Ed Page, 77
OCALA — Ed Page, 77, a social studies teacher for Pinellas County, died Monday, Jan. 29, 2001, at Veterans Administration Medical Center, Gainesville.
A native of Baltimore, he moved here in 1990. Mr. Page was a member of Maranatha Baptist Church. Page, a retired major for the U.S. Air Force, served during World War II and the Korean War.
He was preceded in death by his son, Jimmie Page.
Survivors include his wife, Jacqueline Page, Ocala; daughters, Lynn York, Jupiter and Jacquelyn D. Unger, Homosassa; and one grandson.

William O. Pierce, 37
SPARR — Wiliam Oakman Pierce, 37, a body shop technician for A+ Paint and Body, died Sunday, Jan. 28, 2001.
A native of Methuen, Mass., he moved here from Kingston, N.H., in 1990. Mr. Piece was a U.S. Army veteran.
Survivors include his wife, Christine Pierce, Sparr; mother, Sheila Pierce, Kingston; sister, Kimberley Nicholson, Kingston; and grandfather, Raymond Skea, Methuen.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to a charity of choice.

Paul R. Snay, 82
WILLISTON — Paul R. Snay, 82, a retired truck driver, died Tuesday, Jan. 30, 2001, at home.
A native of Roxton Falls, Canada, he moved here from Miami two years ago. Mr. Snay was a member of the Retired Teamsters. He was Catholic.
Survivors include his wife, Jean Snay, Williston; sons, Patrick Snay, Coral Gables, Paul E. Snay, Williston and Kenneth Snay, Miami; daughter, Paula Browning, Williston; sister, Joan Berk, Miami; and two granddaughters.

Jeremy B. Spencer
OCALA — Jeremy Bernard Spencer, an infant, died Friday, Jan. 26, 2001
He was a native of Ocala.
Survivors include his mother, Felecia Spencer, Ocala; father, Michael Raiford, Ocala; sisters, Keahnatta Spencer, Michelle Raiford, Brittney Spencer and Deanna Davis, all of Ocala; brothers, James Coleman, Desmond Davis and Aaron Spencer, all of Ocala; grandparents, Gloria Brigham and Bessie Raiford, both of Ocala; and great-grandparents, Alene Raiford and Ruth Spencer, both of Ocala.

Dennis R. Wilson, 37
OCALA — Dennis Ray Wilson, 37, a military computer technician, died Tuesday, Jan. 30, 2001, at Sylvia's Hospice House.
A native of Oklahoma City, Okla., he moved here from Las Vegas in 1997. Mr. Wilson was a member of Loyal Order of the Moose Lodge No. 1014 in Ocala. He was a U.S. Navy veteran.
Survivors include his mother, Carol J. Meadows, Ocala; father, Del Meadows, Ocala; and sisters, Debbie Big Mountain and Dixie Stone, both of Ocala.

Mary J. Young, 26
DUNNELLON — Mary J. Young, 26, a bus driver for Marion County School Board, died Monday, Jan. 29, 2001.
Miss Young was a native and a lifelong resident of Romeo. She graduated from Dunnellon High School and attended Central Florida Community College. Miss Young was Pentecostal.
Survivors include here mother, Lorraine Young, Romeo; father, Roy Young, Romeo; sisters, Linda King, Ocala and Sandra Wright, Dunnellon; brother, Roy Young Jr., Fort Gordon, Ga.; and grandmother, Leola Young, Romeo.

Patricia Adams, 87
OCALA -- Patricia Adams, 87, a retired bookkeeper, died Wednesday, Jan. 31, 2001, at Sylvia's Hospice House.
A native of Athol, Mass., she moved here 27 years ago. Mrs. Adams was a member of St. Joseph's of the Forest Catholic Church.
Survivors include her husband, Raymond E. Adams, Ocala; sons, Neil J. Adams, Callahan, Ronald P. Adams, Delray Beach and Thomas E. Adams, Boynton Beach.

Mary E. Baker, 71
CITRA -- Mary E. Baker, 71, a retired custodian for Marion County Public School, died Sunday, Jan. 28, 2001, at Munroe Regional Medical Center.
A native of Citra, she was a lifelong resident of Marion County. MrS. Baker was of Holiness faith.
Survivors include her sons, Eugene Turner and Albert Turner, both of Citra; daughters, Jacquelyn Baker and Janice Baker, both of Citra; sisters, Lula James and Edna Deweese, both of Citra; brother, John Turner, Citra; nine grandchildren; and 11 great-grandchildren.

N. Ruth Bales, 86
SILVER SPRINGS -- N. Ruth Bales 86, a homemaker, died Tuesday, Jan. 30, 2001.
A native of Paducah, Ky., she moved here from Indianapolis in 1982. Mrs. Bales was a member of Forest United Methodist Church in Silver Springs and a representative to United Methodist Children's Home in Enterprise.
Survivors include her husband, Chalmer W. Bales Sr., Silver Springs; daughter, Kay Bollinger, Pittsboro, Ind.; son, Darryl L. Abbott, Apple Valley, Calif.; stepson, Chalmer W. Bales Jr. Greenwood, Ind.; stepdaughter, Janice Grassi, Erie, Pa.; nine grandchildren; and 11 great-grandchildren.

Richard F. Bass, 62
SPARR -- Richard Franklin Bass, 62, retired, died Tuesday, Jan. 30, 2001, at Veterans Administration Medical Center in Gainesville.
A native of Charleston, W.Va., he moved here from Borderland, W.Va., two years ago. Mr. Bass was a well driller in Mingo County, W.Va. He served in the U.S. Navy for 27 years.
Survivors include his wife, Marlene Bass, Sparr; former wife, Carol Bass, Sparr; daughters, Britney M. Bass, Borderland and Susan C. Stevenson, Jasper; sons, Richard "Rick" W. Bass, Sparr, James N. Bass, Melbourne, Zachery R. Bass and Kevin Bass, both of Borderland; brothers, Thomas H. Bass, Melbourne and Mitchell H. Bass, Port St. John; and one grandchild.

Normand E. Boisclair, 77
OCALA -- Normand E. Boisclair, 77, a residential builder, died Wednesday, Jan. 31, 2001, at TimberRidge Nursing and Rehabilitation Center.
A native of West Warwick, R.I., he moved here from Texas in 1987. Mr. Boisclair was a member of St. Jude's Catholic Church. He served in the U.S. Amry Air Corps during World War II.
Survivors include his daughter, Judith Iulo, Conroe, Texas; son, Normand E. Boisclair Jr., Ocala; sister, Rita Donovan, Greene, R.I.; brother, Emile Boisclair, W. Sacramento, Calif.; two grandchildren; and two great-grandchildren.

Clytis P. Clemons, 77
OCALA -- Clytis P. Clemons, 77, a homemaker, died Tuesday, Jan. 30, 2001, at New Horizon Rehabilitation Center.
A native of Attapulgus, Ga., she moved here 70 years ago. Mrs. Clemons was a member of Greater Hopewell Missionary Baptist Church.
Survivors include her husband, Guss T. Clemons, Ocala; daughter, Dorothy Shaw, Quincy; son, Attapulgus; brother, Albert Stephens, Attapulgus; 10 grandchildren; and 24 great-grandchildren.

Anna H. Coar, 69
SUMMERFIELD -- Anna H. Coar, 69, a retired officer employee for the U.S. Government, died Wednesday, Jan. 31, 2001, in Ocala.
A native of Philadelphia, she moved here from Bensalem, Pa., 13 years ago. Mrs. Coar was a member of St. Timothy Catholic Church in Lady Lake and Orange Blossom Hills Homeowners Association.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Edward R. Coar.
Survivors include her mother, Anna M. Synder, Summerfield; daughter, Joann Coar, Croydon, Pa.; son, Edward Coar, Croydon; brother, Joseph Synder, Bensalem; and two grandchildren.

Harold F. Cornwell Sr., 84
BELLEVIEW -- Harold Franklin Cornwell Sr., 84, a retired electrician, died Tuesday, Jan. 30, 2001, at Ocala Regional Medical Center.
A native of Hicksville, N.Y., he moved here in 1975. Mr. Cornwell served in the U.S. Army Air Corps during World War II. He was Roman Catholic.
Survivors include his daughter, Lyn Cornwell, Pedro; sons, Harold F. Cornwell Jr., Patchogue, N.Y., Philip G. Cornwell, Laurence Harbor, N.J., Paul F. Cornwell, New York and Everett J. Cornwell, Belleview; brother, Russell Cornwell, Long Island, N.Y.; nine grandchildren; and eight great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the American Cancer Society or American Heart Association.

David Dunbar, 63
OCALA -- David Dunbar, 63, disabled, died Thursday, Jan. 25, 2001, at home.
A native of Pearson, Ga., he was a longtime resident of Marion County. Mr. Dunbar was Baptist.
Survivors include his wife, Geneva Dunbar, Dunnellon; son, Derrick Dunbar, Dunnellon; sisters, Nellie Smith, Bartow, Doshie Hatley and Peggy Chesteen, both of Dunnellon; brothers, Raymond Dunbar, Dunnellon and Willie Dunbar, High Springs; and one grandchild.
