Born Sept. 23, 1922 in Lock Haven, she was the daughter of the late Charles E. and Minnie G. Lucas Livingston.
Funeral services will be Saturday, March 16, 2002, at 2 p.m. in the Donald G. Walker Funeral Home, 231 High St., Flemington. Pastor Jennett Wertz will officiate. Burial will be in Cedar Hill Cemetery. The family suggests memorial contributions be made to the Lamar United Methodist Church.

Walter F. “Toot” Carter, 76, of Port Orange, Fla., formerly of Lock Haven, died Thursday, Feb. 28, 2002 in Port Orange, Fla.
He was born Jan. 1, 1926 in Lock Haven, the son of the late Walter F. and Frances Quigley Carter.
The Memorial Mass will be Friday at 10 a.m. in St. Agnes Catholic Church with the Rev. Neil Dadey officiating. Friends will be received in the Moriarty-Dutcavich Funeral Home, 112 E. Church St., Lock Haven, Thursday evening from 7 to 9 p.m. with an Elks service at 8 p.m. Burial will be in St. Mary’s Cemetery, Lock Haven. Memorial contributions may be made to St. Agnes Church or SUN Home Hospice.

Cecilia Gentile Pezzano
Cecilia Gentile Pezzano died Sunday, March 10, 2002 in her home in Patterson, N.J.
Born in Bellefonte, she had resided in Renovo at one time.
The funeral was Wednesday in Patterson, N.J.

George E. Taylor Jr., 31, of 720 W. Third St., Williamsport, died March 12, 2002, in his home.
Born May 13, 1970 in Lock Haven, he was the son of Charlotte J. Taylor of Lock Haven and the late George E. Taylor, who died March 26, 1995.
Funeral services will be March 17, 2002 at 8:30 p.m. in the Dean K. Wetzler Jr. Funeral Home, 320 Main St., Mill Hall. Pastor Robert Maurer will officiate. Burial will be in Highland Cemetery, Lock Haven. Visitation will be from 7 p.m. until the time of services Sunday.
Memorial contributions may be made to the George Taylor Fund in care of the funeral home.

Walter F. “Toot” Carter, 76, of Port Orange, Fla., formerly of Lock Haven, died Thursday, Feb. 28, 2002 in Port Orange, Fla.

Margaret Ann “Peggy” Hogg
Margaret Ann “Peggy” Hogg, 69, of 227 Hillside Drive, Lock Haven, who died March 11, 2002 in Lock Haven Hospital, was a 1950 graduate of Shannock Valley High School and a 1967 graduate of the Williamsport School of Cosmetology.
She and James M. Hogg were married Nov. 26, 1955 in Winchester, Va. He preceded her in death May 3, 1985.
Funeral services will be 10:30 a.m. March 15, 2002 in the Dean K. Wetzler Jr. Funeral Home, 320 Main St., Mill Hall, with Rev. Kenneth Page, her pastor, officiating. A committal service will be at 3 p.m. in Rural Valley Cemetery, Rural Valley, Pa. Interment will be in Rural Valley Cemetery, Armstrong County, Pa. Visitation will be from 2 to 4 p.m. and from 7 to 9 p.m. Thursday in the funeral home.

John Thomas Kelchner
John Thomas Kelchner, 55, of Fort Myers, Fla. died Saturday, March 9, 2002.
Mr. Kelchner was born in Jersey Shore.
Mr. Kelchner is survived by his loving wife of 36 years, Bonnie.
Mr. Kelchner’s family received friends at Kiser Funeral Home, Tuesday, March 12, 6 to 7 p.m., with a funeral service at 7 p.m.

Raymond Lee Harmon
Raymond Lee Harmon, 65, of Rebersburg, formerly of Tylersville and Trout Run area, died at 6:50 a.m. Thursday, March 7, 2002 at his home.
He was born Feb. 18, 1937 in Salladasburg, the son of the late Charles D. and Cleda E. Fulkrod Harmon.
On May 29, 1992, he married Joyce A. Geyer Sweeley, who survives at home. He was formerly married to Kathryn McFate for 33 years.
There will be no public viewing.
A graveside committal service will be held at 1 p.m. on Saturday, March 16, 2002 in Summit Cemetery, Route 184, near Brookside. A celebration of his life will be held at the Harmon family residence, 193 E. Main St., Rebersburg, at noon on Sunday, March 17, 2002. The Rev. Nancy Kuhns will officiate. Burial will be in Summit Cemetery, Route 184, Brookside. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to: Clearfield Nittany Hospice, P.O. Box 992, 440 Front St., Clearfield, Pa. 16830.
Arrangements are under the direction of Mark D. Heintzelman Funeral Service, 226 S. Pennsylvania Ave., Centre Hall.

Carol A Manns
Carol A. Manns, 52, of 1700 Walnut St., Jersey Shore, died Sunday afternoon, March 10, 2002 in the emergency room of Jersey Shore Hospital. She had been in ill health for sometime.
She was born in Athens, Ga., May 31, 1949, the daughter of Clyde and Rachel Adams. She was a graduate of Athens, Ga. High School and on June 19, 1971 married Rev. Edgar L. Manns, now pastor of the Mountain View Christian and Missionary Alliance Church of Jersey Shore.
Life Celebration Services will be held at 11 a.m. Thursday, March 14, 2002 from her church at 1515 Cemetery St., Jersey Shore, with Rev. James Grumbine, pastor of Camp Hill Alliance Church, officiating, assisted by Rev. Gerald Major, retired executive director of International Needs Ministries. Friends are invited to call at The Family Life Center of the church beginning at 7 p.m. on Wednesday. Interment will be announced later. Her family suggests contributions be made to the Youth Ministry of the Mountain View Christian and Missionary Alliance Church, 1515 Cemetery St., Jersey Shore, Pa. 17740. Anna M “Tillie” Hollabaugh, 100, of 1996 Old 220 Road, Howard, died March 8, 2002, in Centre Community Hospital, College Township, Centre County. She resided at the home of her granddaughter, Cynthia J. Burns.
Born July 18, 1901 in Spring Township, Centre County, she was the daughter of the late George and Ida Wian Smith.
On July 24, 1920, she married Herbert Hollabaugh.
Funeral services will be Thursday, March 13, 2002, at 11 a.m., in the Dean K. Wetzler Funeral Home, Milesburg. The Rev. David Keller of Bellefonte will officiate. Burial will be in Centre County Memorial Park, College Township, Centre County. Friends will be received from 7 to 9 p.m. Wednesday, March 12, 2002, in the funeral home. The family suggests memorial contributions be made to the Faith United Methodist Church, 512 Hughes St., Bellefonte, Pa. 16823 or the Dean K. Wetzler Funeral Home, P.O. The family of Pamela M. Sementelli/Nadon, who passed away on Jan. 10, 2002 in Lake Forest, Minn., will hold a memorial service on Wednesday, March 13, 2002, at 8:30 a.m., in St. Agnes Church, 3 E. Walnut St., Lock Haven. Family and friends are invited.

Todd J. Swope
Todd J. Swope, 40, of Millersville, passed away suddenly Friday evening, after being stricken ill at home, in the Lancaster Regional Medical Center. Death was of natural causes.
Born in Lock Haven, he was the son of Jerry J. and Darla J. Weaver Swope of Lancaster.
He was married to Karen J. Herr Swope, 23 years in January, she survives.
Funeral services will be on Wednesday in the Abbeyville Road Christian Church at 11 a.m. with minister Karl Crouch officiating. A viewing will be held in the church on Wednesday from 10 to 11 a.m. and one on Tuesday evening from 7 to 9 p.m. at the Andrew T. Scheid Funeral Home, 320 Blue Rock Road, Route 999, Millersville, Pa. Interment will be in the Millersville Mennonite Cemetery, Millersville. Please omit flowers. Remembrances may be made in Todd’s memory to the Diabetes Association.

Blanche L. Wilson
Blanche L. Wilson, 75, of 17 W. Allison St., Castanea, died March 10, 2002, in Lock Haven Hospital.
Born Jan. 23, 1927 in Muskogee, Okla., she was the daughter of the late Amon Cagle and Mary Bershfars.
Her first husband, Anthony P. Verne, preceded her in death in 1958. She is survived by her second husband, Kenneth W. Wilson, whom she married Aug. 8, 1959.
Graveside services will be at the convenience of the family in Rest Haven Memorial Park. Visitation will be from 6 to 8 p.m. Wednesday, March 13, 2002, in the Donald G. Walker Funeral Home, 231 High St., Flemington. Memorial contributions may be made to the Salvation Army.

Harold W. “Pete” Powlus, 69, of 206 Mary Ave., Mill Hall, died March 7, 2002 in Augusta, Ga.
He was the son of the late Harry F. and Mary Reese Powlus.
He married the former Barbara Wolfe on May 28, 1955 in Woolrich. She survives at home.
The family suggests memorial contributions be made to the Millbrook Playhouse or the Mill Hall United Methodist Church in care of the funeral home.
Arrangements are entrusted to the Dean K. Wetzler Jr. Funeral Home, Mill Hall.

Elizabeth M. “Betty” Logue
Elizabeth M. “Betty” Logue, 82, of 130 S. Front St. #1111, Sunbury, died in her home Thursday, March 7, 2002.
She was born in Renovo April 12, 1918, the daughter of the late John J. and Kathryn M. (Fessler) Kane.
She married Harry L. Logue Dec. 29, 1940. He preceded her in death on July 9, 1970.
The family will provide the flowers and suggests, in lieu of flowers, contributions can be made to the Trinity Lutheran Church, 900 Susquehanna Ave., Sunbury, PA 17801 c/o Handicapped Accessibility Fund.
Funeral arrangements were made by the David T. Zweier Funeral Home Inc., 157 Chestnut St. Sunbury.

Betty L. Zerbe
Betty L. Zerbe, 79, of 101 Clover St., Browns Mills, N.J., died Thursday March, 7, 2002 at her residence.
She was formerly of Jersey Shore and Williamsport.
She was born Sept. 18, 1922 in Williamsport, a daughter of Ralph T. and Beda Alberta Miller Derone.
Her husband, G. Donald Zerbe, died in May of 1981.
Funeral services will be at 10:30 a.m. Monday, March 11, 2002 from the Rearick-Carpenter Funeral Home, “A Life Celebration Hone,” of Jersey Shore with Rev. Kerry Aucker, pastor of St. John’s Lutheran Church officiating. Interment will be in Rest Haven Memorial Park. Friends may call at the funeral home Monday from 9:30 to 10:30 a.m.

Louis N. Liccione
Louis N. Liccione, 85, of 50 Pearl St., Lock Haven, died Friday, March 8, 2002 at the Lock Haven Hospital Extended Care Unit.
He was born July 14, 1916 in Rochester, N.Y., the son of the late Alexander and Carmella Cacealano Liccione.
He married the former Ruth G. Miller who preceded him in death on Jan. 10, 1995.
The funeral mass will be Monday at 10:30 a.m. at St. Agnes Catholic Church with the Rev. Neil Dady officiating. Friends will be received at the Moriarty-Dutcavich Funeral Home, 112 E. Church St., Lock Haven, Sunday from 6 to 8 p.m. with a wake served at 6:15 p.m. and a Sons of Italy Service at 7:30 p.m. Burial will be in St. Agnes Cemetery, Lock Haven.

William J. Mould
William J. Mould, 84, formerly of Cammal, died Wednesday, March 6, 2002, at Rose View Center, Williamsport, where he had been a resident for the last three years.
He was born on Sept. 8, 1917 in Roxborough, the son of William J. and Katherine Meyers-Mould.
He and his wife, the former Ruth C. Blake, observed their 63rd wedding anniversary on Oct. 15, 2001, she survives.
Services will be at 2 p.m. on Monday, March 11, 2002, from the Rearick-Carpenter Funeral Home, 1002 Allegheny St., Jersey Shore, with Rev. Sam Reed, his pastor, officiating. Burial will be in the Cammal Cemetery. Friends may call at the funeral home from 1 to 2 p.m. Monday.
The family will provide the flowers and requests memorials be made to the Cammal Chapel Association, Cammal, Pa. 17723.

Clyde A. Carson
Mr. Clyde A. Carson, 87, of 8212 Little Pine Creek Road, Waterville, died Wednesday, March 6, 2002 in the Lock Haven Hospital.
Born June 15, 1914 in Waterville, he was the son, of Maynard Carson and the former Nellie Wolfe.
He is survived by his wife, the former Clara M. Patterson. They were united in marriage Dec. 23, 1935.
Funeral services will be Saturday, March 9, 2002, at 11 a.m., in the Frederick B. Welker Funeral Home, 125 N. Main St., Jersey Shore. Friends may call from 10 a.m. Saturday until the time of services in the funeral home. Burial will be in Waterville Cemetery. Rev. Richard C. Jones will officiate.

George B. “Ben” Meyer
George B. “Ben” Meyer, 81, of 41 Bletz Road, Lamar, died Thursday, March 7, 2002, at the Susque-View Home, Lock Haven.
Born Oct. 11, 1920 in Clintondale, he was the son of the late George J. and Vista Eddy Meyer.
He was married to Ida Marie Bowmaster Meyer on Dec. 29, 1945 in Lamar. She survives.
Funeral services will be March 9, 2002, at 2 p.m., in the Dean K. Wetzler Jr. Funeral Home, 320 Main St., Mill Hall. Pastor Jennett Wertz, his pastor, will officiate. Burial will be in Cedar Hill Cemetery, Mill Hall. Visitation will be one hour prior to services.
Memorial contributions may be made to the Lamar United Methodist Church or the Nittany Valley Volunteer Fire Company through the funeral home.

Meda R. Bonnell
Mr. Meda R. Bonnell, 79, of 1007 Charles St., Jersey Shore, died Thursday, March 7, 2002, in the Jersey Shore Hospital.
Born Sept. 11, 1922 in Lock Haven, she was the daughter of Warren Reinard and the former Carrie Grenninger.
She was united in marriage on Sept. 11, 1941 to Paul E. Bonnell. He preceded her in death Dec. 26, 1998.
Funeral services and burial in the Jersey Shore Cemetery will be held at the convenience of the family.
Arrangements are being handled by the Frederick B. Welker Funeral Home, 125 N. Main St., Jersey Shore.

Graveside funeral services will be Friday, March 8, 2002, at 11 a.m., in the Waterville Cemetery. There will be no public visitation. Rev. Ron Savitts will officiate.
