OCALA — Patricia C. Behm, 72, a homemaker, died Sunday, Feb. 11, 2001, at Sylvia's Hospice House.
Mrs. Behm was a native of Detroit. She attended Blessed Trinity Catholic Church.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Robert Behm; and a grandson, A.J. Isenman.
Survivors include her sons, Christopher R. Behm, Ocala, Kevin P. Behm, Redford, Mich., and Collin R. Behm, Dearborn, Mich.; daughters, Colleen R. Isenman, and Karen P. Allen, both of Melbourne; brother, Brian O'Loane, Holt, Mich.; eight grandchildren; and two great-grandchildren.

Anthony Facci Jr., 83
OCALA — Anthony Facci Jr., 83, a retired supervisor for Bethlehem Steel, died Friday, Feb. 16, 2001, at New Horizon Rehabilitation Center.
A native of Hastings, Pa., he moved here from Johnstown, Pa., in 1975. Mr. Facci was Presbyterian.
Survivors include his wife, Garda Facci, Ocala; sons, James Facci, Maumee, Ohio, Ricky Facci, Ronnie Facci and John Facci, all of Johnstown; seven grandchildren; and four great-grandchildren.

Jeanne F. Gerlach, 72
SUMMERFIELD — Jeanne F. Gerlach, 72, a homemaker, died Wednesday, Feb. 14, 2001, in Ocala.
A native of France, she moved here from Napanoch, N.Y., five years ago. Mrs. Gerlach was Catholic.
Survivors include her husband of 55 years, George Gerlach, Summerfield; sons, Robert Gerlach, Sebring, and Carl Gerlach, Summerfield; daughter, Jeannette Bischoff, New Jersey; brother, Nino Schiantarelli, France; sister, Juliette Rousseau, France; and four grandchildren.

Ruth A. Hardy, 91
LECANTO — Ruth A. Hardy, 91, a retired sales clerk for J.C. Penney Co., died Wednesday, Feb. 14, 2001, at Life Care Center.
A native of Glen Arbor, Mich., she moved here from Petoskey, Mich., one year ago. Mrs. Hardy was Baptist.
She was preceded in death by her husband Cecil Hardy; and daughter, Pat Kabrin.
Survivors include her son, Donald Hardy, Bradenton; daughter, Jacqueline Everts, Lecanto; 10 grandchildren; and 22 great-grandchildren.

Mildred M. Killens, 98
OCALA — Mildred M. Killens, 98, a retired certified public accountant at American Red Cross headquarters in Washington, D.C., died Monday, Feb. 12, 2001, at Ocala Regional Medical Center.
A native of Mapleton, Kan., she moved here from Washington in 1948. Mrs. Killens was a member of Community of Christ Church of Ocala.
She is survived by her sister, Helen Wildermuth, Willowick, Ohio.

Wilbur L. Miller, 77
INVERNESS — Wilbur Lee Miller, 77, a retired sheet metal maker, died Friday, Feb. 16, 2001.
A native of Burnett County, Ind., he moved here from Interlachen seven years ago. Mr. Miller was a member of Unity of Citrus County Church and a Masonic Lodge. He served in the U.S. Army during World War II. Mr. Miller also volunteered at Fort Cooper State Park in Inverness.
Survivors include his wife of 54 years, June F. Miller, Inverness; son, Ed Miller, Wylie, Texas; daughter, Linda Clark, Inverness; brother, Harrison Miller, Groveland; sisters, Emma Basore, Indianapolis, Ruth Lambermont, Jasonville, Ind., and Lillie Davis, Paris, Ill.; and four grandchildren.

Lenore A. Rice, 75
DUNNELLON — Lenore A. Rice, 75, a retired bookkeeper, died Thursday, Feb. 8, 2001, at home.
Mrs. Rice was a native of New Haven, Conn.
Survivors include her brother, Alfonso Affinito, Connecticut; and one sister.

Dorothy E. Rustin, 85
HERNANDO — Dorothy E. Rustin, 85, a retired baker, died Wednesday, Feb. 14, 2001, at home under hospice care.
A native of Ludlow, Mass., she moved here from Springfield, Mass., 11 years ago. Mrs. Rustin was a member of St. Elizabeth Ann Seton Catholic Church in Citrus Springs and the Citrus Springs Woman's Club. She was an avid bingo player.
She is survived by her daughter, Judy Menard, Hernando; and one grandchild.

Russell Z. Backstrom, 75
OCALA — Russell Z. Backstrom, 75, a retired construction plasterer, died Friday, Feb. 16, 2001, at Munroe Regional Medical Center.
A native of Banning, Pa., he moved to Ocala from St. Petersburg three years ago. Mr. Backstrom was Protestant. He was a Mason and a U.S. Army veteran of World War II.
Survivors include his wife, Hila Backstrom, Ocala; daughters, Pamela Carson, Ocala, and Judy Turney, New Smyrna Beach; son, Russell C. Backstrom, Tampa; sisters, Beatrice Carnes, Greensburg, Pa., Ida M. Pavesi, Banning, Lilli Judy, and Zelma Coughanour, both of West Newton, Pa.; and six grandchildren.

Franklin H. Giasson, 82
BELLEVIEW — Franklin H. "Frank" Giasson, 82, a retired real estate broker, developer and contractor, died Friday, Feb. 16, 2001, at his home.
A native of Kankakee, Ill., he moved to Belleview from Bradley, Ill., in 1966. Mr. Giasson was a member of St. Theresa Catholic Church; American Legion Post 284; and former Belleview City Commissioner. He was a U.S. Army Air Corps veteran of World War II.
Survivors include his wife, Helen Giasson, Belleview; daughters, Sheryl Mills, and Marcia Trombley, both of Belleview, Paula Murphy, and Helen P. Reeves, both of Ocala, Sandra Giasson, Weirsdale, and Jacqueline Giasson, Leesburg; brother, George Giasson, Belleview; 10 grandchildren; and three great-grandchildren.

Herbert Holstein, 83
INVERNESS — Herbert "John" Holstein, 83, a retired maintenance supervisor for Homer Fitterling Trucking Co., died Saturday, Feb. 17, 2001.
A native of Michigan City, Ind., he moved to Inverness from South Bend, Ind., 42 years ago. Mr. Holstein was Baptist. He was owner of Plaza TV in Inverness.
Survivors include his wife of 61 years, Phyllis J. Donat Holstein, Inverness; son, Laurence E. Holstein, Inverness; daughter, Mary K. Woodin, Inverness; brother, Lauren F. Holstein, Mexico; four grandchildren; and five great-grandchildren.

Helen U. Miller, 86
SUMMERFIELD — Helen U. Miller, 86, a retired waitress for Silver Lake Country Club in Leesburg, died Saturday, Feb. 17, 2001.
A native of Elk Grove Ill., she moved to Summerfield from Chicago in 1961. Mrs. Miller was a member of St. John Lutheran Church; Veterans of Foreign Wars Post 8083; and Women's Auxiliary in Belleview.
Survivors include her daughter, Annette Hindsley, Summerfield; sister, Margorie Ciesta, Lady Lake; four grandchildren; and two great-grandchildren.

Phyllis L Rodgers, 67
SILVER SPRINGS — Phyllis L. Rodgers, 67, a retired dietitian for Marion County Public Schools, died Friday, Feb. 16, 2001, at her home.
A native of Richmond, Va., she moved to Silver Springs from Virginia in 1963. Mrs. Rodgers was a member of Ocklawaha Bridge Baptist Church; Order of the Eastern Star, Fort McCoy Chapter; Veterans of Foreign Wars Auxiliary 8257.
Survivors include her husband, Donald J. Rodgers Sr., Silver Springs; daughters, Julia Botelle, Dunnellon, and Shirley McDonell, Silver Springs; son, Donald J. Rodgers Jr., Ocala; brother, Robert Camp, Petersburg, Va.; nine grandchildren; and 11 great-grandchildren.

Bernadette Ruck, 76
OCALA — Bernadette Ruck, 76, an owner and operator of Frank's Bicycle Shop, died Friday, Feb. 16, 2001, at Munroe Regional Medical Center.
A native of County Antrim, Northern Ireland, she moved to Ocala from Atlantic Heights, N.J., in 1988. Mrs. Ruck was a member of Queen of Peace Catholic Church. Her outreach work included teaching braille and independent living.
Survivors include her husband, Franklin J. Ruck, Ocala; sons, Thomas J. Ruck, Mays Landing, N.J., Franklin James Ruck, Princeton, N.J., and Michael A. Ruck, Forest Corners; daughters, Linda A. Myer, Pompton Lakes, N.J., and Judith M. Rapolla, Belford, N.J.; brother, Dennis McNicholl, Bethesda, Md.; nine grandchildren; and one great-grandchild.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Jane Brewster Outreach Division Scholarship Fund, Central Florida Community College.

BEVERLY HILLS — John G. Bristol, 93, a retired dispatcher for the New York City Transit Authority, died Sunday, Feb. 18, 2001, at Brentwood Healthcare Center in Lecanto.
A native of Brooklyn, N.Y., he came to Beverly Hills from Elmhurst, N.Y., 29 years ago. Mr. Bristol was a member of Our Lady of Grace Catholic Church, Knights of Columbus Council 6168 and Assembly 1547. He also was a member of the Beverly Hills recreation and shuffleboard clubs.
Survivors include his wife, Dot Bristol, Beverly Hills; sister, Anna Andres, Lake Mary; and several nieces and nephews.
