Rubynell Jones Reger, beloved wife, mother, grandmother, and friend passed away peacefully at her home in Georgetown, Texas on February 1, 2001, at the age of 61.
Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m. Monday, Feb. 5, 2001, at First Christian Church in Stinnett with Rev. Kevin Smith, lay minister at First Baptist Church in Midlothian, and Rev. Billy Holland, pastor of First Christian Church in Stinnett, officiating. Burial will be in Sunset Memorial Cemetery in Stinnett under the direction of Brown Funeral Directors of Borger.

Lucille O’Neal
SHAMROCK–Lucille O’Neal, 83, died Tuesday, Jan. 30, 2001, in Shamrock.
Services will be at 1 p.m. Saturday at First Baptist Church in Shamrock with Rev. Ken Cole, pastor of the First United Methodist Church in Spearman, officiating. Interment will be in Shamrock Cemetery under the direction of Wright Funeral Directors of Shamrock.

Bill R. VanHooser, 60, died Tuesday, Jan. 30, 2001, in Amarillo.
Services will be held at 2 p.m. Saturday at Minton Memorial Chapel with Rev. Paul Anderson, pastor of Keeler Baptist Church, officiating. Interment will be in "Eastland Garden" at Highland Park Cemetery under the direction of Minton-Chatwell Funeral Directors of Borger.

Edith O. Phillips
Edith O. Schooley Phillips, 91, died Friday, Jan. 26, 2001, in Vernon Hospital.
Private graveside services are pending with Sullivan Funeral Home of Vernon.

Amy Frances Ledford, 97, died Friday, Jan. 26, 2001, in Borger Health Care Center.
Services will be held at 2 p.m. Monday at Wilson Funeral Home Chapel in Odessa with Rev. Tommy Breznik officiating. Burial will be in Sunset Memorial Gardens Cemetery in Odessa with arrangements by Brown Funeral Directors of Borger and Frank Wilson Funeral Home in Odessa.

Valera Herring
PAMPA – Valera Herring, 81, died Wednesday, Jan. 24, 2001, in Peoria, Ariz.
Services will be held at 2 p.m. Monday at First Christian Church with Rev. Barry Loving, pastor, officiating. Burial will be in Memory Gardens Cemetery under the direction of Carmichael-Whatley Funeral Directors of Pampa.

Richard "Dick" Bissett
Richard "Dick" Bissett, 77, died Sunday, Jan. 28, 2001, in Mary, La.
Memorial services will be held at 11 a.m. Wednesday at Warren Meadows Funeral Home in Mary, La.

James Bruce Blount, Sr.
LAKELAND, Fla. – James Bruce Blount, Sr., 60, of Lakeland, Fla., died Monday, Jan. 29, 2001, in Lakeland Regional Medical Center.
Services will be held at 1 p.m. Saturday at Sharon Pentecostal Church in Clinton, N.C. with Rev. Homer Furr, Rev. Wade Taylor and Rev. Mike Carter officiating. Burial will be in Horn Cemetery at Autryville, N.C. Arrangements are under the direction of Brown Funeral Directors of Borger and Hamilton Porter Funeral Home in Hope Hills, N.C.

Burial will be in Sunset Memorial Cemetery in Stinnett under the direction of Brown Funeral Directors of Borger.

Wanda L. Lanham
Wanda L. Lanham, 70, died Friday, March 9, 2001, in her home in Fritch. Services will be held at 3 p.m. Monday at Brown’s Chapel of the Fountains with Rev. Leonard Forsythe, pastor of Bible Baptist Church, officiating. Burial will be in Westlawn Cemetery under the direction of Brown Funeral Directors of Borger.

Wilma Spencer
FRITCH – Wilma Spencer, 87, died Wednesday, March 7, 2001, in Dumas. Services were at 2 p.m. Saturday at the First Baptist Church in Carter, Okla., with Rev. John Gran officiating. Burial was in Carter Cemetery under the direction of Peoples Cooperative Funeral Home of Lone Wolf, Okla.

Interment will be in Fairview Cemetery in Wellington under the direction of Minton-Chatwell Funeral Directors of Borger and Adams Funeral Home of Wellington.

J.C. "Jake" Berry, 66, died Sunday, March 4, 2001, in Northwest Texas Hospital in Amarillo. Services will be held at 10 a.m. Wednesday at Riverview Baptist Church with Rev. James Berry, pastor of Southside Baptist Church, officiating. Graveside services will be under the Auspices of Masonic Lodge #805 of Miami and Adobe Walls Masonic Lodge #1355 at Highland Park Cemetery under the direction of Minton-Chatwell Funeral Directors of Borger. Masons are asked to meet at 9 a.m. Wednesday at Adobe Walls Masonic Lodge #1355.

PANHANDLE – Brandon Earnshaw, 18, died Saturday, March 3, 2001, in Borger. Services were held at 2 p.m. Tuesday at the Panhandle High School Auditorium with Rev. Jim Perkins, pastor of First Baptist Church, Rev. Steve Quigg, pastor of First Christian Church and Mr. Sterling Edwards, all officiating. Interment was in the Panhandle Cemetery under the direction of Minton-Chatwell Funeral Directors of Panhandle.

Graveside services were held at 10:30 a.m. Tuesday at Panhandle Cemetery under the direction of Minton-Chatwell Funeral Directors of Panhandle. Memorial services were at 11 a.m. Tuesday at First United Methodist Church. Interment was in Panhandle Cemetery under the direction of Minton-Chatwell Funeral Directors of Panhandle.

Lynley Elyse Herbert, 16, died Saturday, March 3, 2001. Graveside services will be held at 1 p.m. Tuesday at Westlawn Cemetery. Memorial services will follow at 2 p.m. at the First Baptist Church in Borger with Rev. Matt Chandler, Rev. Gregg Simmons and Rev. Les Sharp officiating.
