Also survived by 13 grandchildren, 5 adopted grandchildren and 2 great grandsons. Preceded in death by 2 brothers Frank and Walter Daugherty. Al will also be sorley missed by his dog Jake. Mr. Daugherty was a veteran of the US Navy serving in both WW II and the Korean War. Mrs. Felix was a nurse anesthetist during WWII, Army & Air Force serving also as a flight nurse. She retired from Pontiac General Hospital where she worked for many years as a surgical nurse. She and her late husband, Bob, met as pilots and were avid world travelers.
