JACKSONVILLE — Edward Bullard, 75, a retired owner and operator of an auto dealership, died Saturday, Dec. 2, 2000.
Mr. Bullard was a native of Baxley, Ga.
Survivors include his daughters, Judy Barbray and Brenda Bryan, both of Ocala; son, Edward Bullard, Live Oak; sisters, Elizabeth Weaver, Jacksonville and Lorene Hodges, Macclenny; 10 grandchildren; and four great-grandchildren.

Harold V. Clark, 85
CITRUS SPRINGS — Harold Vernon Clark, 85, a retired assembler offor mobile homes, died Sunday, Dec. 3, 2000, at Cypress Cove Care Center, Crystal River.
A native of Pennington Gap, Va., he moved here from Cincinnati in 1980. Mr. Clark was served in the U.S. Army during World War II, and was awarded the Purple Heart and the Silver Star.
Survivors include his wife, Marie Clark, Citrus Springs; daughter, Barbara Messer, Ohio; stepson, David Allen Gann Sr., Lecanto; brother, Eugene Clark, Cincinnati; seven grandchildren; and seven great-grandchildren.

Reva B. Clemens, 90
OCALA — Reva B. Clemens, 90, a homemaker, died Tuesday, Nov. 28, 2000.
Mrs. Clemens moved here from Zephyrhills in 1987. She was Baptist.
She is survived by her son, Ken Clemens, Ocala.

Vada Ewing, 76
INVERNESS — Vada "Alice" Ewing, 76, a retired assembler, died Tuesday, Dec. 5, 2000.
A native of Salyersville, Ky., she moved here from Miami in 1979. Mrs. Ewing retired from Porcelain Products, after 30 years of service. She was a member of bowling leagues in Carey, Ohio.
She was preceded in death by a daughter, Linda Keckler.
Survivors include her husband, Richard E. Ewing, Inverness; son, Hiram Gene Davis, Inverness; daughters, Angie Balderson, Spring Hill, Peggy Mundy, Indianapolis and Barb Caudill, Carey; brothers, Henry Holbrook, Florence, Ore., John D. Holbrook, Waterloo, Ohio, and Andy J. Holbrook, Nova, Ohio; sisters, Glady A. Arnett, Fostoria, Ohio, and Margaret Harvey, Cincinnati; 16 grandchildren; and four grandchildren.

Harry K. Fox, 73
OCALA — Harry K. Fox, 73, retired, died Monday, Dec. 4, 2000, at Estelle's Hospice House.
A native of Chicago, he moved here from Juno Beach 11 years ago. Mr. Fox was formerly employed by AMF Bowling; Pratt Whitney, West Palm Beach; and Emergency One, Marion County. He was a member of Queen of Peace Catholic Church. Mr. Fox served in the U.S. Coast Guard during World War II.
Survivors include his wife, Rita Fox, Ocala; daughter, Shirley Hoaglin, Sarasota; son, Kenneth Fox, Lake Park; brother, George G. Fox, Mundelein, Ill.; and four grandchildren.

Annabelle E. Gushak, 82
CITRUS SPRINGS — Annabelle E. Gushak, 82, a retired secretary for the Pittsburgh Board of Education, died Saturday, Dec. 2, 2000, at Life Care Center in Lecanto.
A native of Pittsburgh, she moved here from Homestead, Pa., 27 years ago. Mrs. Gushak was an active member of Hope Evangelical Lutheran Church, Citrus Springs.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Walter Gushak.
She is survived by sisters, Sylvia Prokop, Spring Hill, Heloise Lahner, North Huntington, Pa.

Richard S. Kanter, 58
INVERNESS — Richard Stephen Kanter, 58, a pipe fitter, died Tuesday, Dec. 5, 2000.
A native of Cleveland, he moved here from Parma, Ohio, in 1972. Mr. Kanter was a member of Pipe Fitters Union, Local No. 120, Cleveland; and the Inverness Church of God.
Survivors include his wife of 36 years, Joy Acker Kanter, Inverness; sons, Richard S. Kanter Jr. and Michael E. Kanter, both of Inverness; daughter, Katherine M. Kanter, Inverness; and two grandchildren.

William P. Owens Jr., 67
OCALA — William P. Owens Jr., 67, a retired production manager for Crown Cork and Seal Company Inc., died Monday, Dec. 4, 2000.
A native of Philadelphia, he moved here from Pennsylvania in 1996. Mr. Owens served in the U.S. Army during the Korean War.
He was preceded in death by a son, Kevin Owens.
Survivors include his wife, Barbara A. Owens, Ocala; mother, Catherine Mabie, Allentown, Pa.; son, John Owens, Westhampton, N.J.; daughters, Judith Anne Weaver, Glen Burnie, Md., Carolyn Corley, Southampton, Pa., Barbara Lynn Caldwell and Lisa Anne Panuska, both of Lansdale, Pa.; sisters, Virginia Hampton, Huntington Valley, Pa., and Rose Bleiler, Allentown; and brother, James Owens, Philadelphia.

HOMOSASSA — Holland "Mac" Mckee Price, 83, a retired director of finance for the Allegheny County Board of Education, died Sunday, Dec. 3, 2000.
A native of Shepherdstown, W.Va., he moved here from Frederick, Md., four years ago. Mr. Price was Presbyterian.
Survivors include his wife of 60 years, Elizabeth "Betty" Hutzelle Price, Homosassa; daughter, Frances Price Doherty, Frederick; brothers, Kirkland S. Price, Charles Town, W.Va., and James C. Price, Shepherdstown; and three grandchildren.

James H. Reed, 82
OCALA — James H. Reed, 82, a retired chamber of commerce director, died Sunday, Dec. 3, 2000, at Munroe Regional Medical Center.
A native of Dunkirk, N.Y., he moved here from Belleville, Ill., in 1983. Mr. Reed was Unitarian. He served in the U.S. Air Force during World War II.
Survivors include his wife, Louise K. Reed, Ocala; daughter, Karla L. Roehrig, Columbus, Ohio; son, James J. Reed, Fairfax, Va.; and a grandchild.

Robert G. Thomas, 71
SILVER SPRINGS — Robert George Thomas, 71, a retired superintendent for Standard Sand, died Thursday, Nov. 30, 2000, at Munroe Regional Medical Center.
A native of Cecil, Ohio, he moved here from Paulding, Ohio, 32 years ago. Mr. Thomas served in U.S. Navy during World War II. He was Catholic.
Survivors include his wife, Deloris J. Thomas, Silver Springs; daughter, Linda Kay Jackson, Paulding; sons, Robert Brad Thomas, Silver Springs and Daniel Ray Thomas, Tallahassee; one sister; two brothers; four grandchildren; and two great-grandchildren.

Glenn E. Baldner, 71
INGLIS — Glenn E. Baldner, 71, a truck driver, died Wednesday, Dec. 6, 2000, at Health Park Care Center in Gainesville.
A native of Crown Point, Ind., he moved here from Griffith, Ind., in 1990.
He was preceded in death by his wife, Sue.
Survivors include his sons, Randy Forney, Alabama, John Baldner, Merrillville, Ind., and Ricky Baldner, Gary, Ind.; daughters, Bonnie Marshall, Lake Station, Ind., and Debbie Guzman, Gary; brothers, George Baldner, Inglis, Jan Baldner, Portage, Ind., David Baldner, Portage, Ind., and Jim Baldner, Hobart, Ind.; sisters, Doris Zieseniss, Crown Point, Virginia Yakim, Portage, Katherine Knopic, Inglis, Donna Britton and June Dallas, both of Griffith; 11 grandchildren; and six great-grandchildren.

OCALA — Edward Morrison Brechtel, 89, a retired engine analyst, died Wednesday, Dec. 6, 2000.
A native of Philadelphia, he moved here from Miramar in 1980. Mr. Brechtel retired from Eastern Airlines, after 25 years of service.
Survivors include his wife, Hilda Brechtel, Ocala; sons, Edward R. Brechtel and Robert E. Brechtel, both of Summerfield; daughter, Lucy Marx, Apollo Beach; sister, Leona Adams, Fort Lauderdale; 12 grandchildren; and 16 great-grandchildren.

Filomena Bruy, 93
BEVERLY HILLS — Filomena Bruy, 93, a retired secretary, died Tuesday, Nov. 28, 2000.
A native of Woodhaven, N.Y., she moved here from North Bellmore, N.Y., 21 years ago. Mrs. Bruy was an active member of Our Lady of Grace Catholic Church.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Edward Bruy, who died on April 6, 1973.
Survivors include her daughter, Concetta "Connie" Bruy Coyne, North Bellmore; brothers, Tony Romano, Las Vegas, and Frank Romano, Islip, N.Y.; sister, Anna Marino, Middlevillage, N.Y.; two grandchildren; and two great-grandchildren.
