Bonnie Healy
NOCONA, Texas - Bonnie Barnett Healy of Menifee, Calif., died Sunday, July 5, 1998.
Graveside services will be at 1:30 p.m. today in Nocona Cemetery with the Rev. David Howeth officiating. Arrangements are under the direction of Scott-Morris Funeral Home.
Mrs. Healy was born in Pauls Valley, Okla. She was an accountant and had worked for various manufacturing companies. She was a Methodist.
Survivors include her husband, Thomas of Menifee; a son, Ronn Bentley; a sister, Marie Hurd of Wichita Falls; two brothers, Clarence Barnett of Wichita Falls and Wade Barnett Jr. of Nocona; and two grandchildren.

David Kemp Langford
David Kemp Langford, 81, died Wednesday, July 8, 1998, in Wichita Falls.
No services will be held. Arrangements are under the direction of Hampton Vaughan Downtown Chapel.
Mr. Langford was born Oct. 10, 1916, in Wichita Falls. He and Venus Vaughan were married April 17, 1943, in Dayton, Ohio. He served in the Army and was a veteran of World War II. He graduated from Texas Tech University in 1937 as a geologist. He worked as an insurance agent for New York Life Insurance Company from 1957 until his retirement in 1993. He was a member of the First Presbyterian Church, Heritage Society, and was a Gideon for many years. He was a lifetime resident of Wichita Falls.
Survivors include his wife; a son, David K. Langford Jr. of Wichita Falls; a daughter, Penny Richards of Krum, Texas; and two grandchildren.
Memorials may be made to the First Presbyterian Church or the Wichita Falls Public Library.

Roma Frances White
FORT WORTH - Roma Frances White, 76, died Wednesday, July 8, 1998, in a Fort Worth hospital.
Graveside services will be at 10:30 a.m. Saturday in Crestview Memorial Park in Wichita Falls. Arrangements are under the direction of Robertson Mueller Harper Funeral Directors.
Mrs. White was a graduate of Texas Christian University and earned her master's degree from the University of Texas. During World War II she was an air traffic controller in Boston. She taught school in El Paso, Texas, and in Arizona and was instrumental in supplying used computers to the students on the Indian reservations. She was a homemaker and a member of the University Christian Church. Her husband, Robert M. White, died in 1995.
Survivors include a son, Robert M. White of Fort Worth; a brother, R.J. Duckworth of Wichita Falls; three sisters, Mozelle McCarty of Vernon, Texas, and Ferne Burnam and Jean Avis Smith, both of Fort Worth; and two grandchildren.
The family will be at the funeral home from 6-8 p.m. Friday for visitation.

Barbara J. Hill
BOWIE, Texas - Barbara J. Hill, 65, died Wednesday, July 8, 1998, in her Bowie home.
Services will be at 2 p.m. Friday at Bible Baptist Church in Bowie with the Rev. J.C. Cunningham, pastor, officiating. Burial will be in Elmwood Cemetery under the direction of Burgess-Fry-Owens-Brumley Funeral Home.
Mrs. Hill was born May 13, 1933, in Brush, Colo. She and Melvin L. Hill were married June 28, 1963, in Greeley, Colo. She was a homemaker and a member of Bible Baptist Church, where she attended the Adult Sunday School Class. She had lived in Bowie for 33 years.
Survivors include her husband; three daughters, Jeanne Cowley of Chico, Texas, Jerri Chambers of Bowie and Teresa Grullon of Miami, Fla.; three sons, John Makings and Jim Makings, both of Bowie, and Michael of Las Vegas; three sisters, Ruth Swanson of Phoenix, Ariz., Esther Gerrick of Denver and Cynthia Rupple of Breighton, Colo.; three brothers, Leonard Lapp of Brush, Colo., John Lapp of Sterling, Colo., and Bobby Lapp of Cachaston, Ohio; 12 grandchildren; and five great-grandchildren.
Memorials may be made to Hospice of Rural Texas, 705 East Greenwood Ave., Bowie, Texas 76230.

Cody Michael Wright
Cody Michael Wright, infant son of Melissa Wright, died Monday, July 6, 1998, in a Wichita Falls hospital.
Graveside services will be at 10 a.m. today in Crestview Memorial Park with the Rev. Gene Holley Jr., youth minister at Life Tabernacle Church, officiating. Arrangements are under the direction of Hampton Vaughan Crestview Chapel.
Cody Michael was born July 6, 1998.
Survivors include his mother of Wichita Falls; his grandparents, Jo and Jan Fincher of Wichita Falls and Greg and Karen Wright of Kensington, Ohio; and his great-grandparents, George and Millie Desmett of Rootstown, Ohio.

Marie Pearl Glaeser
ARCHER CITY, Texas - Marie Pearl Ake Glaeser, 92, died Tuesday, July 7, 1998, in an Archer City nursing home.
Memorial services will be at 11 a.m. Saturday at the Archer City Church of Christ with Derland Bahr, minister, and Roger Deerinwater, pastor of the First Baptist Church in Archer City, officiating. Arrangements are under the direction of Aulds Funeral Home.
Mrs. Glaeser was born Sept. 9, 1905, in Kansas City, Mo. She and Hank Glaeser were married Feb. 6, 1972, in Los Angeles. He died Nov. 2, 1975. She served in the Air Force and was a veteran of World War II. She worked for Sawtelle Veterans Hospital in Santa Monica, Calif., before moving to Archer City in 1979. She was a Baptist.
Survivors include a daughter, Elinor Atchley of Archer City; two grandchildren; and four great-grandchildren.
Memorials may be made to the Archer Public Library, P.O. Box 957, Archer City, Texas 76351.

Doris V. Mewbourn
VERNON, Texas - Doris V. Thormahlen Mewbourn, 90, died Wednesday, July 8, 1998, in a Wichita Falls hospital.
Graveside services will be at 2 p.m. today in the Haven of Rest Cemetery in Canton, Texas, with the Rev. Mike Burns officiating. Arrangements are under the direction of Sullivan Funeral Home.
Mrs. Mewbourn was born Sept. 20, 1907, in Van Zandt County, Texas. She and Elmer J. Mewbourn were married Nov. 13, 1926, in Vernon. He died Feb. 15, 1994. She lived in Vernon from 1926 until 1993, when she moved to Wichita Falls. She was a member of the First Baptist Church in Vernon.
Survivors include two daughters, Jean Neighbors of Wichita Falls and Peggy Ford of Bethany, Okla.; four sisters, Audie Bodling, Wilma Condon, Gordie Burns and Hallie Gilmer; eight grandchildren; 11 great-grandchildren; and five great-great-grandchildren.

Christy Nolan Buss
MIDLAND, Texas - Christy Buss, 37, of Midland died Saturday, July 4, 1998, in Ruidoso, N.M.
Services were Wednesday at Ellis Funeral Home in Midland. Burial was in Resthaven Memorial Park.
Mrs. Buss was born Feb. 20, 1961, in Corpus Christi, Texas. She lived in Midland from 1963-1969, then lived in Wichita Falls for 15 years before moving back to Midland.
Survivors include her husband, Curtis; three daughters, Cathy, Casey and Cayla; two brothers, Ernie Nolan of Tempe, Ariz., and Danny Nolan of Fort Worth; a sister, Shelley Nunnery of Greenville, Miss.; her father and mother, E.P. and Mary Nolan of Chandler, Ariz.; and her grandmother, Lucille Nolan Wright of Beaumont, Texas.
The family will be at 1403 Bedford Drive.

Shirley Aaron
WALTERS, Okla. - Shirley L. Brashears Hutchings Aaron, 61, of Walters died Wednesday, July 8, 1998, at a Wichita Falls hospital.
Services will be at 10 a.m. Saturday with Roger Sanford officiating. Burial will be at 1:30 p.m. in Crestview Memorial Park.
Mrs. Aaron was born Nov. 5, 1937, in Walters. She and Bill Hutchings were married in August 1953 in Wichita Falls. He died in July 1975. She and Terry Aaron were married in 1984. She was the first woman television technician in Wichita Falls. She worked in sales for various lumberyards. She retired in 1995 from Payless Cashways in Wichita Falls and moved to Walters in 1996. She was a member of the Altrusa Club. A daughter, Gina Duncan, died in July 1980.
Survivors include her husband; two daughters, Vanessa Hutchinson of Healdton, Okla., and Penny Zachary of Walters; a stepson, Benny Hutchings of Phoenix; eight grandchildren; and four great-grandchildren.

Marvin L. Richards
JACKSBORO, Texas - Marvin L. Richards, 86, of Jacksboro, died Thursday, July 9, 1998, in Wichita Falls.
Graveside services will be at 10 a.m. Saturday in Oakwood Cemetery in Jacksboro. Arrangements are under the direction of Coker Funeral Home.
Mr. Richards was born April 1, 1912, in Jacksboro. He served in World War II and in the Korean conflict. He was an electrician.
Survivors include a sister, Luella Ownsbey of Jacksboro.

David Kemp Langford
David Kemp Langford, 81, died Wednesday, July 8, 1998, in Wichita Falls.
Private graveside services will be held at a later date. Arrangements are under the direction of Hampton Vaughan Downtown Chapel.
Mr. Langford was born Oct. 10, 1916, in Wichita Falls. He and Venus Vaughan were married April 17, 1943, in Dayton, Ohio. He was the son of W.S. and Jewell Kemp Langford. He was the last living grandson of J.A. and Flora Kemp. He served in the Army and was a veteran of World War II. He graduated from Texas University in 1937 as a geologist. He worked as CLU agent for New York Life Insurance Company from 1957 until his retirement in 1993. He was a member of the First Presbyterian Church, Heritage Society, and was a Gideon for many years. He was a lifetime resident of Wichita Falls.
Survivors include his wife; a son, David K. Langford Jr. of Wichita Falls; a daughter, Penny Richards of Krum, Texas; and two grandchildren.
Memorials may be made to the First Presbyterian Church or the Wichita Falls Public Library.

Alvin Lee Savell
NOCONA, Texas - Alvin Lee Savell, 76, of Nocona, died Wednesday, July 8, 1998, in Denton, Texas.
Graveside services will be at 11 a.m. Saturday in Nocona Cemetery. Arrangements are under the direction of Jerry Woods Funeral Home.
Mr. Savell was born Nov. 20, 1921, in Plano, Texas. He served in the Army during World War II. He was an oil field roustabout and was retired from Weber Aircraft.
Survivors include his mother, Oma Savell of Nocona; a nephew, Robert Savell of Arlington, Texas; and a niece, Debra Howe of Corpus Christi, Texas.

Clydia Henry
Clydia Henry, 76, died Monday, July 6, 1998, at a Wichita Falls nursing home.
Services will be at 11 a.m. Saturday at Mount Pleasant Baptist Church in Wichita Falls, 809 Harding St., with the Rev. R.M. Castle, pastor, officiating. Burial will be in Eastlawn Cemetery under the direction of Young and Company Funeral Home.
Mrs. Henry was born Sept. 8, 1921, in Dawson, Texas. She was a cook and a member of Mount Pleasant Baptist Church. She had lived in Wichita Falls for 61 years, coming from Dawson.
Survivors include her husband, J.T. Henry of Wichita Falls; a daughter, Gean Henry of San Antonio, Texas; a son, James Henry of Denver, Colo.; and a brother, Ramzie Bateman of Wichita Falls.
Visitation will be from 10 a.m. until 7 p.m. today at the funeral home.
The family will be at 914 Gerald Street in Wichita Falls.

Ethel Marie Moore
Ethel Marie Moore, 80, of Irving, Texas, died Wednesday, July 8, 1998, at an Irving hospital.
Graveside services will be at 10 a.m. Saturday in Riverside Cemetery with L. Keith Parker officiating. Arrangements are under the direction of Owens and Brumley Funeral Home.
Mrs. Moore was born August 3, 1917, in Wichita Falls. Her husband, Roland Moore, died in 1969. She retired in 1979 after serving 28 years as a nurse at Bethania Hospital.
Survivors include a daughter, Anna Greenwood of Irving; a son, Jerry of Lenoir City, Tenn.; a brother, Cecil E. Ireland of Cleburne, Texas; four grandsons; and one granddaughter.

LeLois Schneider
OLNEY, Texas - LeLois Kelly Schneider, 83, died Wednesday, July 8, 1998, at an Olney hospital.
Graveside services will be at 10:30 a.m. Saturday in Quanah Memorial Park in Quanah, Texas, with the Rev. Clint Young, pastor of First Baptist Church in Quanah, officiating. Arrangements are under the direction of Lunn Funeral Home.
Mrs. Schneider was born Jan. 21, 1915, in Quanah. She and Edwin O. Schneider were married March 4, 1934, in Eldorado, Okla. He died in July 1973. She was a graduate of Quanah High School. She was a member of First Baptist Church in Olney. She served as an adult Sunday School teacher. She was active in the Olney Senior Club Center. She had been a resident of Olney since 1977, coming from Pampa, Texas. She was a homemaker.
Survivors include a son, E.K. Schneider of Olney; two daughters, Germayne Lane of Mesa, Ariz., and Lois Lunsford of Greenville, S.C.; seven grandchildren; and 14 great-grandchildren.
Memorials may be made to the First Baptist Church, P.O. Box 734, Olney, Texas 76374.

Grady Floyd Wygal
CHILDRESS, Texas - Grady Floyd Wygal, 86, of Fort Worth died Wednesday, July 8, 1998, in Fort Worth.
Services will be at 10:30 a.m. Saturday at Johnson Funeral Home Chapel with the Rev. Russell Griggs, of Columbia, S.C., and Gary Wygal of Jones, Okla., officiating. Burial will be in Childress Cemetery.
Mr. Wygal was born Aug. 9, 1911, in Tell, Texas. He was steam pipe fitter and a member of the Church of Christ. He was a member of the Steam Pipe Fitters Union No. 389 in Wichita Falls. He and his wife Billie lived many years in Vernon, Texas.
Survivors include two daughters, Rebecca Griggs of Columbia and Shirley Reese of Irving, Texas; five sons, Fred of Freemont, Calif., Gary of Jones, Okla., John of Vernon, Lynn of Austin, Texas, and Tony of Arkansas; two sisters, Oleta Dezonia of Holly Hill, Fla., and Joyce Mosely of Childress; a brother, Roy of Childress; and many grandchildren.

Henry 'Cush' Jackson Jr.
EL CAJON, Calif. - Henry 'Cush' Jackson Jr., 76, of El Cajon died Monday, June 29, 1998, at a San Diego hospital.
No services are planned. Burial will be today in Fort Rosecrans National Cemetery in San Diego.
Mr. Jackson was born Dec. 1, 1921, in Alabama. He was a design draftsman for Convair General Dynamics.
Survivors include his wife, Katherine B. of El Cajone; four brothers; and four sisters.

Noel Alvin Romines
Noel Alvin Romines, 77, died Wednesday, July 8, 1998, in a Wichita Falls hospital.
Services will be at 10 a.m. today at Fairway Baptist Church with the Rev. Jerry Dingmore, pastor, officiating. Burial will be in Hope Cemetery in Henrietta, Texas, under the direction of Lunn's Colonial Funeral Home.
Mr. Romines was born March 1, 1921, in Elmore City, Okla. He and Braden Moore were married July 9, 1944, Seymour, Texas. He served in the Army Air Corps during World War II as an airplane mechanic stationed in London, England. He was a football official for the SWFOA for 35 years. He was a deacon at Fairway Baptist Church and also taught Sunday School there. Prior to retirement, he was employed in automobile sales. He had given more than nine gallons as a donor for the Red Cross. He lived most of his life in Wichita Falls.
Survivors include his wife; three sons, Noel Jr. and Doyle W., both of Henrietta, and Reubin Russell of Lewisville, Texas; two daughters, Darlene Swim of Wichita Falls and Mona Ryan of Houston; two sisters, Lee Boney of Ocean Springs, Miss., and Fay Blanscet of Henrietta; three brothers, Joe, J.C. and Tom, all of Henrietta; 17 grandchildren; and seven great-grandchildren.
Memorials may be made to the Family YMCA or the American Heart Association.

Mack Charles Noble
VERNON, Texas - Mack Charles Noble, 92, died Thursday, July 9, 1998, at a Vernon nursing home.
Services will be at 11 a.m. Monday at St. James CME Methodist Church in Vernon with the Rev. Floyd Chenault and the Rev. Walker officiating. Burial will be in Eastview Cemetery under the direction of Sullivan Funeral Home.
Mr. Noble was born March 19, 1906, in Garland, Texas. He and Dessie Mae Sims were married in 1940. She died in 1961. He lived most of his life in Wichita Falls. He had also lived in Plainview, Texas, Dallas and Vernon. He worked for 24 years for Texas Best Electric. He also worked for New-Val Construction and was a farm hand for J.R. Harding and Frank Wolf. He was a member of St. James CME Methodist Church in Vernon.
Survivors include a daughter, Hattie Scott of Vernon; a son, William Charles of Hobbs, N.M.; 12 grandchildren; 16 great-grandchildren; and two great-great-grandchildren.
The family will be at the funeral home from 7-8 p.m. Sunday evening.
Memorials may be made to Golden Wings Hospice Foundation.
Mary I. Nelson
HENRIETTA, Texas - Mary I. Nelson, 71, died Thursday, July 9, 1998, at her Henrietta residence.
Private memorial services will be held at a later date.
Mrs. Nelson was born Nov. 14, 1926, in Henrietta. She was a homemaker and a Baptist. She had lived in Arkansas and Kansas City and spent the past four years in Henrietta.
Survivors include two sons, Roy of Suisun City, Calif., and Bennie of Marietta, Ga.; five sisters, Jane Jones and Virginia Coker both of Henrietta, Mattie Patterson of Green, Kan., Zula Willis of Bowie, Texas, and Linda Evelsizer of Mascoutah, Ill.; and a brother, Virgil Jones of Cary, N.C.

Minnie Gentry
PARIS, Texas - Minnie Gwendolyn McDaniel Gentry, 69, of Commerce, Texas, died Wednesday, July 8, 1998, at a Dallas hospital.
Services will be at 2 p.m. today at Bright-Holland Funeral Home with the Rev. Rick Flynn officiating. Burial will be in Meadowbrook Gardens.
Mrs. Gentry was born Aug. 7, 1928, in Taylortown, Texas. She was a member of the Assembly of God Church in Commerce. A son, Steven Ray Gentry, died in 1983.
Survivors include a brother, Hershel L. McDaniel of Holliday, Texas.
