Arendts died Aug. 18 in Santa Ana, Calif.
She is survived by her daughter, Karen Kies and husband Bill; sons, Larry Constantine and wife Lucy, Dale Constantine; companion, James Skidmore; and grandchildren, Lorinda, Robbie and Paul Kies, Joy and Heather Constantine, and Devon Lackwood.
She was preceded in death by her daughter, Diane Constantine and husband Philip F. Constantine; and Donald E. Arendts.
Interment was at Crystal Lake Cemetery, Minneapolis.

Marlys J. Swallers
Funeral services for Marlys J. Swallers, 66, of Coon Rapids, took place Sept. 18 at Word of Life Church of Coon Rapids. Rev. Al Fast officiated.
Swallers died Sept. 14 at Bethesda Hospital in St. Paul. She was born Feb. 15, 1932 in Fargo, N.D., to Roy Miles Winchell and Alvida B. Carlson. She was a cash clerk in a department store.
She is survived by her husband, Clair; daughters, Carol and Marsha; son, Chris; grandchildren, Corey, Cole, Allen and Andrew; sister, Lois Hagen; and many friends.
Interment was at Morningside Memorial Gardens, Coon Rapids. Arrangements were by Gearhart Coon Rapids Chapel.

Loquita J. Rootes
Funeral services for Loquita J. Rootes, 51, of Coon Rapids, took place Sept. 18 at The Church of St. Paul in Ham Lake. Rev. Tim Nolan officiated.
Rootes died Sept. 14 in Minneapolis. She was born May 19, 1947 in Northfield. She was a machinist for La Machine.
She is survived by her husband Les; children, Shawn Kessler and husband Rick, Travis, Jacob; grandchildren, Rose, Roxanne, Rawlin; brothers, Richard, Ray, Roger, Ruben, and Dennis Hamann; sisters, Jaquie Richey, Sue Fiebiger, Marie LaBonne, Rosemary Mark, Michelle Hamann, Joy Pforr; and nieces, nephews, and friends.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Ruben and Rose Hamann; and sisters, Lee and Polly.
Interment was at Epiphany Cemetery, Coon Rapids. Arrangements were by Washburn-McReavy Seman Chapel, Coon Rapids.

Donald P. Tretter Sr.
Funeral services for Donald P. Tretter Sr., 58, of Coon Rapids, took place Sept. 4 at Epiphany Catholic Church, Coon Rapids. Rev. Bernard Reiser officiated.
Tretter died Aug. 29 in Coon Rapids. He was born Sept. 4, 1939 in Pierz to Peter Tretter and Catherine Hoheisel. He was a supervisor at Control Data.
He is survived by his daughter, Starla and husband D. Scott Martin; sons, Donald Tretter Jr. and wife Sherri, Douglas and wife Christine Tretter, Dennis Tretter; grandchildren, Angela, Dante, Douglas Jr., Tristyn; sisters, Frances Hoheisel and Rosemary Arvidson; and brother, Joseph Tretter.
Interment was at Fort Snelling National Cemetery. Arrangements were by Gearhart Coon Rapids Funeral Chapel.

Karen L. Bergstrom
Funeral services for Karen Leigh Bergstrom, 41, of Oak Grove, took place Sept. 4 at Faith Lutheran Church, Coon Rapids. Rev. John Kerr officiated.
Bergstrom died Sept. 1 in Minneapolis. She was born Sept. 13, 1956 in Waltham, Mass., to Floyd C. Bergstrom and Alice L. Carlson. She was a dental assistant.
She is survived by her parents, Floyd and Alice Bergstrom; foster parents, Dan and Jane Ziebarth; brother, Douglas and wife Jan Bergstrom; sisters, Nancy and husband Tim Allen, Janice and husband Tom Gallagher; and nieces and nephews, Matt and Leah Scofield, Laura Allen, Danny, Jenny and Jim Gallagher.
Interment was private. Arrangements were by Gearhart Coon Rapids Funeral Chapel.

Margaret Ulwelling
Funeral services for Margaret Ulwelling, 49, of Coon Rapids, took place Sept. 21 at St. Timothyís Catholic Church in Blaine.
Ulwelling died Sept. 17. She was a second lieutenant in the Army Nurse Corps. She worked for the RN for Anoka County Juvenile Center. Ulwelling was active in Camp Fire, American Sewing Guild, and was chief election judge for Anoka County.
She is survived by her husband, James; daughters, Alicia, Lani and Mesa; and parents, Lucille and Jerard Vlaminck.
Arrangements were by Washburn-McReavy Seman Chapel, Coon Rapids.

Zachary Jon Gaffney
Funeral services for Zachary Jon Gaffney, seven months, of Coon Rapids, took place Sept. 21 at Epiphany Catholic Church, Coon Rapids. Rev. Bernard A. Reiser officiated.
Gaffney died Sept. 16 in Coon Rapids. He was born Feb. 26, 1998 in Robbinsdale.
He is survived by his parents, Jon and Patricia; grandparents, Denny and Linda Gaffney, Carol and Ron Brownell, and Claude and Mary Lou Saari; godparents, Mary Ellen Saas Adelmann and Paul Nelson; grandpa Frank; and many aunts, uncles and cousins.
Interment was at Epiphany Cemetery, Coon Rapids. Arrangements were by Washburn-McReavy Seman Chapel, Coon Rapids.

Gene A. Johnson
Funeral services for Gene A. Johnson, 49, of Blaine, took place Sept. 24 at Washburn-McReavy Seman Chapel, Coon Rapids.
Johnson died Sept. 21.
Johnson is survived by daughter, Ann Marie and husband Michael Angle of Fridley; an d family member and friends.

Merlin G. Engberg
Funeral services for Merlin G. Engberg, 35, of Oak Grove, took place Sept. 18 at Constance Evangelical Free Church, Andover. Rev. Randy Discher officiated.
Engberg died Sept. 14. He was born Dec. 6, 1962 in Crosby, N.D., to Gerald L. Engberg and Marion L. Hauge. He worked in sales at Anixter Minnesota.
He is survived by his wife, Deborah; sons, Travis, Tyler, Thomas; parents, Gerald and Marion Engberg; brother, Myron Engberg and wife Ann and their children, Gerald and Stephanie Engberg, Kory Anderson; sister, Karla Meurer and husband Daniel and their children, Jessica and Tabitha Meurer; parents-in-law, Thomas and Norma MacIntyre; sisters-in-law, Pamela MacIntyre, Tamara Brazil and husband Kevin and their children, Cody and Caitlin Brazil; and brother-in-law, Daniel MacIntyre.
Pallbearers were Myron Engberg, Dan Meurer, Kevin Brazil, Sven Hauge, Daniel MacIntyre, and Robert Paakh.
Interment was at Constance Cemetery. Arrangements were by Thurston-Lindberg Funeral Home, Anoka.

Trudi R. Bradley
Funeral services for Trudi R. Bradley, 79, of Costa Mesa, Calif., formerly of Cedar, took place Sept. 25 at Ham Lake Baptist Church. Rev. Fred Tuma officiated.
Bradley died Sept. 15 at her residence in Costa Mesa, Calif. She was born April 4, 1919 in Minneapolis to Ernest N. and Ruth E. Christensen Stone. She was a senior clerk for the Minneapolis School Board.
She is survived by her sons, Michael Bradley and wife Olivia, Paul Bradley; grandchildren, Christine, Mark, Sam, Matthew, Christopher, Sarah, Michael and wife Heather; and brothers, Oliver Stone, Leroy Stone and wife Norma.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Robert Schroeder.
Pallbearers were Larry Berg, Dan Woolson, Wally Arntzen, Michael Bradley, Ken and Phil Stone. Honorary pallbearers were Matthew and Christopher Bradley.
Interment was at Cedar Cemetery, Oak Grove. Arrangements were by Thurston-Lindberg Funeral Home, Anoka.

Karen M. Sickler
Funeral services for Karen M. Sickler, 57, of Coon Rapids, took place Oct. 13 at Epiphany Catholic Church, Coon Rapids. Rev. Bernard Reiser officiated.
Sickler died Oct. 9 in Coon Rapids. She was born Oct. 22, 1940 in St. Paul to Elmer Sickler and Marie Vocckel. She was a licensed practical nurse.
She is survived by sisters, Barb Johnson and husband Jerry, Sharon Seckon and husband Larry, Joyce Sickler, Clarice Sickler; several nieces and nephews; great-nieces, Charlie and Elaine; and friends.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Elmer and Marie Sickler; and brothers, Glenn and Richard.
Pallbearers were Larry and Dave Seckon, Jerry Johnson, Glen Connelly, Tom Evans, and Glen Vant.
Interment was at Epiphany Cemetery. Arrangements were by Gearhart Coon Rapids Funeral Chapel.

Michael Linnerooth
Funeral services for Michael A. Linnerooth, 40, of Andover, took place Oct. 9 at Washburn-McReavy Seman Chapel, Coon Rapids.
Linnerooth died Oct. 4 in Andover. He was born May 5, 1958 in St. Paul.
He is survived by his wife, Linda; children, Bobi, Kory, Heather; father, Douglas; two brothers; and six sisters.
He was preceded in death by his mother, Carol; sister, Dandra; and brother, Richard.
Interment was at Morningside Memorial Gardens, Coon Rapids. Arrangements were by Washburn-McReavy Seman Chapel.

Margaret M. Beaudry
Funeral services for Margaret Mary Beaudry, 91, of Anoka, took place Oct. 7 at Epiphany Catholic Church, Coon Rapids. Rev. Bernard A. Reiser officiated.
Beaudry died Oct. 4 in Anoka. She was born Oct. 7, 1906 in Eden Valley.
She is survived by her daughters, Dolores Dahlberg and husband Chuck, Pat Chenal and husband Maurice, Kathy Meyer and husband Mike; son, John and wife Joyce; sister, Rose Mihlbauer; 14 grandchildren; and 41 great-grandchildren.
Arrangements were by Washburn-McReavy Seman Chapel, Coon Rapids.

Richard L. DeMarais
Funeral services for Richard L. DeMarais, 76, of Hillman, took place Oct. 8 at Washburn-McReavy Seman Chapel, Coon Rapids. Rev. Lynn Broughton officiated.
DeMarais died Oct. 4 in Onamia. He was born Sept. 22, 1922 in Minneapolis.
He is survived by his wife, Ardell; son, Rick and wife Ann Marie; daughters, Sue and husband Lloyd Schroeder, Sandy and husband Claus Hildesheim; son-in-law, Michael Olson; grandchildren; great-grandchildren; and two nieces and five nephews.
He was preceded in death by his daughter, Kathleen Olson; and sister, Barbara Sparrey.

Leon M. Clyne

Clyne died Oct. 8 in Coon Rapids. He was born Jan. 26, 1923 in Browerville. Clyne worked in trucking.
He is survived by his wife, Mildred; children, Michael and wife Diane, Patricia and husband Richard Hardenbrook, John, Marvel Sirovy, Steven and wife Sonia, Susan Clyne, Thomas and wife Candee; 13 grandchildren; four great-grandchildren; brother, Lester and wife Jeanette; sister, Carlotte and husband John Haage; and other relatives and friends.
Pallbearers were his grandchildren.

Martin P. H. Syring

Syring died Oct. 1. He was born Nov. 14, 1912 in Brown City. He was an oil distributor.

He was preceded in death by his sisters, Viola and Dorothy; and brothers, Carol, Floyd, and Gordon.

Michael K. Inderlee

Inderlee died Oct. 7 in Minneapolis. He was born March 30, 1949 in Owatonna to Leonard K. Inderlee and Irene M. Fisenbarth. He was a chef.
He is survived by his sons, Michael and James Inderlee; mother, Irene; six sisters; eight brothers; and many nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by his father, Leonard Inderlee.
