OCALA — Agnita Longworth Mullen, 88, a homemaker, died Monday, Dec. 18, 2000.
Mrs. Mullen was a native of Pawtucket, R.I.
Florida Cremation Society, Ocala, provided information.

Lucia A. Rockwell, 90
OCALA — Lucia A. Rockwell, 90, a retired secretary for Ayrshire Cattle Breeders Association, died Wednesday, Dec. 20, 2000.
A native of Underhill, Vt., she moved here from Bradenton two years ago. Mrs. Rockwell was a member of Bradenton United Methodist Church.
She was preceded in death her husband, Oscar; and a son.
Survivors include her sons, Gerald O. Rockwell and Robert E. Rockwell, both of Ocala; nine grandchildren; and four great-grandchildren.
Memorial contributions may be made to Arthritis Foundation or American Cancer Society.

Charles W. Schuth Jr., 81
OCALA — Charles W. Schuth Jr., 81, a retiree of Webster Electric, died Thursday, Dec. 14, 2000, at Munroe Regional Medical Center.
A native of Racine, Wis., he moved here in 1977. Mr. Schuth was an active member of St. Matthew's Lutheran Church and treasurer of Rolling Greens Bowling League. He was an avid golfer.
He is survived by a cousin, Esther Kratochvil.

Emmett W. Slocomb, 83
DELAND — Emmett W. Slocomb, 83, a retired civil servant for Homestead Air Force Base, died Monday, Dec. 18, 2000.
A native of New Church, Va., he moved to DeLand from Dunnellon in July. Mr. Slocomb was a member of Dunnellon Christian Missionary Alliance Church. He served in the U.S. Army during World War II.
He is survived by his wife of 57 years, Myrtle Slocomb, DeLand.

Nancy L. Underwood, 59
OCALA — Nancy L. Underwood, 59, a loan processor for SunTrust Bank, died Tuesday, Dec. 19, 2000, at Shands in Gainesville.
A native of Chicago, she moved here from Lowell, Ind., 21 years ago. Mrs. Underwood attended First Presbyterian Church of Ocala. She was a volunteer for the American Cancer Society and National Children's Literacy Program.
Survivors include her husband of 37 years, Larry Underwood, Ocala; daughters, Jeannie Sherman, Hebron, Ind., Kathy Chaffin, Gainesville, Linda Paglia and Peggy Ritch, both of Ocala; sister, Bonnie Bennett, Ocala; and four grandchildren.

Louise Zaval, 79
DUNNELLON — Louise Zaval, 79, a homemaker, died Tuesday, Dec. 19, 2000.
A native of Phillipsburg, Pa., she moved here from Miami 27 years ago. Mrs. Zaval attended St. Benedict's Catholic Church. Mrs. Zaval was director of volunteer services for American Red Cross for 25 years.
Survivors include her husband, John Zaval, Dunnellon; sons, John Zaval Jr., Glendale, Ariz., Larry Zaval, Ocala, and Ronald Zaval, Asheville, N.C.; daughter, Carla Miller, Dunnellon; brother, Paul Catherine, Orange, Calif.; nine grandchildren; and five great-grandchildren.

Frank E. Bilyeu Jr., 84
OCALA — Frank E. Bilyeu Jr., 84, a retired technician for Lewis Oil Company of Port Washington, N.Y., died Monday, Dec. 18, 2000, at Ocala Regional Medical Center.
A native of New York City, he moved here from Floral City one year ago. Mr. Bilyeu was a member of Our Lady of Fatima Catholic Church, Inverness.
Survivors include his daughter, Betty J. Bilyeu-Tenga, Ocala; brother, Robert Cummings, Georgia.; and one grandchild.

Richard C. Elton, 88
OCALA — Richard C. Elton, 88, a retired sales manager for Colgate-Palmolive, died Tuesday, Dec. 19, 2000, at Estelle's Hospice House.
A native of Toledo, he moved here in 1979. Mr. Elton was a member of Silver Springs Shores Presbyterian Church. He was an avid golfer.
Survivors include his wife, Gregory Leigh Elton, Ocala; sons, Dick Elton, Toledo, and Buzz Elton, Galveston, Texas; stepsons, Stuart G. Boyd and David N. Boyd; stepdaughter, Cynthia B. Miller; six grandchildren; and three great-grandchildren.

John P. Fortin, 46
OLYMPIA, Wash. — John P. Fortin, 46, disabled, died Tuesday, Dec. 19, 2000, at Munroe Regional Medical Center.
Mr. Fortin was a native of Guam. He was Catholic.
Survivors include his parents, Richard and Elinor Fortin, Ocala; daughter, Autumn Fortin, Olympia; brothers, Dennis Fortin, Atlanta, and Richard A. Fortin Jr., Portland, Ore.; and his fiancee, Pamela Rodrigo, Olympia.

OCALA — Albert H. Jones, 85, a retired tailor, died Friday, Dec. 15, 2000, at his home.
A native of Jamaica, he moved here from Bronx, N.Y., in 1985. Mr. Jones was a member of Silver Springs Shores Presbyterian Church.
Survivors include his son, Basil Jones, New Brunswick, N.J.; daughter, Carol Jones, Bronx, N.Y.; brother, H. Jones, Jamaica.

Bradley G. Knox, 79
SALT SPRINGS — Bradley G. Knox, 79, a retired computer analyst for Union Carbide, died Wednesday, Dec. 20, 2000, at his home.
A native of Balmorhea, Texas, he moved here from Big Pine Key four years ago. Mr. Knox served in the U.S. Army. He was Protestant.
Survivors include his wife, Jacqueline "Jackie" Knox, Salt Springs; daughters, Brenda Swanson, Salt Springs, and April K. Haffner, Chicago; son, David B. Knox, Chicago; sister, Cecil Perdue, Natchez, Mich.; brother, William P. Knox, Salt Springs; and four grandchildren.

INVERNESS — Rosemary Joan Morrison, 77, a retired bank teller, died Wednesday, Dec. 20, 2000.
A native of Munising, Mich., she moved here from Escanaba, Mich., six years ago. Mrs. Morrison was a member of Our Lady of Fatima Catholic Church.
Survivors include her husband of 57 years, Orval T. Morrison, Inverness; sons, Thomas Morrison, Goose Creek, S.C., Paul Morriston, Ann Arbor, Mich., John Morrison, Greensboro, .C., Anthony Morrison, Ishpeming, Mich., Matthew Morrison, Escanaba, and William Morrison, Norway, Mich.; daughters, Kathleen Usmaki, Munising, and Susette Sebeck, Gladstone, Mich.; brother, Paul Beauparland, Tawas City, Mich.; 16 grandchildren; and five great-grandchildren.

BEVERLY HILLS — Leonard M. Pedreira, 62, a retired FBI agent, died Wednesday, Dec. 20, 2000.
A native of New Brunswick, N.J., he moved here from Beaver, Pa., two years ago. Mr. Pedreira was a member of American Legion Post 155, Crystal River; 40 X 8, Crystal River; Citrus County Sheriff's Grandpa Program; former member of National Association of Retired Law Enforcement Officers, Crystal River; Beaver County Chief of Police Association; Fraternal Order of Police, Rochester, Pa.; past commanding officer of Nature Coast Young Marines, Crystal River; Benevolent and Protective Order of Elks, Beaver; past president of Beaver Area Jaycees; former active member of First Presbyterian Church, Beaver; and the FBI Agents Association. He served in the U.S. Marine Corps.
Survivors include his wife, Kathleen Pedreira, Beverly Hills; stepson, David L. Marcus, Philadelphia; stepdaughter, Dr. Cheryl A. Marcus, St. Louis; sister, Josephine Dalbey, Monroeville, Pa.; and two grandchildren.

Survivors include her husband, Lionel Simpson, Summerfield; daughters, Sharon Simpson and Shelia Strickland; brother, Leonard Dembeck, Ocklawaha; sisters, Patricia Erving, Shrewsberry, Pa., and Leonora Dembeck, Grand Rapids, Mich.; and one grandchild.

A native of Coffeeville, Ala., he moved here from St. Petersburg in 1977. Mr. Wilson was a member of Fairfield Baptist Church.
Survivors include his sons, Jeffery L. Wilson, St. Petersburg and Tom Wilson, Fairfield; companion, Pearle Boyer, Fairfield; four grandchildren; and eight great-grandchildren.
