include a daughter, Linda Eudaley of Dyersburg; a son, Hugh B. Bush Jr. of Dyersburg; two sisters, Mary Lee Guth of Memphis and Beth Cox of Highlands Ranch, Colo.; five grandchildren; and five great-grandchildren.

Pallbearers will be Larry Dennis, Jackie Dennis, Ray Cox, Butch Cox, Ray Rjwoski and Novis Fisher.

Delbert Burns

Delbert Burns, 76, of Dyersburg, died Wednesday, Jan. 22, 2003 at Wayne County Hospital in Waynesboro.
He was a retired farmer.

Services will be at 1 p.m. Saturday in the chapel of J.W. curry & Son Funeral Home with the Rev. Tommy  Johnson officiating. Burial will be in McCullough's Chapel Cemetery in Dyersburg.

The family will receive visitors today at the funeral home.

Survivors include a daughter, Susan Burns of Clifton; three sons, Terry Burns of Illinois and Butch Burns and Randy Burns, both of Clifton; a sister, Martha Lee of Friendship; nine grandchildren; and four great-grandchildren.

He was preceded in death by a daughter, Sharron Burns Bingham; and three brothers, Pete Burns, Paul Barker and Wesley Willard.

Pallbearers will be David Willard, Bubba Willard, David Burns, Bill Burns, Randy Johnson, Larry Stephenson and Peter Patton.

He was retired owner/operator of The Print Shop in Hayti, Mo. and a Navy veteran.

Services will be at 1 p.m. today in the chapel of Dyersburg Funeral Home with the Rev. Michael McClenney officiating. Burial will be in Fairview Cemetery.

He was a retired employee of Mutual of Omaha Companies, member of Bells Campground Baptist Church, and pastored several churches in the Knoxville area.

Services were at 8 p.m. Tuesday, Jan. 21 at Mynatt Funeral Home in Knoxville with the Rev. Jack Anderson, the Rev. Herman Faddis, the Rev. Tommy Pledge and the Rev. Bill McCarter officiating. Graveside services were at 11 a.m. Wednesday at Bells Campground.

He was a retired mechanic for Anderson-Hickey in Halls, a World War II Navy veteran, a member of Masonic Lodge 564, VFW, owned and operated Halls Auto Parts, and a member of Patton Memorial Methodist Church.

Services will be at 2 p.m. Thursday at Halls Funeral Home. Burial will be in South Fork Cemetery near Halls.

Leon Tittle, 80, of Ridgely, died Tuesday, Jan. 28, 2003 at Beverly Health Care in Union City.
He was a timber cutter, a World War II Army veteran serving in Normandy, Ardennes, Rhineland and Central Europe and received four Bronze Stars and a Purple Heart.

Services will be at 2 p.m. today at the Ridgely Church of God of Prophecy. Burial will be in Minnick Cemetery in Obion. Cryer Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
