Funeral services for Beverly Ann Wade age 73 of Livingston, TX., will be held Saturday October 16, 2010 at 11:00 AM in the chapel of Cochran Funeral Home in Livingston with Bro. Harold Isaacs officiating and interment to follow in the Peebles Cemetery in Livingston. Pallbearers will be Jim Adams, Neal Voytek, John Chunda, Jimmy Knierim, Robert Bockhorn, James Riedel, Jonathan Wade and David Carter. Honorary Pallbearers will be Donny Holman, Kevin Smith and Allen Lostak.

She was born October 30, 1936 in Livingston, Texas the son of Richard Roy Adams and Naomi Murphy Adams and passed away October 12, 2010 in Kingwood, Texas.

Beverly is survived by her husband Benny Perry Wade of Livingston; Jean Melcher, sister, and son Donnie Holman of Goodrich, TX. Richard and Donna Lee Wade, son and daughter in-law of League City, Texas, Debra and David Carter, daughter & son in law of Kyle, Texas, David Wade, son of Deer Park, Texas; and Donna Wade, daughter of Belton, Texas. Beverly is also survived by grandchildren, Rachel and Jared Kinchen, grandaughter and husband, Tiffany Wade, granddaughter, Kevin Smith, grandson, Jenna and Joseph Meerseman, granddaughter and husband, Jessie and Rene’ Frias granddaughter and husband, Kendra Smith, granddaughter, Melanie and Andy Cabezos, granddaughter and husband, Justin Carter, grandson, Lindsay Carter, granddaughter, Morgan Wade, granddaughter, Jonathan and Dyana Wade, grandson and wife, James Riedel, grandson: 4 great grandchildren, and numerous other relatives and friends.

He was born September 28, 1919 in Livingston, Texas the son of Leon Walker McClanahan and Maude Emory Ives McClanahan and passed away October 11, 2010 in Houston, Texas.

He is survived by his wife Helen of Houston, Texas, Susan McClanahan Lott and husband Bruce, daughter & son in law of Houston, Randall Ives McClanahan, Jr., son of Houston, Lisa Bean & Chris, granddaughter & husband of Denton, Peyton David Bean, great grandson, Pressley Elizabeth Bean, great granddaughter, Virginia Peck, sister of Santa Fe, New Mexico and Ann Forbis, sister of New Braunsfels, Texas.

Funeral services for Leon Vernon Gibson age 89 of Livingston will be held Saturday November 27, 2010 at 2:00 PM at the Midway Community Church with Rev. Robert Smith officiating and interment to follow in the Midway Cemetery. Military Honors provided by the VFW Post #8568. Pallbearers will be Jim Newbould, Craig Williams, Larry Jackson, Randy Jackson, Kieth Jackson, Josh Jackson, Kameron Jackson and Wes Westbrook.

He was born June 25, 1921 in Polk County, Texas the son of Oscar D. & Senneth Lamb Gibson and passed away November 24, 2010 in Baytown, Texas. He is preceded in death by his parents, his wife, Reba Elizabeth Gibon and his brother, Robert Cleo Gibson. Leon retired from the United States Air Force with the rank of Senior Master Sergeant, he was a long standing & retired member of Houston Independent School District, the National Association of Watch & Clock Collectors and also retired Thunderbolt Pilots.

He is survived by Rodney & Lou Jackson, sister & brother I law of Baytown, Texas, Robert & Edna Jackson, sister & brother in law of Reno, Nevada, and Kay Frances & Tim Guyton, sister in law of Ardmore, Tennessee.

Helen Jewel Kessler, 75, went to be with the Lord Monday, November 22, 2010, at Huntsville Memorial Hospital in Huntsville, Texas. Helen was born May 6, 1935 to William and Nancy Jones Davis in Lufkin, Texas. She is survived by her husband of 28 years, Andrew Herbert Kessler. children, William Liles & wife Carol, James Liles & wife Florence, Theresa Vowels and husband David, Frances Persinger and husband Gene, Leeland Davis, Andrew Kessler, Jr. Michael Kessler & wife Rosemarie, Theresa Bonds and husband Anthony; sisters, Dorothy Woods and Loretta Bridges; brother, George Davis and wife Beulah Faye; sister in law Joyce Davis; 18 grandchildren and 19 great grandchildren. She is preceded in death by her father and mother, William and Nancy Davis, brother Valton Davis; sisters Lucille Honeycutt and Leona Cole. Services were held Wednesday, November 24, 2010 at 2:00 PM at Mt. Zion Baptist Church in Lufkin, TX. Pallbearers were Larry Brown, Gary Walker, Johnny James, James Liles, Bret McLain and Nathan Bell. Burial followed in Berry Cemetery in Lufkin, Tx. Pace Funeral Home was in charge of arrangements.

He was born April 23, 1987 in Cleveland, Texas the son of Jack Coello and Kelly Roach and passed away November 22, 2010 in Livingston.

Earlene Wiggins born January 1st, 1934 went to be with the Lord, Tuesday November 16th, 2010 at the age of 76. She was a member of Big Sandy Community Church. Earlene loved reading, talking on the phone, canning, gathering recipes & working in the yard. Her whole life was her children and grandchildren.

Ms. Wiggins is survived by her daughters; Marjorie Lambright, & Pamela Sue Vincent & husband Ronald. Son in Law, Kenneth Lambright, sisters; Janette Smith, Sharon Ann Kimes, & Merlene Foyt. Grandchildren; Tina Walker, Curtis Lambright, James E. Wiggins Jr., Brenda Kay Jones, & Chris Scott Wiggins. Great grandchildren; Ryan, Kaleb, Kristen, Samantha, Ashley, Chastity, Jasmine, Tyler, Trinity, Jacob T, Macie, Jacob W. John, Trinity & Seth. Honorary grandchildren are Dylan, Breanna, Kolby, Payton, Emma and numerous other relatives & a host of friends. Earlene is preceded in Death by her Husband J.C. Wiggins, parents Early Edward & Reba Thomas Hendrix, Son James Wiggins & sister Jaunice Leggett.

A celebration of her Life will held Friday November 19th at 2:00pm in the Big Sandy Community Church with Bro. Mitchell Murphy & Bro. Rex Hendrix officiating. Burial was at the Big Sandy Cemetery. Pallbearers were Curtis Lambright, Sam Cain, Dale Miller, Daniel Cain, Don Rothwell, James Moye, Scott Duff & Milton Dillon. Honorary Pallbearers were Sgt. Christopher Wiggins, Sgt. Craig Wiggins Jr., Kaleb Haltom, Paul Wiggins, Kenneth Lambright, Jack Laird, David Smith & Bill Walker.

She was born February 25, 1953 in Butler, Pennsylvania the daughter of Wilbert A. Walker and Wanda Rearick Walker and passed away November 14, 2010 in San Jacinto County. She is preceded in death by her brother Charles Walker.

She is survived by Jesse & Cissy Caldwell, son and daughter in law of Livingston, James Caldwell, son of Onalaska, Gay O’Bannon, boyfriend of Onalaska, Wilbert A. Walker, father of Hubbard, Ohio, Martha Walker, step mother of Hubbard, Ohio, Kenneth James Caldwell, father of her children, Kurt Walker, brother, Shawn Walker, brother, Suzonna McFarland & husband Scotty, granddaughter, Joseph Lee Allen & Misty, grandson and wife, Michael Allen & Karah, grandson and wife, Randall Allen & Kasey, grandson and wife, Ciara Allen, granddaughter, and 9 great grandchildren. She loved her horse, Cutter, and her dog, Babygirl.

Denton Maze officiating. Interment will follow in the Magnolia Hill Cemetery in Livingston. She was born August 9, 1914 in the Magnolia Hill Community, Segno, Texas to the late Thomas (Tom) Mansfield McCormack and Lenora Victoria Williams McCormack, and passed away November 12, 2010 in Lufkin, Texas. She is preceded in death by her parents, her husband Ben Gay, Mattie Jordan, daughter, Loyce Wood, sister, Eva Dell Hendrix, sister, John Henry McCormack, baby brother, and 2nd husband Van Z. Cox.

Mrs. Gay received her elementary education in the Magnolia Hill, Holly Grove Schools and graduated from Livingston High School in May of 1933. On March 28, 1934 she marriage Richard Benjamin (Ben) Gay.

She was known as a devoted wife, mother, grandmother, great grandmother, and friend. She loved her church, working in her flower and vegetable garden, and traveling to see what her Lord had created for man. She was a member of the Magnolia Hill Baptist Church form 1926 until her death.

Mrs. Gay was a scholar of the Bible, taught many age groups of Sunday School, was the church secretary, sang in the choir, was a dedicated member of her church, and a devoted worker for the betterment of the community. She was an international founding member of the Phi Sigma Alpha Chapter of the Texas Beta Psi Sorority and Daughters of the Nile of the Arabian Temple of Houston. She was also a member, organizer, treasurer, and fourth point of the star, Martha, of the Livingston Chapter No. 1139 Order of the Eastern Star as well as a member and fourth point of the star, Martha, of the Kountze Chapter No. 724 Order of the Eastern Star. Other organizations to which she belonged were the Polk County Historical Society, Robert Rankin Chapter of the Daughters of the American Revolution, and the Livingston Memorial Medical Center of East Texas Volunteer Auxiliary.

She is survived by Eva Maze, daughter of Livingston, Texas, Keith & Debra Jordan, grandson and wife of Vidor, Texas, Charlene & Art Wheeler, granddaughter & husband of Beaumont, Texas, Verdina & Mitchell Murphy, granddaughter & husband of Segno, Texas, Denton & Gina Maze, grandson & wife of Segno, Texas, great grandchildren are; Jessica & Wil Richardson, Scott & Farrah Blakley, Christopher & Jessica Murphy, Christina & Joel Wood, Courtney Murphy, Casey Murphy, Cory Maze, Hunter Maze, Joshua Maze and Seth Maze, great great grandchildren are; Seslee Wood, Roper Wood, Madison Wilson, Kaitlyn Wilson and Alexis Blakley.
